I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking

If you have the flights going without problem it's ok, but if something goes wrong they won't refund you even though according to travel companies law they have to.
My return flight was cancelled by airline. Airline claims they return the money but edreams doesn't want to refund me. They claim they didn't get confirmation from the airline. They ask me to contact the airline. I did so, the airline correspondent told me, if they cancel one part of the connection flight, the other part is cancelled automatically and according to travel laws this is known to travel agent, no confirmation letter is needed, yet she allowed me to send the chat transcript to edreams as the cancellation confirmation.
I have sent it to edreams, and since then I had many emails with edreams. They said they are working on it. It's been atleast a month. In a recent email from edreams they again wrote to me they didn't get confirmation from the airline. It's been half a month since the cancelled flight. We booked other flight and paid a lot for it. Still we are not getting refund for the cancelled flight from Edreams. They are just wasting time and trying to exhaust their customer so the customer give up the refund. Not to mention, one hires a middle man/ agent so they don't have to deal with all the beaurocracy, but here, edreams ask me to contact airline and get the confirmation while they, edreams, get the commission. This is a fraud.
Update February 2nd, 2024.
It's been two months since this company's reply to my post and I haven't yet recieved my refund. They still say they can't get any reply from Gulf Air. When I contacted Gulf Air, they say they did not get any request from Edreams. My friend who made a direct booking in Gulf Air for same day, got his refund, so obiously Edreams are lying. Also, when making booking Gulf Air replies them very quick, but when refunding it's taking them more than two months and still they still do not have reply from Gul Air.
Using eDreams "PRIME" service, I recently booked a flight and hotel package with eDreams. First-hand, I can confidently say that my experience with this company was nothing short of a disaster. From their unhelpful customer service representatives to their disregard for urgent requests, eDreams has proven itself to be an unreliable and unprofessional travel service.
The trouble began when I had to cut short my trip and needed to change my return flight to Washington, DC. Upon contacting eDreams for assistance, I was met with a cold and dismissive response. They claimed it was too late to modify my ticket and instructed me to call a toll-free number instead. What followed was a series of infuriating interactions with their customer service representatives that left me with a growing sense of frustration and helplessness.
The first representative I spoke to over the phone displayed an appalling lack of competence. She failed to provide any viable solutions and promised that someone would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. Ignoring the fact that I needed immediate help and had to leave within 48 hours, she brushed off my concerns and showed no empathy for the urgency of my situation. To make matters worse, when I requested to speak with a supervisor, she couldn't even connect me to one, further highlighting the incompetence and lack of professionalism within eDreams' ranks.
Eventually, after changing the time frame for their response by an additional 24 hours, another representative reached out to me on the day of my initial return flight. By that time, I had already made alternative arrangements with Delta Airlines. Despite the inconvenience and stress their negligence caused, the eDreams representative made no effort to offer any form of compensation or meaningful assistance. Instead, the rep could only muster a half-hearted apology and said my ticket was non-refundable, which only served to add insult to injury. I didn't ask for a refund. I asked for a partial refund after the fact.
It was abundantly clear that eDreams lacked the basic communication skills and competence necessary to handle customer issues effectively.
In summary, my experience with eDreams has left me deeply dissatisfied and disappointed. The company's customer service was severely lacking, and their inability to address urgent matters in a timely and satisfactory manner is simply unacceptable. I caution anyone considering using eDreams for their travel needs to think twice and explore more reliable and reputable alternatives in the market. Save yourself the headache and avoid this nightmarish experience altogether. Yes, I immediately canceled its prime service.

I booked 2 flights through their site as they offered me a free discount for their membership. It all seemed fine until the date of travel I received an email from the airline prompting me to do the check-in when I proceeded to do the check-in I realized the flight departure time was different that the one I purchased and was displayed on the e-dreams booking manager (3hrs and 30mins later to be precise) This change would mean I wouldn't make my connecting flight. I reached out to the relevant airline who mentioned that there had been no flight departure changes. In fact, there had never been a flight with the departure time that was sold to me. They prompted me to reach out to the agency as even if they wanted to accommodate me in a different flight they cannot do booking changes if the flight was purchased through an agency (edreams). I reached out to edreams who basically washed their hands saying as the flight was within 72 hours of the departure they could not do any changes to my booking regardless of having sold a fake departure time and me having paid for their premium subscription which promotes them handling any booking changes needed. 2 hours before the flight I received an email from edreams announcing a change in departure time which I knew was fake... there had not been any flight departure changes they just sell fake departure times and accommodate all the passengers on the existing ones and announce the departure time on the day of the flight. If the time doesn't suit you there is nothing you can do because they announce it the day of the flight when their policy allows them to not be responsible for having to deal with it. To not loose both of my flights I ended up having to take the first flight with the new departing time miss my second flight and having to purchase a new layover flight as eDreams was not taking any responsibility and the relevant airlines did not make any changes to their flight departure times.

I am Ashka kodnani kubavat. I had a awful experience with edreams.
I booked flights for my grandparents from mumbai to london via Paris, Air France was the website.
I checked plenty of connections but in every connection they had written transit visa is required.
However, for this connection it was written that change of plane, that's it. Nothing else.
It was double the amount from other tickets, which gave me a clue that it's just change of plane and no visa requirements or self transfer written so I went for the booking.
Later I came to know that we need transit visa for that as well.
I requested them so many times to help me with this. But they agreed to change the booking. I talked to the superivor Raj, but he could not help more and gave me a rate of 712 pounds for change in the tickets. I had already paid 2900 approx for the booking for 3 people.
Later he told me to check them in app and book ahead.
I did check on the app the same dates and that showed me 457 pounds.
There was a discrepancy in their prices by phone and by app.
I booked from the app and I got a confirmation email that it's being resolved, however after sometime the app stopped showing the update.
Hence I called them again but they mentioned that they have not received my change of flight request.
What a fraud they are. I sent them all the screenshots as a proof.
I requested again for the change from my app, but again they could not confirm the same.
Now they tell me to wait for their technical team call.
Horrible service,
Frauding people with keeping tickets as change of plane. And the app does not do the work or give them any intimation.
Also, the prices on app and their phone is different as if people are putting the extra money in their pockets.
