I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking

I chose my flight. Purchased prime membership, selected seats on both outward and return flights. When i went to payment the return flight was paid for and confirmed but my outward flight was cancelled. When I spoke to a team member I was offered no help. But told to rebook that flight myself. The system did not recognise that I wasn't booked on my outward bound flight and would not let me book as duplicate booking was still in place. I'm astounded that this issue could not be resolved by e-dreams

Scam! You can't cancel your ticket. Doesn't matter what they say. They hide to process and make the process impossible to achieve.
First they tell you can cancel on the website... ofc they hide the option. Once you find the option, you will get a notification you can't do it online. You have to make a phone call.
Phone call ofc is not local, they will give you international phone number, so that you have to pay a lot of money.
Once you are on the phone call, they will literally keep you waiting 30+ mins etc. probably would never respond.
I don't understand how I made the mistake, that I did not read the reviews online... :/ A lot of people have had the same experience.
The cancelling option was the main reason why I decided to buy from E-Dreams.
I hope the founders go to jail for the criminal activities they have been part of for so many years!

When I arrived at the airport at 1 AM in the Knoxville airport, none of the car rental place was open so I had to sit in the airport along with numerous other people along with older people, people with small children, because none of the car rental places are open in Medway on till 730 so I'm till 8 o'clock before getting a vehicle

My flight home from India got cancelled. Finally got one the so got one through dreams that was not stupid flying times or cost. The most important thing to me was I could call and actually speak to a human what gave me peice of mind.

My holiday was easy to book and the website simple to navigate. However, I selected the wrong month for my flights and I can't reach anyone to help me amend my booking! I've tried changing the dates on the app and the website but at the end of the changes it tries to charge me for the new flights

It took 24 hours for my flight to be confirmed, way too long. I was wondering if the transaction went through. But then I booked another one and it was confirmed right away. So it was weird that the first one took forever before being confirmed.

Needed to book in a hurry and chose eDreams having not used them before. My original flight with an airline was cancelled with only 24 hours notice and so needed to find an alternative in a hurry. The process with eDreams was seamless and straightforward. Even though I needed a 'last minute' flight eDreams were able to find this for me and I arrived home on the day planned - thank you eDreams!

I followed the instructions to book an out and return flight. It was straight forward to complete the booking. The first time I submitted the details were not accepted. The second time using the same details the booking was accepted.
No other choice.

My experience using edreams has generally been very good and I have found some very good deals on flights whenever I have needed to travel. The only negative experience was that I once tried to book a flight that ended up not being confirmed and although I was refunded the money I had spent an amount of £68 was never returned to me for some reason and the most infuriating part of the experience is that there is never anyone to answer your queries whenever something goes wrong.
Convenience and ease of the site navigation makes edreams a go to choice for me although as mentioned they are not always the best prices and sometimes dont show airlines that are cheaper and have better connections and more direct routings.

We found the site easy to use all layed out from the cheapest to the more best deals.

Was given incorrect boarding information, then when I missed my flight edreams have informed my that I can no longer use my return flight or put that return flight into credit. Their excuse is that it is the Airlines Policy and when I rang the airline they said that wasnt correct that I could still us the return flight or put it in credit. Edreams still wont accept that and want it in written confirmation. I've now lost nearly $1000. Dont use them because they will not be helpful

Easy to follow instructions generally! I booked seats directly through the airline as I saw them when my confirmation came through however this does not show on this site when I pressed to be automatically booked in on line by yourselves when it opens.
Saw it when searching for city break. Will have more of an opinion of the success when we return.

When starting the booking process, due to it being a long haul international flight we assumed that the fares would include the seats. This was not the case and we ended having to pay an additional £240 on top of the initial advertised price. When we came to check out we were charged an additional £85 because we took 10mins to decide whether to go ahead as the price on the website kept ramping up.
We chose it because it advertised a lower cost on compare sites, but was quickly a lot more expensive!

I booked a Spirit flight through eDreams. Was pretty sure that with Spirit, you have to pay for a carry-on bag (I googled and found I was correct. On the booking page there was a section that said "add check-in bags"--not "add checked bags," which is what it turned out to mean (I suspect this is on purpose to get people to pay for the more expensive thing). I had to call Spirit customer service to confirm that the section was for checked bags, not carry-ons, which also meant that there was no way to reserve a carry-on bag on the site. This led to multiple rounds on the phone with Spirit, none of which ended with me getting my carry-on reserved. I still don't, and will have to try again with Spirit, if I have time, because there is no way to do this on the site.
I did not, I got navigated here through Kayak.

I booked this flight early thinking I would get the time and stay over between flights as I wanted them. The time of the flight would suit us for transfer to the airport, I could book the seats that I wanted at a reasonable price, when we flew from Melbourne to UK we were given different seats, that was with a different airline. I just hope this does not happen again. When we have flown Emirates before we have been satisfied..

I love that it is bare bones so the company can provide good monetary value, but new as a new custmer had no idea where crucial booking number or help or upgrade could be, as customer in the western world I thought bare minimum they would have automated bare minimum customer service but convoluted and surprisingly no.
Money value, that's what I love, I love the options of bare minimum but delivering monetary value

Book your flights directly from the airlines. It is much cheaper. I was scammed by these people. I ended up paying 73$ for a prime membership because they offered discounts and stuff. But I recently booked a flight for my family and I from Vancouver to Toronto. The airlines sent me a ticket from which e dreams charged me 50$ extra. When I asked them they just showed made up charges and explained they gave me a discount. They just make up fake charges to make it look like they are giving a discount when actually they are just charging you extra.

I booked a flight with E-Dreams, not knowing i automatically sign up for Prime membership, I then called to cancel the annual membership before the cut off date. They then told me they would refund me as me and my friend had the same problem, my friend was refunded within two days. Two weeks later, I was still not refunded, and called again as I got an email saying "your refund is processed and is on the way", I even had to do a survey for the agent that helped state good customer satisfaction. However, I still did not receive my refund. I called again for a second time, then found out my refund was not processed and they would do it manually. One week later again, I still haven't received anything, and I use international calls every time I call. The customer service is the worst, and they just make empty promises.

I purchased tickets for me and my daughter involving flights from Boston to Berlin to Sicily and Boston. When I attempted to check in it became clear that my name was listed incorrectly -- as an example,if my name was Tom Jones,the ticket was issued to "Tom Tomjones". EDream refused to change names or assist with airlines,the airlines said it was the ticket agency's role to deal with it. I spent hours on hold, got no help and was forced to re ticket.
