I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
This App is very easy to navigate. I have just booked a number of flights in Kenya and the process was dreadful until I happened upon eDreams. Now I'm about to live the dream. I'm 71 and can't wait to begin my journey.

When you try to click the prompts during the contact us service, the prompts don't work and creates a loop so that you actually never speak to anyone.
I opted for the 30 day trial for prime and now I would like to cancel and get my refund back. Cannot speak to an agent at all. Please help

They charged me TWICE for the same booking and it is impossible to get a refund from them. I have been waiting 2 years and still nothing, despite my efforts to find someone at the company who can help. They essentially stole $900 from me!

I made a request for a refund after cancelling my booking within 24 hours. This is from February 2023. We are already in July 2023 and still waiting for my refund. I have spoken to several customer service reps and I am told on each occasion that all they can do for me on their end is "request to escalate my refund". They all asked me to wait a little longer but that is just their standard response. None of them have any control over the refund. So basically I opened a case in April 2023 and have not received any follow up email and no update as to IF I will ever get my monies. The only place you get actual feedback is from the reps that cannot do anything for you. Please do not waste your money on this platform. It is frustrating and ridiculous.

Don't mind the cheap prices. If you want value for your money, use another site. You have been warned. I lost over $900 USD.

I book in edreamz last June,******* and it's was showing in online price is Qr. 4300 something and but they charge me for the amount of Qr 4593, when I complain it they suddenly do an refund without any asking if what I want to happen, it's not convenient to call them, hang you for 25 minutes and another time until add the time, it's confusing what they did, until now I haven't received any money from the refund they said. The opportunity to get a one-month free trial on prime membership was great, for I discovered that prices are comparably lower than on other platforms and the membership fee is amortised after just a few bookings. So I would recommend prime membership to frequent travellers.
The booking platform works very well. Its main fault to me is that the only possible method of payment is by credit card.
Honestly, it just popped up on my search engine and so I tried it, but then I chose to book here because of the one-month free trial, which has saved me a lot of money on booking fees in a month when I needed to travel a lot.:-)

I tried for 2 weeks to book tickets for our family of 6 to go from Bogota to Cartagena, Colombia. Their online system could not confirm the purchase. So I tried a back door and somehow ended up on eDreams' site. They immediately accepted and confirmed my reservation. I'm still not sure of the exact cost, however, as the amount on the confirmed ticket is less than what showed on the invoice when I made the reservation.

Im a prime member though not by choice but i accepted it. I was promised vouchers as a result, which was nice, but never received them. I have been trying to contact edreams through live chat, phone, and e-mail. First time i got the promise of vouchers was over the phone. I requested the promised vouchers to be sent after almost a month from the call. They said they can only do that on phone for some reason. I have been calling abroad which is more costly than almost the vouchers themselves in order to simply receive what I need!
Edreams is treating my request as if they are my bank account that need a lot of personal details before they approve anything, yet with a more expensive tax on calls internationally as opposed to my bank that i can call for FREE

Three years ago when I did the annual subscription with them, it was ok. Cheaper tickets than other sites and you could cancel the subscription very easily. Now it is a nightmare, if you don't pay attention they will take your money from the account every year for the rest of your life. Never do an annual subscription with them

Be very careful when you use the edreams app. A small mistake cost you a fortune and when you try to solve the issue afterwards, almost impossible to contact the customer service of edreams and they use every excuse they can to put you on hold and collect as much € possible.
I admit I made a mistake in my booking. I realized within 10 minutes after the booking was made. I lost 1300€ of the 1500€ spent and experienced no willingness to help me from edreams/expedia. When you are a robot, being 100% sure you make no mistakes, this platform is an option.
Me, as a normal human being, will NEVER book through edreams again!

Site for robots who are sure to make 0,0 mistakes. 1 mistake will cost you a lot of money and you will get 0 service

It the worst ever I have been waiting more than 4 months,they wait the airline when I ask no answer finally now when I emailed said non refundable I have cancelled the ticket after 3 days of the day i bought. I purchased a ticket for 3 people( my cousins). Later received an email qualified as Prime, so I could change or cancel the trip with refund. One of 3(cousin), passed.We had to cancel the trip. E-DREAMS emailed saying, unfortunately, NO REFUND. I can change my review if Costumer Services answers my phone and solve my problem. Sorry, I'm very disappointed!

Their prices require you to pay an extra membership, which they claim you can cancel but then it's very difficult to contact them. If you do not succeed in canceling within 2 weeks, their "policy" does not allow them to issue a refund so you pay for a full year's membership and the price for the flights ends up being more expensive. I had to write a bad review here in order to get a reply and refund from them. I will not be booking with them again.

Poor customer service; difficult to contact them and once you do their "policy" does not allow them to help. I had to write a bad review here for them to reach out and offer a refund. I appreciate finally getting a refund, but it definitely was not worth the amount work needed in order to get it. I will not be using this booking service in the future.

It takes only someone well versed with technology to use an APP to access the air-ticket. It is best to simply email the ticket directly to the email address once a payment has been made.

The free trial period, I did not see any cancellation information or if I will be notified when the $59.00 will be charged to my account. Once agreeing to the trial period, the savings for a rental car was only about 5%. Being two of us are traveling, we are about 78 bucks on the price of the airfare so if I do not cancel, then it will about break even. A little better for me, but I did almost decline as I didn't see a way to cancel easily.

Edreams Cancel Prime Membership is forced on you at checkout. You can't cancel it from the app. You have to call the phone number in your account dashboard, and then wait on hold for a hard to understand person that will beg you with a million questions to keep your Prime Membership.
I do not recommend Edreams Prime Membership. They beg beg beg you to stay. Not cool.

Since booking our flights from Naxos to London we have received countless emails telling us that we need to contact them in order to make sure we still have flights. Each time we have contacted them and spent at least 15 minutes on a phone que. Then when we try to check in we receive an email telling us we had not responded to an email (completely untrue) and our tickets are cancelled.
Absolutely disgraceful service. Do not book with this company unless you want to spend ages on the phone and have no flight at the end!
