I think that it is hard to navigate your web site and find out how to do the things that I need to do. I am sure that in time I will get it all figured out and will be able to get right to what I want to know. It would be nice if you would send a confirmation email with all of the information in it and links to all of the areas that we need to complete.

Downloaded it and used app the same day, we made our booking really fast, it isnreally easy to use. There is vast amount of flights and hotels in option with lots of discounts, so we will be using it again for sure!

It was a bit late with the ticket number and South African's airline always left me because of that. They are vey racist and they don't have a manners towards foreigners especially at Johannesburg. But thank you eDreams for your good prices

The app was very easy to use and I was able to book two flights at reasonable prices. The only hang up is sometimes the prices change as your booking which is annoying but the actual booking experience is simple

The bundling is confusing. I frustratingly booked. When I was done and double check. It shows no checked baggage. I was sure I had chosen that option. The process of simply adding a bag was horrible. Kept asking to add seats, when I had already done so. Pretty sure I got nailed financially too. I'm over it

The basic flight reduction was very good but the extras added 60% and so in the end it made the price feel thesame as direct booking. I know you have to make a profit but it leaves a bad taste in the end.

Regrettable as the entire process ended up very confusing and haphazard, unclear and confirmation a headache. Support was also nightmarish. Clarification was difficult. In fact it is best not talking about my experience and just hope everything goes well.

Never heard of eDreams before so was suspicious when I saw their offer. They seemed to check out online so went ahead and used them. So far all is as they advertised and a good price. Ask me again next year when my journey is over and I will give a more complete answer.

Booked a flight from rochester ny to Raleigh nc, immediately got my details and boarding pass after checking in, flight got delayed due to maintainamce issues by 45 minutes but other than that everything was great. Haven't got on the plane at the time of writing this but hopefully we don't crash because this w o old be a very embarrassing 5 star review if we did.

We have booked our journey with another booking site in April 2024 and it was cancelled last month October which I thought was a joke. When I found out just few days ago that it was no joke, I searched for other booking sites and ended up with eDreams which I have used maybe a couple of times long time ago. I was quite panicking but gave it a try. So I booked and received an email that confirmation will be sent in 24 hours. The more my anxiety increased but ahoy, I received it in less than 24 hours.
