All in all the trip planning and notification and everything was excellent and I really appreciated that the only thing it was not really good is that when I am booking my flight it said you have bags included, but it doesn't say when at the start you are booking how much weight you have for them so I purchased another Two bags to check in when it was absolutely not needed and there is no cancellation to make it worse after that for it so that's only thing otherwise everything was wonderful
It just came on the Internet when I was trying to book, but I am impressed

I successfully bought an air ticket and everything seemed settled. After a month they used my credit card details and charge me the second time without my knowledge. I immediately reported to my credit card company to terminate the card and put this amount in dispute.

We couldn't complete the Check In on line with Easy Jet. I got an adult fare for my daughter who is 13, as on line information suggesting that adult fares were for 12yrs and older. I checked in easily for my self but my daughter had problems finding her date of birth on the drop down menus. Luckily a member of easy jet staff completed our check ins at the gate and printed barding passes for us. we were panicing for two hours prior to that.
We had missed our flight and gone on line to rebook.

This booking was made well ahead of time and no problem. My last booking had to be cancelled and I expected a real mess, but the cancellation insurance worked well. I've compared edreams to other online booking systems and it seems better at least for European trips.
I've used edreams for years now. But I did some comparisons and found the options for cost and flight times was better with edreams.

You say on your site that you will match any price that is less if it's within 24hrs. I tried to request a price adjustment only to be told to connect the airlines directly. The airlines did not help me and we paid more for the flight.
