I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
They are certainly not cheaper than any other booking sites! You get money off at your first booking but than usually more pricey than directly from the airline website or other similar online travel sites.

I lost my passport and the car rental company in mexico Mex Car Rental would not rent to me, even with a photo of the passport. I was charged the full price of the car rental and they would not allow me to cancel or get a refund.

The setting was set in USD. Prices were displayed in USD. Finally while booking the amount was debited in GBP. The vendor is also not requesting OTP so there is no chance of knowing what is being debited until you check your bank transaction. The email response says "This email is no longer monitored"

Booked a flight through eDreams and somehow they have subscribed to me and I've taken £59.99 from my account and I continuing to try and take money. I have found it impossible to even contact them so I'm warning anyone else to stay clear of them. I've had to block my card and get my BANK to investigate you've been warned.

A minute after booking I realized I booked the wrong return date and I was not able to either change the dates nor cancel the trip, which I requested literally 5 minutes after booking. The lack of flexibility has made this a rather difficult and costly experience.

Edreams suck money out of your bank account and never send confirmation to correct in boxed and continue to withdraw money in USA dollars or Sterling or euro 💶. Just book a ticket with the airline.

I checked on the BA website and both flights are canceled although Edreams shows that the departure flight is still valid.I received a refund less the Edreams fee, of course :) and now I had to buy a ticket 5 times more expensive...

Horrible subscription fee charge without notice. I got $69.99 charge to my account. And it's automatically subcription after using the website to buy a plane tickets. Then need to call the headquarters company overseas, they give me the wrong email to request for refund. What a scam!

It was a lot more expensive than what I had booked for a family of 5 with aer Lingus and an unexpected expense for our family.
Only option as Aer Lingus strike put a hindrance on our trip.

The price they quote will change AFTER you click purchase. They advertise a low price and then you get charged extras without your consent. Booking.com always sets out the total price clearly. EDreams will scam you, and you have no way to recover the money. Their "customer care" is a joke. ENightmare. Avoid at all costs. This is whey there are sooooo many negative reviews out there for this company. They are deceptive and fraudsters

Worst company to deal with. They keep promising to find a resolution in 48 hours until you departure date then they say we don't have any resolution we can give you a refund. In the high season this refund would make nothing. And refused to book for Mr in any other flight

The process was super easy until it came to providing my promo code. I reached out to customer service both on the phone and in writing with no resolution. Finally, just sucked it up and paid for the trip. I was happy with the ability to modify my flight/hotel package and choose the price that was closer to my budget.
I chose eDreams because they made it easy to obtain the info I needed for my flight when I went on my last trip. Plus, their prices looked amazing compared to other sites.

I bought a flexible flight. I changed the date, and apparently, there was a processing time. I lost my flight (and thus my money +600$) because they were not able to call me to confirm it. Using calls as a confirmation method for this when people who travel usually don't have access to a phone line seems a bit scammy to me. I received an autoamated email afterwards that I didn't even see. What's the app for then? I will NEVER again buy a flight using eDreams.
In addition to this, if you want to cancel your subscription to the Prime membership, they will also make you call no matter what. They will tell you you can do it online but the online process is basically a pop-up message telling you to call to a phone number. It's so frustrating that there are still companies out there that are allowed to engage in this kind of tricky and scammy practices to take advantatge of people.

Despite taking great care with the filters on Kayak, handing the actual booking over to edreams was a pain in the... every way to get you to paymore money, baggage seats insurance etc etc. it's so damn difficult to get a straight deal now from holiday airlines and agencies like edreams
