Presing the PRIME butto is a trap that took me into a 1 year membership which I don't want/ need. I'd rather pay the full price for my flight.

I always book my flights on eDreams since there are normally plenty of options. Though I could not find RyanAir company.

It was a great experience to book my fight with them. Only this that is little annoying is that the website enrolls you their prime membership and puts you in auto renewal after trial period ends. I couldn't have noticed it unless I logged into my profile and checked the auto renewal process. It could have been better if it would clearly mentioned during booking

Things like the amount of luggage included in the offer demand attention; some domestic flights only permit the personal item, and don't seem to have any other capacity even for sale. This info is all there on eDreams, but I failed to pay attention on one occasion.

I found the website clear and detailed, user friendly. I obtained what I was looking for without any difficulty. It was my first time using eDreams. I was just a little worried when, after completing the whole process: the booking and the payment, I received a message saying that my booking was pending. It remained pending until the next day. Not knowing what was delaying the approval, I could not make any other arrangement such as hotel booking, car reservation, meetings, etc.
I did not choose eDreams. EDreams choose me...it was the first to appear on my search list...

Always use 3rd part websites when looking to book flights. Almost every time, eDreams comes out on top as far as cheapest fare. Only a few clicks later, flight is booked. Their website is extremely easy to navigate and I have never had a single issue!

Bought a fully flexible ticket for >$800. Went to change the flight 7 days beforehand using their online system. EDreams indicated a $0 fare difference (I have a screenshot) and wrote that confirmation would be received in 48 hours. No email arrived, ever. I called them up the day before the flight and spent almost 2.5 hours on the phone being transferred from "team" to "team." They claimed that it wasn't a $0 fare difference but actually around $1700-1800 difference (they quoted 2 different numbers by different operators) and wanted to know if I would make the payment? Weird thing is I could buy a brand new ticket for that exact same flight in 2 months time for $600 using another agency. So after having enough I asked to cancel the ticket and enquired how much I'd get back. They said it was non-refundable - despite it being a fully flexible fare. 2 different operators quoted different amounts - one said an exact $300 and the other $410 (something). It's as if they're pulling numbers out of the air. I doubt I'll ever get the money back. I have already started warning my international flying friends and colleagues from ever considering edreams.
Morale of the story: there are good reasons why eDreams has such a low customer satisfactory rating among customers. We've now been cheated hundreds of dollars by this group that it's worth not trusting them. They make stuff up that makes no sense at all.

I appreciated and even paid for the check- in. But then I got noticed that they cannot proceed. Strange! Will they return the fee I paid?
Second problem: when I booked it never indicated that I cannot take a handbag luggage! Only sthg I can put under the seat. How strange I travel a lot but never without the the minimal luggage...no words
