Bought a comforter set - when it arrived it was thin cheap material not at all as it was depicted on line - total scam / asked for a refund and returned product. Still no refund - have contacted Fair Trading - STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS
I purchased a quilt cover online which was delivered within a week. Excellent customer service since I had to return my purchase as I preferred a more crisp feel. I was kept informed through the whole process. I got a credit note and I will definitely buy from them again and will tell my friends and family to as well.
I normally do not add reviews but the outstanding service has convinced me to do so. I ordered a throw 3 days ago; I was expecting some guests and I needed a throw rug urgently. Elan linen guaranteed the delivery in time and within 3 days my parcel is here. This is exactly what I was looking for... a THROW - not a blanket. It's SUPER soft and washed up nicely. It is "ivory" in color - but a light ivory - not very deep yellow... which is perfect for me. Also it is lightweight. Also good for me. Please DO NOT hesitate to buy from them due to some bad reviews, service is EXCELLENT!
Lies, Lies and more lies. They confirmed in writing that they had the product prior to my purchase and they would dispatch and deliver quickly. A week later they confirmed they did not have any and were expecting more within a couple of days. Kept chasing for the next 6 weeks. Nothing but lies. Tried to cancel the order and get a refund, they refused...
Do not trust anything this organisation says, pay more and use someone else.
Purchased a bedspread worth almost $500 and received it within 4 days in perfect condition. The bedspread looked even better than the image online. Totally in love with it and the price was very nominal for the quality of the product. Plus cant complain about the service, received my item within 4 days!. Keep it up Elan
I posted this to their Facebook page to sum up my experience:
"I had a really poor experience purchasing from you. I placed an order on the 21st of July. My money was debited immediately. After no email confirmation or receipt of my order I used the "live chat" function on your website on the 7th of August where I was informed you did have my correct email and what I purchased was no longer available. I was informed I would be refunded, however it was not until I contacted you AGAIN today, 14 August that I received my refund.
Your communication skills with customers and your customer service are truly amazing, I have never seen anything like it before. Did you expect to sell me something you didn't have in stock, take my money and get away with it?"
Thank you so much Susan and Elan for your great service. My sheets had a hole in fabric which I realised after first wash and Elan arranged a replacement for me within 2 days & free of cost.
May I also say that when I was online purchasing the doona covers and sheets, a lovely lady - her name cannot remember but I think it was Tania - was chatting with me and assisting with my selection. If someone can go act through my order and see who it was and pass her name onto management, then it would be very much appreciated.
I will definitely be going back to your website as the service was excellent.

I ordered a set of Aiden and Anais swaddles for a friends baby shower. The money was taken immediately but as of today ( 15 days later) my order has yet to arrive. I have sent 3 emails and called twice with no response. On my third call I was told that they were having delivery issues and that my purchase would be sent out the next day... its still not here. I understand that delivery problems happen but a simple email back to me would have been nice. Will not order from this site again.
I love the Mariposa kas kids quilt. It is beautiful, but not too girly i. E. not too pink, and no hearts or bows. This quilt is timeless and will last my little girl into her teens. Elan linen has great products and happy with the service. Will come back
I have made two separate purchases with this company. They have inaccurate product information inaccurate stock levels and lengthy delivery times. On the first occasion that I ordered, they didn't have my item but processed the order. Delivery was over 3 weeks! Second occasion, they didn't have two of the items I ordered and paid for (despite site saying available stock); they then said they had dispatched my revised order and when I enquired 2 weeks later why it hadn't arrived they said that item was not in stock either. So I had paid for items, reordered and then had no delivery! I ended up having to cancel the order after 5 weeks of them mucking me about. Better off paying a little more in the stores. Australia is not up with the times with Internet shopping. I can get 2-3 day delivery from the UK!

