I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
After mistakenly adding 2 bags in one direction instead on 1 in ech direction, I looked for a way to fix this. I found no way to do this.
I wrote a note to customer support an did not receive any answer. I ended up paying one more time for a bag.

When I booked my flight, I was totally shocked when I received an email saying I had been accepted as a prime member. I never clicked for this trial and have been charged for it. I tried to ring to cancel, but was unable to do so. I then spent well over an hour trying to unsubscribe. I am not happy about this at all. The flight was £71 and I have no idea why I was charged the amount I was. I will not be recommending this site to anyone and wish I hadn't seen it.

I paid an extra $130 + $60 membership for this 3rd party Service (that was suppose to be free) n that's after finding out my confirmation details. My flight through the official site was cheaper and MY CARRY ON SUPPOSE TO BE FREE N I HAVE TO PAY $59 for it. The only thing good is my flight got booked for a round trip

I booked a trip. It did not go through because of a problem with my bank. I was on to a service representative and we cancelled it. I was unable to rebook it.I called eDreams 3 times but no one was able to help me. I finally was able to book another flight, but not the one I wanted. What a headache!

I recently booked a flight through a third party company Jetcost and eDreams was the provider of the airline tickets. First things first I booked the flights and I received two different airline tickets with different gate information. After arriving at the airport my flight was delayed and gate was changed due to storm but I never received any updates from the airline. After contacting the airline they issued me a refund but guess what? The issues refund went onto an unknown Mastercard that wasn't mine. I explained to the airline that this was not my card and also disputed charges for a company called eDreams. Avoid this company and third party companies to avoid the scams. Book directly with airline.

I had a fantastic adventure with e dreams from booking plane tickets, hotel reservations and more, I just was unable to check in electronically for some site issue a guess but that didn't stop me from visiting London, UK thanks a lot and keep up the good work hope to do it again soon!

I paid for a luggage for two flights that i bought with edreams, as you can see from the photo i had 23kg booked.
But in the airline website i see my booking reference was booked with just a Basic reservation that didn't include the luggage. I tried to contact them, spending HOURS on a chat which is fake and time wasting.
They are just bad people I implore anyone to stay away from EDREAMS!

I don't like that it is not clear how much luggage you have. In one place it says only hand luggage, and in the other it says checked no more than 23kg.
Does this mean you have both carry-on and checked baggage?

So after a long and Exhausting Trail of Chasing "Edreams" from Pillar to Post Concerning my daughter's Flight Ticket refund from this company it is safe to say they did not care nor refunded anything instead the "Team" w had the Audacity to ask if there's anything they can HELP WITH whicj is ACTUALLY MORE INFURIATING as that is Pretense as if THEY CARE

I wanted to book a flight on Boutique Airlines from PDX to Pendleton, OR. I have never had a problem booking in the past. I had no idea that I was choosing a booking agent until it was all over and done with. I guess I was just confused and kept going as I haven't used the airline in a couple of years and thought maybe the process had changed.
I did not choose eDreams intentionally. I feel very confused about the whole process.

I've used eDreams three times now to book tickets to Japan, and they've always offered an easy-to-use and search system to help me find the times I need. I'm impressed that the flights I find are always non-stop or with few layovers, and get me to Tokyo at a reasonable time to make hotel check-in.
I found eDreams a few years ago while searching for cheap tickets, and the experience was so smooth that I always search with them when looking to go on a vacation. I've found they have the same flights I find on other sites, but with a fantastic price difference!

During buying tickets, the prices change quickly until you simply enter the information. First price was around 260€/p and in the end we should pay around 326€/p. That's what I define as modern theft.
Our flight was from Düsseldorf to Catania. But at that time Catania airport was closed due to fire and eDreams didn't inform us. Our flight has changed (from Dusseldorf to Palermo) and again eDreams has not informed us. We have been informed by Eurowings.
Our return flight from Catania to Munich was also canceled and again we received no information and only found out about it at the airport.
After a long history we bought tickets ourselves again and we wanted to get money back. Lufthansa wrote to us that ticket prices were transferred to eDreams. But eDreams does not answer us!
Very rude!
I have to let my lawyer know. It doesn't work that way.

Strongly advise do not use Edreams. They are thieves. I am due a refund sunce June which they told me I would receive within 10 days. 23rd of August now and 19 phone calls later, and they are telling me they are having issues with their financial team and wait another 15 days. They are disgusting.

Filling in the data, I correctly indicated the day of my birth, but the system gave the wrong date of birth. All my attempts to get the date of birth corrected so far have come to nothing. Although I had purchased the insurance for flight cancelation & changes for all 4 pax but when I tried to change date of flight, I encountered much difficulties and frustrations in the Viet Air website. It required all particulars of every family members even though I had entered our booking confirmation no.
I chose this because of the date & time of departure initially.
