I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. I am outraged by the way I was treated. After mistakenly signing up for a membership, I realized the mistake the same day I was charged. I immediately contacted them multiple times, yet they outright refused to issue a refund. Despite my persistent efforts, they did nothing. They shamelessly took my money—money from a student who never wanted to be a member in the first place. They essentially trapped me in the membership just to hold onto my money. If you're thinking about using their service, think again. This is not just poor service—it's outright theft. Stay away; it's a complete scam!"

Most of the goods are pay services only, including confirmation of booking by email, alerts of flight, calling customer service line without delay, etc which should be very basic and necessary to customers.
Lower air fare price and rating. But then finding too many chargeable basic services which put me off.

All be aware that this site automatically calculate you hotel bookings according to your flight schedule weather you want it or not and no chance of refund or change of booking, just been made pay for 3 nights in hotel where I wanted 1 night cost me €240.00

This recent booking is the third time this year I have used eDreams to book my flights. I stumbled upon your site back in August and I will say that the fares are cheaper than many other more well known travel sites. I took a chance on getting the Prime membership and it has been very helpful. I've saved the cost of the membership fee with my last two bookings!
I first did because I was flying to the USA and with eDreams I got a flight with my preferred carrier at half the price of other travel sites.

We had planned out trip, pricing up and down like a yo yo. App kept freezing and the prices changed when booking. Once I selected book prices increased £30 each on flights. Started off at £509 and ended up at £540 + seat allocation which was never mentioned

Very quickly found opportunities to travel. Missed alternatives for different dates. Smooth booking process and quick payment. The thing I don't like but is probably not due to eDreams, is the fact that a flight will cost about twice as much as advertised for stupid simple things as your luggage, your seat and other stuff.

After a rocky start by my booking the wrong dates the insurance package which we had opted for kicked in and allowed us change the flights - using the excellent company app! It took a few calls to the helpline to talk with their polite efficient staff but all is now sorted and we're looking forward to the trip of a lifetime!
Chosen as best value for money for such a long trip. Wanted to avoid Heathrow Airport too so the Amsterdam option appealed.

Just doing a cursory look online for flight prices to Boston thinking of visiting an elderly friend. Well I was so impressed with the price that I rang my brother and told him and he agreed so within a half hour of opening my phone we were booked both ways seats luggage and insurance, really looking forward to it now

We have booked our journey with another booking site in April 2024 and it was cancelled last month October which I thought was a joke. When I found out just few days ago that it was no joke, I searched for other booking sites and ended up with eDreams which I have used maybe a couple of times long time ago. I was quite panicking but gave it a try. So I booked and received an email that confirmation will be sent in 24 hours. The more my anxiety increased but ahoy, I received it in less than 24 hours. This booking was made well ahead of time and no problem. My last booking had to be cancelled and I expected a real mess, but the cancellation insurance worked well. I've compared edreams to other online booking systems and it seems better at least for European trips.

Booked a flight from rochester ny to Raleigh nc, immediately got my details and boarding pass after checking in, flight got delayed due to maintainamce issues by 45 minutes but other than that everything was great. Haven't got on the plane at the time of writing this but hopefully we don't crash because this w o old be a very embarrassing 5 star review if we did.

Have never ever had any issues with edreams. Know the rules of the airline, know about non refundable and hack fares so you aren't ignorant if things go wrong. Wish they would make me an ambassador lol. Used them literally all over the world

I could not find where to add my aeroplan points when booking my flight. I now have to add it after the fact with the airline which is less than ideal but at least eDreams told me I had to do that. It would be preferable if it was more obvious on the booking site.

The bundling is confusing. I frustratingly booked. When I was done and double check. It shows no checked baggage. I was sure I had chosen that option. The process of simply adding a bag was horrible. Kept asking to add seats, when I had already done so. Pretty sure I got nailed financially too. I'm over it
