This company is an absolute SCAM. If I can give it a zero I would. I purchased cancellation insurance. They only refund you a percentage of your fare (not including any extra you purchased seat assignments, etc.). They give you about 50% of what you paid. Never do business with this company again. I will also be reporting them to the BBB in the US! Absolutely horrible
