Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. On 12.06.2024, I booked tickets from Bucharest to Bologna and back on 20.08.2024 and 26.08.2024 respectively, booking *******0070. My tickets have standard flexibility, so I only requested to shift my flight dates forward by one month and change the departure and return dates to 24.09.2024 and 01.10.2024 respectively, booking *******4491. As I understand the company's policy, the ticket price should not exceed the amount that was initially paid for the tickets.
However, on 27.06.2024, I received invoices totaling 195.54 euros, which need to be paid. Furthermore, on 27.06.2024, 89.9 euros were withdrawn from my card without my knowledge. Please explain why and how much I have to pay just for requesting to postpone the flight date by a month.
