Good flights but the website is confusing - offering so many add on options I don't want. The advertised price is not the real price. Everything costs a little bit more, e.g. suddenly being told I have to pay another £7 something each unless I sign up for Prime. So I did, because it said it was possible to cancel it online. That is a lie - it is NOT. There is no option to do that, you have to call a number.
Cheap - that's the only reason.

The advisor was very professional and attentive. She is knowledgeable in her work and guided me through the process of booking my ticket. She thoroughly explained all the types of insurance and coverage that come with my ticket, including the premium and different insurance options. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience for 48 hours.

Edreams offers great flight prices which virtually double when essential add ons like baggage and seating is done. I'd give any other airline the same review, as they are all doing it and it is a scam.

I can't tell what bag to bring on where I don't have to pay any more money. Just so happen I am traveling with one personal bag - nap sack. I hope I don't get charged.
Also, I thought I was booking a flight for about $56 and got charged $100. I don't know why. I can't see the breakdown.
It was the only flight that took me from Fort Lauderdale to Dallas and back on the same day.

The site easy to use. I found and booked flights at a good price. Confirmation of booking was quick, but I am yet to travel so cannot be sure yet that everything will work out as planned.
Only negative so far is a fair few follow up emails and offers etc.

E-dreams is reliable, yes the flights search was easy, though after I have to wait for upto about 12 hours for confirmation, ooh!

One flight in the middle of my trip was cancelled, no reason was given. Just an email saying a refund for that flight was being transferred. I looked for flights that worked fith the last flight home that was not cancelled. I couldn't find any eDreams. After spending half a day I was able to find a flight that worked and booked the flight. I was told that the problem was with my bank payment. However, the bank payment was for the whole trip. If the payment wasn't good, then none of the flights would have been booked. Excuse doesn't make sense. Also the returned money was less than the cost of the new ticket.
Seem good when I read the benefits.
