Bought a comforter set - when it arrived it was thin cheap material not at all as it was depicted on line - total scam / asked for a refund and returned product. Still no refund - have contacted Fair Trading - STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS
I don't usually submit reviews like this, but after being VERY reluctant to use this website after reading bad reviews calling it a scam, I have to say that my experience has exceptional. Their live chat support girl "Diana" talked me through the purchase, confirmed the product (Heritage brand All season Wool Quilt in King size) was indeed in stock, I went ahead and ordered. This was Monday night. Today (Wed) at 11am it was delivered to my door, and I should add, I live in Sydney.
Add to this the fact that their price point was less than half what the same quilt retails for at DJs, colour me impressed!

Huge savings all at one place, I really like shopping through them. I am going to buy more and more Puchaced items online and it has been a great. Delivery has been prompt and items are of extreemly good. Quality.
I too purchased an item that was supposed to be in stock. I had to contact them 10 days later to chase this up. Was then told it was out of stock despite it still being listed on their website at that time. Was offered an option to buy something else but I chose to obtain a full refund in a week. I was told that I would be placed in a queue for refunds LOL! Well that was 3 almost 4 weeks ago and no refund to date. Fortunately I purchased through paypal who are investigating these frauds. To save you a lot of time wasting and of course YOUR MONEY (not theirs as they seem to think as I still waiting for my refund) DON'T BUY FROM THEM they are scammers.
I ordered the 4moms Mamaroo Swing, I ordered it for my daughter in Australia, from The USA where I live. This company was one of the few that allowed me to do this. I made the order an it went through. It was only after this that I went on to the web sight reviews and saw some scary reviews when it comes to the service of this company. This prompted me to have my daughter contact the company to make sure everything would be going as planned. It did go to plan. She received prompt customer service. The delivery was made in a very timely manner. The good arrived in good condition. She was very happy with the product. I appreciated the great service and convenience, it was much appreciated.
Like most other peoples experience. They advertise everything is "in stock" (totally misleading an deceptive), of course it is not in stock! LIES LIES LIES followed by more excuses. They claim they have refunded me, I asked for proof - of course they couldn't produce that.
The ACCC needs to investigate these scammers
Like many others I have been scammed by this company, which I also believe to be an overseas company
After waiting a week for a conformation email that my order had been shipped, which usually happens the next business day, I contacted them by email and got spun the line that "it was all sold out and new stock was on its way"
I was actually speaking to one of their staff on the chat option to get the % discount that didn't go through at checkout when I ordered, and they NEVER said that the item I ordered was out of stock.
Had I known this I would have ordered from somewhere else!
They took my money the minute I placed my order knowing damn well they didn't have the stock on hand!
And now that I have asked for a full refund they have ceased any contact!
I too will be contacting Consumer Affairs!

I ordered some aden anais swaddles and a dream blanket for my bub and received the order within a week. The products are genuine and authentic and price was good too. I did not receive a dispatch confirmation but my order though. Thanks, will recommend buying from them.
Love KAS and very happy with the quality and service, looks great but giving 4 stars because I was a bit disappointed with the colour, hard to see online as colours can vary due to light etc, I thought the purple was blue and the green was yellow as in all the picture I saw on different websites but nonetheless, still looks great. Purchased the kareena quilt cover from kas on 9th july and received it today on the 18th. I had asked Elan about the delivery and it took exactly 9 days as they had promised. Very reliable and professional staff and I would have NO hesitation in ordering again from Elan Linen.
My online purchase was dispatched promptly, well packed, and arrived within 2 days. One item was unavailable from the supplier and Elan Linen emailed me offering a store credit or refund.
Great service. Was able to buy from New Zealand for a quilt I wanted that was out of stock in a store here. Easy payment options and postage to an Australian address. Thanks
Contacted customer service, no reply, phone calls - phone was never answered. Only method of contact was online chat. Makes it very difficult to follow up on issues.
I bought it from Elan as I saw cheep prices but I was little scared to that they are selling at quite the low prices are they going to maintain quality to but I took the risk of Buying KAS white quilt cover. I was quite amazed by there service they deliver it on the given time and my quilt was amazing.
Tip for consumers:
If you are going to make a purchase first interact with the customer service they give you extra discount if you ask them and will also guide if you have any interior conflict .
I have bought stuff from here a few times now. Every time delivered within time promised and never had any problems with the products. ALso awsome deals keep appearing on this website.

Bought a beautiful bedspread from Elan last week which arrived within 3 - 4 days. The bedspread looks alot more valuable than what I paid for it. Keep it up guys!

I was looking for Kas graphite king and could not find it anywhere but at Elan linen. Ordered on 19/5 and received on 22nd! What a speedy delivery & love my favorite linen.
Really disappointed with the experience I had online I placed an order for a throw and cushions I sent a message after a week to see where the order was they said it would be sent in the next few days due to them moving fair enough however another week past still nothing I then got told the cushions were out of stock so I asked that I get a refund they said it would take 5-7 days didn't get for about 10 days the throw finally arrived nearly 3weeks later never again will use again no wonder people use overseas sites I get my orders much quicker
I made a online purchase 7 weeks ago through this company. After 3 weeks had passed I sent an email asking where my order is and still have got no response to date. I than started a dispute through PayPal but also got no response. I called the company and asked where my order is they could not tell me where it is, if it's in stock, if it's been sent and would not let me speak to the manager! They then promised they would send me an email within 24 hours letting me know where it is. 4 days later and no email! I rang again same thing. Couldn't tell me anything and I was actually hung up on! I was annoyed but I was still calm when speaking. I then rang back about an hour later same thing he promised again I would get an email within 24 hours and was then hung up on AGAIN! 48 hours has passed and still NO email telling me where my purchase is! I have also made a claim through PayPal and hopefully I will get my full refund back. The website looks professional and Alex the computer make the company look like they have good customer service but when you call looking for your purchase you'll get a rude shock when they can't tell you anything and you can't understand the Pakistani accent.

This is the worst online shopping experience ever! Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.
I only purchased from Elan Linen because what I wanted wasn't available from my favourite site Manchester Warehouse. Little did I know it wasn't in stock at Elan either, they just weren't upfront and honest about it.
Their communication is pathetic! Don't bother calling them because they don't answer the phone. They don't even send a confirmation email after an order is placed. I tried chatting to them to get an update on my order and it took 5 hours before anyone started chatting to me. This was during the middle of a week day.
Before I placed my order I communicated via chat checking that the colour of a cushion matched the bedcover. I was assured it did. When it finally arrived they were not alike. Now if I return I have to pay a restocking fee and return postage. They won't accept any responsibility for the advice I was given.
My order took 14 days to arrive. Six days after I placed my order I paid to have it sent express post but it was sent with a courier company Hunter express. Susan Harvey their customer service representative is adamant the warehouse sent it express post. I know what turned up at my door. The delivery driver didn't even bother to knock it was just dropped near my front door.
It took so long for my goods to arrive that the price was cheaper by the time I finally received them.
Don't waste your time or money shopping here. Disorganised is an understatement!
I ordered 2 kids bed from ElanLinen for my kids. The beds are in good condition and very spacious for the kids. But the delivery arrived a little late.
Purchased my item & requested express delivery via online help as I needed it for a birthday present. Arrived the next day! Would definitely order from this site again.

We forwarded your order details for despatch however found out upon your enquiry that it was still not shipped from the suppliers which resulted in the inconvenience for you. We have to then recall the funds from the suppliers and organise customer refund.
