I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
The schedule was not as I selected. After completed the booking, realized the flight was wrong. Tried to cancel right away, but had a lot of troubles, called in and talked to Omar, the agent, he told me I could not cancel the booking because it's the low fare. It doesn't make sense. The message said cancellation can make within 24 hours. I just booked it a few minutes ago and tried to cancel right away. I said if cancellation is unable to make, then change the flight to a different time. I'm still waiting for the response. This is my first time booking with Edream, very bad customer service and experience. I have never had this problem before. I booked airline tickets through other travel agent, and was able to cancel without any problems.

I recently booked a flight via eDreams. It saved me money and was a very simple booking process. The details of my booking were sent to me via email and the booking also appeared straight into my EasyJet app. No problems at all.
It was the cheapest way to book the flight I needed.

Don't book an infant if you want them to have a seat. They can't do it with their software. Their customer service won't help you fix it either. You can get a manager. They say airline won't let them change it and you should call airline, then airline says booking agent needs to fix. End result was canceling vacation. Sad.

I couldn't find the ticket confirmations on the web login. Finding password changing option is difficult and searching yet. Top of everything no Information about online check-in. I have been trying at the app on and on for a check-in request which in not working though. Overall its not user-friendly at all to me.
No particular reason, for chef deal may be, but later found the currency was in pound which I though to be in Euro. So, for me it was a bad deal for me!

Overloaded, complicated, unclear interfaces!
Al I need is a pdf with my ticket and I $#*!ing can't get it done with your emails and platform. I was expecting to receive the ticket in the mail. I need the file, not only reference numbers

I wanted to cancel my year plan and called the hotline. Your employee said that he would cancel my plan for 69.99 and make me a plan for 20.00 (I paid immediately using the link) and then my money was automatically withdrawn again (your employee did not cancel the plan for 69.99). How do you even do such a bad job? I paid twice, I'm shocked. I wanted to cancel but paid two times. I will never buy tickets through your company, I will write to all groups that your company is not competent. Let people know about your reputation. It's horrible!

I found you web page not very user friendly i fact wen I wanted to make a change to the booking it was impossible to do so through your manage your booking chat page. I got to point of mr going state to EasyJet web page and making the change which cost me £55 not happy will think twice be for booking with eDreams.
To try and get the best deal but that doesn’t work.

Booking the flight was easy. The confusion came over baggage. I found out you charge separately for the baggage. I paid it, but can't tell if I paid for both ways. There is no way to contact customer service, so I'm not sure what's going to happen when I get to the airport.
I booked with eDreams accidentally. I'm hoping the problems I have can be ironed out. But customer service is so hard to contact that I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Lufthansa cancellation of first leg of return flight Warsaw to Geneva (250 CHF). New booking via e-dreams (300 euros for one way/direct flight) but check in desk unable to find booking. Many attempts to find details for and contact help desk - missed flight - no refund because of "no-show!). LOT able to rebook original Lufthansa flight 7 hours later via Vienna. Planned move into new apartment today abandoned with work travel to Zambia tomorrow.

EDreams is a legit website that helps you save money compared to other booking websites. I saved about $50 on each ticket on my list booking. The only thing that you have to be careful is the accuracy of your information that is passed onto the airline. I called the airline that I booked the ticket with through eDreams and even though they confirmed that my booking was Confirmed, and my name was right, for some reason, the date of birth was the same for all three passengers, which was a date of birth that I had not provided at all. I triple checked the date of birth of the passengers before submitting the booking, and it was correct, but the system defaulted all three passengers to that date of birth, which was weird. Thankfully, as soon as I did the booking, I called the airline and I checked with them and after they told me they were able to fix the date of birth. Other than that everything was good.

Two weeks ago, we requested an invoice for our canceled trip, which we submitted through the eDreams application. And contacting customer service and posting a review, we didnt receive a single invoice after 16 days. In my experience, eDreams appears to be the least responsible company I've encountered, as they have not fulfilled their promise and seem untruthful and unreliable.

The booking system here is cluttered all about with distractions, and pages of pressures to buy extras, add expenses - a long list of them. The actual booking and confirming of a flight worked fine, but was hard to navigate through the crowd of other pressures, including pop-ups like "Hurry - prices are about to go up".
To achieve a stop to the pestering, but also it did seem to offer some flexibility or desirable help (like text information on flight delays, or on line check-in) for a fairly modest sum.

Today I booked a hotel room in Morocco for 12 nights and when I called the hotel the reservation didn't exist and the hotel is fully booked. I called eDreams and they gave me a locator number but again the hotel rejected it.I called again eDreams to raise a complaint,and I am waiting for their call this evening or tomorrow. In 2 days I have the flight to Morocco and I don't know what will be the conclusion with my holiday. On the check out day I have another flight and another location and now eDreams ruined everything

EDreams has a good search engine, it finds you good deals... or so it seems.
It get's you cheap deals and you are happy to click on them, but then you later find out, there is a fee to pay for service and if you are just a little bit too slow, they change the prices up even if you are in a payment procedure already. Plus if you want the tickets for the calculated price (with add ons) you have to get some premium account... I know you can cancel it, but there is so much effort going into this tickets, it's just not worth it.
I got the tickets for me, but I don't know if I'm searching again with eDreams.

After the initial booking I was moved on and on to other 'additives' like securing a seat, etc... and others. Which prolonged the procedure. All I wanted was the cheapest seat without anything added.
But it was all over in a few minutes. Relatively easy. Could be more simplified though.
Been using it for years. I like that there is the app and I can check up on things and get stuff like check in number, etc... using my phone just before the light.
