I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. I logged on and the selection of the trip was easy. The system is quite good at getting you back to your start point. I had never thought of returning to the UK via Bulgaria where I will spend a happy 4 hrs in a USSR airport. BUT it selected me a very cheap option. I have managed to get to and from Rome for the price of a single;e fare on euro star to Paris. A good system. No faults and no issues.

Booked initial flight to wake up next morning to email saying booking failed for some reason rebooked same flight that same morning everything booked straight away so not really a problem unsure why initial booking never went through would have been nice to know why even if it was my fault.

Hello,
We bought 4 round trip flight tickets for WestJet through Edreams. When we made the purchase, Edreams offered an (Econo) status online, which allowed for one (1) carry-on bag and one (1) personal item. However, after receiving the confirmation from WestJet, we were informed that we were downgraded to (UltraBasic) status, which only allows for one (1) personal item.
We provided a screenshot of the website showing the carry-on luggage allowance, but they continued to deny our claim, and calling the luggage a personal item, leaving us with an additional cost of $50 for each carry-on per trip, totaling about $400 for us.
All we are asking for is to receive what was initially offered and paid for, without any extra charges. Unfortunately, they have ceased communication with us.
To all travelers, please be aware of this company. I'm not sure if eDreams is intentionally misleading their clients or if changing the flight category after the purchase is part of some sort of scheme.

I have contacted my bank to refuse the payment of £89.99 as I did not authorise it and you did not give me any notice. This resulted in overdrawn charges.
There was nothing on your booking page informing me that I had already had a free trial so I was unaware when l booked that this was the case.
I would have booked elsewhere at a cheaper price had I known I wasn't able to receive free trial.
Please refer this immediately to your complaints department. I am extremely angry with your company and wish this matter to be taken further.

I booked a trip to Greece from USA and despite receiving confirmation via email on my "total charges" my actual charges on my credit card were about $730 more. To complicate things, they notified me the next day via email that they were unable to book my seats with FlyNorse so they refunded me $161 but that still did not account for the $730 surcharge. They referred me to FlyNorse to pay separately for my seats which i did for an additional $900 ( seats for me and my family). And I've spent countless hours (waiting at least 1-2 hours to have someone log in) on CHAT over two months (4 attempts) as they don't seem to have a telephone number for communication. Despite multiple requests they have been UNABLE to provide a formal invoice with their charges. During one of the chat texts they reported a "$725" reprocessing fee. Which subsequently they said "you haven't been charged for this...can ignore this fees". Then they argued that FlyNorse charged $725.12 more. Yet, I already had checked with FlyNorse and they had not. And then they seemed to have stopped communicating with me altogether. As of this point there is still no resolution and I will be contacting my credit card company to see what my options are.
