I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience purchasing an airline ticket through Kayak and the subsequent complications I encountered while attempting to cancel my flight and obtain a refund. The frustrating and uncooperative process I have faced has left me deeply disappointed with the level of service provided by your company.
My journey began when I booked a flight through Kayak, trusting that your platform would facilitate a smooth and reliable transaction. To my surprise, I was redirected to a website called eDreams during the booking process. This unexpected transfer of services was not disclosed upfront, and it caused confusion and a lack of transparency regarding my booking.
After making the decision to cancel my flight due to unforeseen circumstances, I followed the necessary steps outlined by eDreams to initiate the cancellation and refund process. Unfortunately, what followed was a series of frustrating experiences and unfulfilled promises. Every time I reached out to eDreams for assistance, they provided vague responses and continually evaded providing a concrete solution to my request.
The lack of responsiveness and the runaround I have received from eDreams has not only wasted a significant amount of my time and effort but has also caused me unnecessary stress and frustration. As a customer, I expected a higher level of support and accountability from both Kayak and eDreams.
I kindly request that Kayak intervene in this matter and assist me in resolving the situation promptly. It is my belief that as the platform through which I initially made the booking, Kayak bears responsibility for ensuring the satisfactory resolution of any issues that arise.
I am hereby requesting the following actions to be taken to address this matter:
1. Facilitate direct communication with a representative from eDreams who possesses the authority to address and resolve my refund request without further delay.
2. Advocate on my behalf to eDreams, ensuring that they honor their refund policy and process my refund in a timely manner.
3. Review and improve the transparency of the booking process, ensuring that customers are fully informed about any third-party involvement and potential complications that may arise.
I trust that Kayak, as a reputable platform, values its customers and is committed to providing excellent service. I sincerely hope that you will take my complaint seriously and work towards resolving this matter promptly. Failing to do so will not only harm your reputation but also discourage potential customers from using your services in the future.

I initially made an reservation via eDreams from Banglore to Kuala Lumpur (6th Aug'22) -> Kuala Lumpur to Auckland (7th Aug'22) with booking reference number: *******303
My flight from Banglore to Kuala Lumpur, operated by Malindo air, was supposed to depart on 6th Aug'22. Malindo air decided to change my booking without prior intimation to the 7th Aug'22. This way, I would have missed my connecting flight from Kuala Lumpur to Auckland on the 7th Aug.
I requested eDreams to look into this and eDreams asked me to make another booking and because of the 'connection promise' guarantee, will refund the Malindo air booking. I made another booking via eDreams from Banglore to Kuala Lumpur with booking reference number: *******525 and have raised a request to cancel my booking with Malindo air.
EDreams have CANCELLED MY BOOKING WITH MALAYSIAN AIRLINES - when eDreams should have cancelled the booking with Malindo air. I got in touch with customer support and they agreed that this is a mistake on your end and will look into this and someone will get back to me in 4 hours time.
I have been awaiting a call back for over 28 hours and no one calls back. It is painful in itself to get in touch with the customer support and each time I ring the customer support - they "assure", "promise" and what not, but they do not take any action.
AVOID eDreams at all costs.
