I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
Cancelled my purchase within an hour Received an email that refund is $298 Now my refund is $76.00!
Tip for consumers:
Don’t use e dreams unless you enjoy losing out on money same with Allegiant airlines. Anything to not reimburse you what you paid for in least amount of funds or none possible in exchange for airfare credit for a one way ticket. Lol. smh
Products used:
If I could give a negative -5.0 I would. Refund total is not exactly what you will be receiving you will have to manually go on the airline websites to cancel these flights yourself and then receive a credit voucher (ALLEGIANT) instead being refunded of all your money even if you cancelled your purchase within 2 hours time which doesn’t reach 24 hr time frame. The 7-10 business days refund goes further to even 30 days wait time. FRUSTRATING
