I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
Deal with eDreams is waste of time. Spoke to someone on phoneline over 1 hour 25-3-2024 11pm. They wind you up and make very angry. They don't want to listen to you. They charge £69.99 service I don't want, soon after my booking, I made complaint, Company send me email and said someone will come back to me, now nearly month no one come back to me from eDreams.
Also when I want cancel my booking, I been told go direct and speak to th Areline.would not refund my money back. EDreams took the money from me and get refund from the Airline.

Not good eDreams to deal with , this happen to my family member is . so I am not only one I had bad experience.

After I have received the tickets I asked for check-in. It was done in some time and the boarding passes have been sent to me later. But when I went to the airport I couldn't scan this boarding pass. I had to ask for a help from the staff. It took some time to deal with is and finally I have received the very last seat in the airplane. But I was not explained why this happened and why I couldn't have the seat that was indicated on the boarding pass.
I am not sure if I choose eDreams again as the check-in system is not clear

The booking experience overall was easy. However, I don't know if you have any policy behind this. As in the airline company the ticket was triple of the price. I am bit concerned if i will have trouble on the check-in. As i had with ryanair i couldn't do online check-in as the ticket was locked by Opodo and ryanair would not let me check-in due to customer identification as the ticket was bought by the third party.
I chose edream as my daughter is a edream prime member

Overall the booking process was straightforward, however, the reason I did not provide 5 stars because I could not change the default language that my browser provided.
As I was in a different country (Spain) when I booked the ticket, I couldn't find anywhere how to change the language to English.
This was most frustrating.

Please do not book through these scamsters,they will they will botch up your bookings, I booked thourgh these cheaters for my holidays & untill the last moment they had no courtesy to inform me that the booking is not conformed.I had to rebook with very very high fares, my budget holiday I had planned for nearly a year back was a total disaster,they are not ready to pay for any compensation.Please people kindly do not use these cheaters again.

I've booked lots of trips! First time using this company and it turn in to a complete Disaster trip ended up being canceled due to all the run around with the trip times being changed multiple times! I purchased the coverage for all 8 tickets and when I called because of the flights being changed so many times I was told to call the airline because I would only get back 80% of my ticket value going to the airline they sent Edream all the money back but they didnt pay me back all the money that I should have gotten! Never again will I trust this company!

As ai stated before, prices are weird when it comes to Edreams, with or without Prime, same prices, and sometimes even more expensive with Prime or just a few cents or little euro's cheaper, not worth it to be honest.
Also, sometimes we find these same flights cheaper elsewhere, the booking fees through Edreams is just too much sometimes, not worth it when sometimes it can be cheaper on their own sites.
Just wish Edreams could make prices more accessible (since they're know for being the 'cheapest' options out there), not really anymore, at least from what I experience.
We looked for flights to New York, within the same hour prices changed really strangely, it was sometimes under €400, sometimes a tint bit higher, and then we ended up with the highest, NOT RIGHT!
Anyway, I'll still keep on purchasing through Edreams but from now on whenever I find a cheaper option, I won't hesitate and go elsewhere to purchase my flights/holiday.

1. We found the flight we wanted in "Sky scanner" - and than we found out that all prices were changed.
Instead $ 260.00/ ticked - 345$ / ticket.
2. after i insert all details of 6 passangers - the order stoped working and restarted with alert that im gonna lose the prices.
3. first time order seats were empty and i could pick 6 seats together in 2nd line at $18.00/seat, as i said the order suddenly restarted and the new offer was $45.00/seat only in back of the plane.
Because there were no other option- "Sky scanner" offered flight that only eDreams could give (other website told this offer no longer exists).

This company filled our flights incorrectly. We were stuck at airport and had to rebook everything to get to destination. Then came 2 days failed follow up by the company and ultimately we were told to figure it out ourselves because they couldn't help us anymore.
We were left with plane tickets under the wrong name.a security issue at all flight terminals and delayed departure along with hrs of headaches at the airport.then 2 days of headaches to try and return.
Customer Service was basically non existent and flat out lies to call back or resolve the issue.
A week later and once home they emailed to say that our original flight had already flown so they couldn't help.
( no kidding) and basically told me to kick rocks on expecting any type of compensation or partial refund.
Actually they finally emailed me recently with that follow-up notification...5 months after the trip was concluded, and of course. Now it's way past the time that they might have been able to help.
( no kidding) in essence, we never bothered to respond for 5 months.but now we are and it's been to long to even think about making it rite.
Horrible Horrible experience, Horrible company and even worse customer service.
Stay away from this company if you want to actually enjoy your hard earned vacation and money.

I logged on to book aer lingus and everything became about edreams. Initially tried via mobile but several freezing issues and message saying try again after had entered most/all details. Eventually managed via laptop. Wouldn't allow book using MULTI CURRENCY CARD. Even though ticked continue without hotels etc, kept getting advert and emails offers. Confusing amount of insurance offers. It also said 20kg luggage was e80, if that's true that's crazy.
I wasn't aware I was. I thought I was booking with aer lingus and it all seemed to become about edreams.

I tried to book with BA directly, however, eDreams intervened without my request. I continued with eDreams as I could not switch back to BA on my mobile. Though it ended well - I received confirmation of my flight promptly.
I did not choose eDreams - it just ccame up on my iphone.

I had serious difficulty to pay. I got a note on my screen that my Bank refused my creditcard. I called my Bank to find out what was wrong. The Bank said there was nothing wrong with my creditcard. I tried other ways of payment, like Ideal, but the name of my Bank was missing in the check list. Within one hour my booking was to my surprise "confirmed", but still "processing"

The site is easy to use and I was pleased with the booking of my flight with one hitch. I completed my booking, proceeded to pay for the fare. This was after giving personal info and such. I was then told that to receive the discounted air fare, I would have to join EdreamsPrime. Two prices to join were given. It wasnt very pleasing to go through all the effort to get the flight only to learn that to receive the discounted rate, I would have to join. If I would have known earlier I would have gone to my tried and true, Expedia where I dont have to join anything. Keep it simple. Thank you for your time.