I recently purchased a quilt cover set from Elan linen. I was hesitant to purchase on-line, not something I do very often. I need not have worried. The quality of the linen is beautiful and the range to choose from very extensive. I needed the quilt set rather quickly for a birthday present. The staff were most helpful and the obliging and the quilt arrived in time. I would not hesitate to recommend Elan linen. A most trustworthy company and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.
I ordered 2 doona covers & one small kids floor rug in 26. 06. 15. I contact Elan Linen on 16. 07. 15, as my order had not arrived. On the 20. 07. 15, they replied saying the kids rug was found to have defects & that's why they hadn't sent the order. Apparently a new order was due to arrive that week & my order would be dispatched after that. It is now 04. 08. 15, five and a half weeks from the date the order was placed & still no parcel has arrived. They were very quick to take the money from my account but have so far have failed to deliver. Considering the huge delay, I would've thought that it would be common sense & good customer service to just send the 2 items that are in stock asap & send the out of stock item later.
I've contacted them again today & just awaiting a response...
Purchased bedspreads worth $500 and received them within 4 days. I received order confirmation and then a phone call to confirm order. This was on a Saturday. Received complete order on Thursday. Very happy with my purchase.
I recently bought muslin wraps online and after a day or two I was advised some were not available and I was given the option of a refund or choose from one of the others they had in stock. I decided to choose the others they had in stock and received them within the time frame. The quality of the product are of excellent quality and the prices are the best around from what I have found online. Very happy with quality and customer service. NOT WORTH THE RISK! The people who have had good experiences with Elan got lucky. I had an experience like many of the other reviewers. I ordered 4 products which were all in stock according to the site. They didn't arrive and there was no communication around what happened. I had to contact this company by phone, email, and online chat to the point of harrassment to find out any information. Each time I got a completely different story about my order, including that one or more items was out of stock. The customer service people outright lied to me twice saying the order had been dispatched when it hadn't. In the end I received 2 of my items 6 WEEKS LATER. I then had to chase them for a fortnight for a refund of the other 2 items that didn't arrive. BEWARE!
For a start I could see in detail the product close ups online so I thought I had a pretty good idea of what I was getting. The colour was important to me and the item was exactly what I saw in the image. My item was posted promptly to Vic., and I received transit info regularly which allayed my anxieties as I had been needing the item to arrive quickly and looking as I had hoped. All round good experience and I will happily buy from Elan Linen again.
I had a very pleasant shopping experience with elan linen. They had a very large variety of bed sheets to choose from. We got 2 sets of flannelette sheets and they are amazing. Delivered within a week although there were auspost disruptions. I will definitely shop again with elan.

I got a quilt cover of Bambury today and it was $50.99 for a king size in Clearance Sale. It is well made and the fabric is soft and durable. Is it worth $149+? Although order arrived bit late but I am happy with the price! It is really beautiful in this price range!
Ok so I ordered some aden anais baby linen of worth $270 on this website and after 4 days I heard nothing so I looked up for their reviews and found this website. I felt so uneasy and regretted why I had not seen them before. These items were for my bub so I was annoyed and sent an email to *******@elanlinen.com, au! Boy I was wrong! I got a response 46 minutes later and the support agent confirmed that parcel will be dispatched next day and I actually received my order after days. I'm actually very happy and the quality of products is excellent. The dream blanket is just love and my bub loves his musy mate! Will definitely shop again xx
I ordered a Yoyo stroller from Elan and the delivery took a little longer than expected. As they advised that stroller is on back order with suppliers but when it eventually arrived it was missing the backing. I contacted them & the customer service lady was very attentive and kind. She confirmed that it will be sent soon and it arrived 3-4 days later. I couldn't have been more happy with it (albeit the time it took).

Lovely quilt set, only issue was the the flower on the pillowcase was stitched on the wrong side compared to the one shown in the photo which was a little disappointing however happy with the quality of the fabric and stitching and ended up buying another set for a friends daughter! I placed an order between Xmas and New Year, and, after taking my money and not hearing from them, I contacted them to be told they were on holidays and would not be returning till the 14th January. When I didn't here from them a few days after that date, I again contacted them to be told they had a problem with the stock and were waiting for new stock which should arrive at the end of that week. Still didn't hear from them, so contacted them again to be told they would be closed the next day (Australia Day) but would send the item the following day and would send me the shipping number. Finally I got an email yesterday (1 week after they said they would send it) to say it was just shipped... still waiting for it!
I ordered the product from online by searching the google. A shipping error occurred when the product was delivered to New Zealand, and I could not find the proper way to deal with. I have contacted the staff with chatting on the website, and she caught what is the problem and how to solve exactly. Although I proceeded the refund due to the reshipping period and the mark which is resent to the sender, Im satisfied with the hospitality by hundred percentages and would like to use the website if I have a chance.

I have been embroiled in a dispute with this company for over a month after purchasing linen to the value of $300. First they said it wasmt in stock then they tried to offer me inferior alternatives and then finally are refusing to refund me my money. They continue to say tgey will refund but the money is not showing up in my account. I am utterly disgusted and intend to pursuit it further now eith ACCC.
