We have ordered bath accessories from dri glo range thrice with this company for our clinic and we never had any inconvenience. The products are great & order always arrives in a very reasonable time given the distance from VIC to WA it takes hardly 6 days. We'll keep buying from them in future and have no complaints. Their Alpaca blankets are of great quality and the prices are so tempting. When I bought one I could not resist telling my friends about it and we ordered 3 more! Orders arrived within a week and delivery was safe and free. I wonder about your negative reviews elan linen, some people just keep complaining perhaps! But they have kind staff and good service. Keep going

My husband and I visited the Elan Linen Store several times for different bedding, quilt covers, pillows and sheets. Every purchase we made was perfect for us because the customer support asked some very smart questions before making what turned out to be the right suggestions. For example, I'm a bank manager allergic from polyester, so the level of determination is crucial for a proper night's rest. Support team guided and I got the 100% actual cotton bedding!

Well I don't know why people saying so many bad things about this company! I ordered 2 quilt covers out of which one was out of stock. I was contacted 4 days after I paid, they told me one item is missing and If i want to buy anything else they would give me 10% off as apology which I accepted and selected another design. They sent the available quilt cover next day and second one was sent 5 days later so all in all not a bad experience. I think when you are savvy and want to save some $$ but get genuine products, you have to compromise on delivery times. Good luck Elan, Suzanne

Purchased a glider chair for myself last Sunday and received the delivery on Wednesday. I was not expecting this quick response. The parcel was left outside my door exactly as I had advised in the order notes. Item was received in perfect condition. No hassles at all. Really appreciate the service they are providing to busy individuals like myself who can't really chase around merchants for deliveries.

I had a very good experience with elan linen. I liked a alpaca knee rug for my mum and it was cheaper than most sites. As soon as I placed the order I received a confirmation email and within 3 days I received another email to advise that my item has been shipped along with tracking information. The rug is absolutely beautiful and my mother loves it. I don't usually write reviews but I saw this page and wanted to share my experience.

P. S I'm in the retail industry as well and understand that it's usually very hard to satisfy each and every customer.

I love my Baby Zen Yoyo. Purchased it recently in preparation for a few trips. Used for the first time a couple of weeks ago and absolutely loved it. So easy to use and so light. Had no issues with getting it onto the plane and fitting it into the overhead luggage compartment. Folds easily. Likely going to use it for more than just long trips. Saves so much space in my car too. Would highly recommend it. Worth the price! The service from Elanlinen was great too. Fast delivery!

Not sure what all the negative reviews here are about. My order from Elan Linen arrived within 5-8 days which was very impressive. The company's communication was smooth and efficient. Kate even credited my account when I told her my $10 first-timers voucher didn't process on my order. I was a bit sceptical about using elan linen based on some of these comments but didn't have a problem at all. Used the quilt cover already and its fantastic. Very happy.

Extremely happy with the whole buying experience from Elan Linen, very prompt. The quilt is fantastic. I have not felt cold once even with the recent colder than usual weather here in Sydney. I was a bit unsure going from our old down quilt to a man made quilt but so far very impressed. Thankyou for great service and a great product.

For the low price I was very surprised at the quality. This is a small throw. 5 feet long and good for a child or smaller adult, not great for a tall person or as adult bedspread. Thin but substantial and warmer than you would think. Mine does not shed and washes nicely. Soft, pretty! Looks EXACTLY like the picture. Timely deliver!

I am here at elan linen first time for shopping of bed linen for my dad on Fathers day. Confuse due to some reviews but they are part of business even IKEA has bad reviews. So I put a question and got the best reply. I placed the ordered 2 days ago and get the shipping details today. So I am happy and satisfied with their services!

I purchased bianca dawson range from elan. This is a very light and pretty set with great fabric and the embroidery is most attractive. It is just the thing to freshen up a room for spring into summer. I am very pleased with the price & service also! Had no hassle so will shop again.

I got myself a rug from Elan Linen which I had been dreaming about for sometime now. Saved for weeks and placed the order with this company. Although I was little hesitant to spend this much money online with seemingly a small company but all turned out to be great. The product, customer service and shopping experience was perfect. I'll be back again for some linen very soon.

I ordered a quilt set which after three weeks hasn't arrived, I rang and was told it had a defect and they can't get it and could I choose something else, which I did, they didn't have that in stock either. They then said they would send part of my original order and refund the rest. I said no as part is no use to me! Have emailed several times and called but can't get through. I think they are an overseas company not in Australia! Currently have a PayPal dispute open to try and get my money back!

Received my alpaca throws in time for my sister's birthday. Very pleased with the delivery time and products. I was provided with a tracking number which helped to keep an eye on my parcel.

Bought a $400 quilt cover, and no response, kept ringing, and was told on order, then arrived, and then sent and never turned up. When contacted asking about it, arrived yesterday into warehouse, dispatch tomorrow, but tomorrow never comes, finally cancelled order, sent two emails with bank details to refund, but no response, contacted yet again and saying never received emails from us... issue is still pending after 6 weeks.

Purchased a quilt cover then I was told they didn't actually have any in stock. This was well over a month ago and I am still waiting on a refund. I have emailed the company and have tried contacting them via phone but they never are there to answer. Very unprofessional company that I do not recommend.

I ordered a nappy bag which never arrived and not a word from them. When I followed up, I was told sorry out of stock and please choose done thing else. I have now left half a dozen calls and emails but no one is responding. I am going to have to brave it by attending their offices to demand my refund. What a joke. Try the office number. It doesn't even tell you who you are calling, just a message saying the person you are calling is not available. Who are they avoiding?

I was looking for Kas graphite king and could not find it anywhere but at Elan linen. Ordered on 12 Sep and received on 16th! What a speedy delivery & love my favorite linen. Just a suggestion that you should send tracking updates so customers would know when they are likely to receive the goods. I wasn't home at the time of delivery and had to chase Aus post for my parcel, but nonetheless, I am happy with my purchase. Regards, Bec

This is my second visit to Elan Linen for Aden and Anais swaddle wrap and baby blankets. I googled and got this brand available at Elan Linen. I purchased Rock Star Classic Swaddle Wrap 4 Pack, sleeping bag and Shine On Classic Dream Blanket. Price was again very good as compare to others. There was bit delay in the order, but customer support member already informed me in a nice way! So happy with their service and product prices!
