Bought a comforter set - when it arrived it was thin cheap material not at all as it was depicted on line - total scam / asked for a refund and returned product. Still no refund - have contacted Fair Trading - STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS
The Bianca bedspread is very fine. I gave it five stars because the fabric is not as heavy as the old (30 yrs ago) bedspreads that were 100% cotton... and Elan is the best place to buy if I compare the prices with other online retailers. This one might wear better and be easier to clean. I am satisfied.
It was my third chance of shopping online when I placed an order with www.elanlinen.com.au for some sheet sets which I needed desperately. One of their customer service representatives sent me a message through their chat system if I wanted any help. I had read some of the bad reviews here so wanted to be sure about the delivery date. The lady advised that the sheet set I wanted can be despatched within 5 working days and I took her word. After a week I received an email saying that my parcel was waiting at my post office which I picked up the next day. The sheet set was so soft and I received them well in time for my guests. All in all, it was a pleasure shopping with them.

I ordered some swaddles for a disabled mum and we needed them within 3 days. I checked almost 5 online stores and all of them apologized but Elanlinen delivered them to me in NSW overnight and free of cost. The online chat was very supportive and a quick way to do something as Stella took my order and ensured that it gets shipped next day. So five stars for you girl and thank you elan. I hope that bad reviews would not affect your business.

Placed an order in May. Took them 3 weeks to realize that they don't have all items in stock. I removed items that are not in stock and asked to post the remaining items, same story. When I cancelled the order after month of waiting they promised to send it within 24 hours, I dont believe them. Cancelled the order anyway,. All the products are out of stock and its been nearly 2 months they dont refund, dont reply on your emails. At the beginning I had a confirmation sent to my email that the refund will be processed within 24 hours. Customer service is there to make you buy and thats the end of story. Taking it further now.
I ordered some Aden anais items from Japan and elan linen was only company with a reasonable shipping quote. The goods arrived yesterday (took 17 days) in total and perfectly packed. The parcel was not traceable but I had no problems with delivery. Thank you guys

The chat person said the warehouse would call me in a few hours to tell me where my goods were. NOTHING!

After looking at their site and seeing the great range and outstanding prices i decided to place an order. What a mistake that was. After 4 weeks of waiting and numerous emails with unbelievable excuses and reasons for my items not being dispatched i was told that they would be delivered to me asap. Another 3 weeks later and half my order arrives, i email again to find out where the remaining items are and they have ignored all my emails and i get no answer on the phone. Seems like they have no items in stock and only order from the suppliers when you place an order, unlike what they want you to believe when visiting their website.My advice is stay away and order elsewhere. No customer service, no communication skills and an inability to tell the truth.
I am "over the moon" with my Kas quilt cover set. Kas has transformed my bedroom with their vibrant design and the quality of the fabric is outstanding; it is absolutely blissful to sleep under. Elan Linen made the whole shopping experience a joy.
Made a purchase two months ago which I have not received yet. Have asked for a refund after phoning multiple times and not recieving a direct answer on when it would arrive. Keep promising to return my call then never do. Have started a retrieval through the bank.
The Floyd Quilt Cover Set by Bianca is both comfortable and soft. After washing initially, and dried, it did not wrinkle and kept its softness. Note that there are no ties in the corners, which was a minor disappointment. Instead of buttons, there is a very small-sized zipper that runs the length of one end. It fits in a fold and is not visible or felt. For about 97.95$ for double size, this is a good deal at Elan Linen. I purchased this colour as it is a good to fit my décor.
After reading other reviews I was worried about ordering from Elan but thought I should try something cheap to see how they went. I ordered Thusday night and the package arrived Tuesday lunch time.
I received my goods right on time. My 3 cushions arrived in good shape. I guess it's what they say... bad experience you tell ten people, good service you tell none. I don't really think that should be the case, but I guess that's how it goes. I'm happy to say nice work Elan.
Just wanted to let you know that the two doona covers l purchased have arrived so promptly (From VIC to country NSW in around 4 days, so faster than a Aussie Post letter!) and delivered to my door by friendly freight people. I was overseas while I was trying to place an order for some coverlets and it was a difficult task since I am not very useful with computers. However, Alex was amazing on the online chat, so patient with me, and extremely helpful. She was effective in answering my questions and I received my coverlets within a week! I ordered a few items from aden & anais range and had a chat online as I wanted to receive them for a baby shower and it arrived very well before time. Jenny (their online chat agent) helped me with the purchase and she confirmed that I will receive the order within 5 working days and I did, they also sent a complimentary Kas towel which is great. Their prices are great, very impressed & happy :)
I should have read the reviews of this company before ordering - the reviews are generally NOT favourable. I have been waiting for my order for a month and just get apologies, excuses and more apologies. I am keeping a trail of their email responses as evidence that the goods have not been delivered. I have contacted my bank to lodge a dispute to get my money back, and will progress this matter further if that is unsuccessful. Stay away from Elan Linen!
I bought a bedding set of KAS from them and I am really satisfy with there customer service, they offer me extra discount but they told me that they will deliver in 15 days so Sit back and relax. I received my product and its was perfect.
I purchased a microfiber quilt from them back in December and ordered a wrong size in error. The delivery took 7 working days for me in NSW however I was disappointed to see that I've got an incorrect size. I gave them a call and spoke very angrily as I was unhappy and I always find returns as a hassle. The girl Susan listened to me with patience and dealt politely and made me realize that I have ordered a wrong size. She arranged a collection from my place within 2 working days and the correct size with of course some extra payment was also delivered. All in all they're nice people to deal with and I will definitely come back for my bedding needs. Melissa B.
I took good 2 hours on the elan website before placing my order since there were so many quilt covers to choose from and I liked so many so it took me a while to decide which one to go for. I even asked the online chat rep to show me the best sellers. Nonetheless I placed my order and received the parcel from elan within the same week and it was exactly what I wanted. Good job Elan.
NOT WORTH THE RISK! I ordered 3 products which were all in stock according to the site. They didn't arrive and there was no communication around what happened. I had to contact this company by email (phone always rang out!) to find out an ETA. Each time I got a completely different story about my order, including that one or more items was out of stock. Customer service people kept saying the order had been dispatched when it hadn't. In the end I received 1 off my items 4 weeks later, the other item they have told me is still on back order so they will refund, still waiting for the refund 7 weeks later, the third item was 'dispatched' but i still have not received! Worst experience ever! BEWARE
We received our order really quickly - prompt shipping and good coomunication. Unfortunately one of the items was incorrect, but after sending a quick email with a couple of photos the correct item arrived a few days later, still in time for the birthday.
All communication was quick and clear, we will be repeat customers!
I ordered three bedspreads because the prices were very low and they were giving me free home delivery in Perth, Australia. My order number was #******* and expected delivery time was 7 days. I didn’t receive the order even after 10 days. I talked to one of the online agent and she replied that order delivered already. I said few bad words to the agent, but after all verification she again confirmed delivery address. And it was my fault; I gave the wrong address for delivery. But I am very happy that they didn’t charge me extra and delivered me in 4 working days. Sorry for my mistake and I am really happy with their bedspreads quality and customer services!

This is one of the worst online companies I have dealt with. After 3 weeks of not hearing from them I finally made contact to be told that the item was not in stock. I requested a refund and heard nothing, I then asked twice more and have still had no response. I am currently in a dispute resolution with them via Paypay.
