Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking

La peggior compagnia per acquistare biglietti perchè sono ti truffano, Sono 2 anni e 1 mese che aspetto 600 euro di rimborso per un biglietto comprato nel lontano 10, Gennaio 2020 e che loro stessi anno annullato e mai rimborsato ho fatto la richiesta di rimborso il 13 Luglio 2020, sono 2 anni che aspetto questo rimborso ma il peggio e che sono 2 anni che telefono e mando mail e la risposta e sempre la stessa ti contatteranno i nostri superiori entro 3 giorni e mai nessuno mi chiama, oppure riceverai il rimborso entro 30 giorni e poi niente.
Sono dei truffatori.

Ho comprato dei biglietti andata / ritorno Milano Malpensa – Copenhagen, siamo andati all'aeroporto di Kastrup per tempo il giorno del ritorno, il desk di Lufthansa ci ha detto che il volo, che doveva essere come da biglietti alle ore 19:30, in realta' era partito alle 7:30 della mattina. I biglietti eDreams erano sbagliati.
Ho contattato il servizio clienti eDremas in aereporto, mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto acquistare dei nuovi biglietti e dopo richiedere il rimborso seguendo un link da una mail, quindi per tornare in Italia, sempre attraverso eDreams ho dovuto acquistare due nuovi biglietti all'ultimo momento e così ho pagato doppio.
Ho chiamato tante volte, il link della mail non va e gli operatori non sanno aiutarmi e già passato un mese e non mi hanno rimborsato nulla.

Compré un pasaje Malta Alicante y tenía escalas, la primera cancela la aerolínea y se pierde todo el viaje, hay que comprar de nuevo y no responde la agencia ni para buscar uno nuevo ni para reembolsar el dinero, mejor comprar con aerolínea directo

Lo stesso giorno in cui ho acquistato il biglietto ho fatto la cancellazione e richiesta di rimborso. Di tutte le volte (innumerevoli)che mi sono comunicata per richiedere il rimborso, le loro risposte sono state diverse, non c'è stata una sola volta che ha coinciso nel discorso. Senza darmi qualcuna soluzione o risposta concreta. Alla fine mi hanno detto che la compagnia aerea doveva darmi il rimborso(la compagnia nego che sia una loro responsabilità da quando l'ho acquistato tramite eDreams) alla fine mi hanno detto che avevano già richiesto alla compagnia aerea e che non avevano ancora ricevuto una risposta. La compagnia Iberia ha negato di aver ricevuto una richiesta di rimborso da parte di eDreams. E ancora continuano a non darmi nessuna risposta e meno soldi.

1. Tenia incluida maleta de bodega de Caracas a Sto. Domingo pero no de Sto. Domingo a Madrid.
2. Antes de comprar decia: Maletas Facturadas. Pero no decia que era solo en una parte del viaje.
3. La escala en Rep. Dominicana te pide entrar y salir del País. Hay que sellar pasaporte (eso lo deben decir ANTES de comprar el boleto).
4. En Rep. Dominicana hay que llenar un E-Ticket de entrada y salida del país, tuve que hacerlo en el aeropuerto y me atraso ese tramite. Y no recibí ningun e-mail que explicara eso, solo los requisitos de visa y restricciones por COVID.
5. Me gusto la elección de la aerolínea, te envian e-mail de notificación para saber cual es la puerta de embarque y hace mucho más fácil y rápido el viaje.
6. Edreams te permite comparar diferentes escalas, vuelos, precios y fecha, la app es muy útil.

EDreams is het meest waardeloze bedrijf dat ik ken!

Recentelijk kocht ik vliegtickets voor mijzelf en mijn partner. Ik ontving een e-mail dat mijn boeking moest worden 'beoordeeld', mijn vriend ontving geen enkele mail of andere info. Mijn boeking werd geannuleerd vanwege 'card details'. Ik nam contact op via de chat: "Nee mevrouw, u kunt beter met creditcard betalen." iDEALbetalingen worden dus niet geaccepteerd, waarom biedt eDreams dan deze mogelijkheid?! De boeking van mijn partner zou ook geannuleerd worden. Van een refund was echter nooit sprake: "De betreffende boeking was namelijk nooit gemaakt en hierom schreef eDreams dan ook niets van mijn rekening af."

Ik word van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Zo nam ik contact op met de bank, Adyen, iDEAL en het zielige eDreams zelf. Chat, mail, telefoon: bij eDreams werkt niets.

BLIJF VER WEG VAN EDREAMS!

Yo soy de Colombia y compre un paquete con Edreams y debido a todo lo del corona virus no pudimos viajar en resumidas cuentas cuando fui a llamar a cancelar no tienen ningun servicio en espańol y después de esperar dos horas me contesto una persona de hindia, que no tiene ni la más remota idea de lo que yo estoy diciendo y no tienen ninguna persona que me pueda ayudar en espańol. Y no cabe mencionar que trate de hacerlo por al página de internet y tampoco me es posible de hacerlo. Mejor dicho. Ni por teléfono ni por internet!
Pésimo el servicio, si usted es hispano no cometa el error de comprar nada con Edreams.com
