Double check your bank accounts to see if refund has been issued. This site says they verify the refund and puts it as their status, however they end up taking your money regardless. When requesting customer service, they respond with, we cant help you. Then they ban my account so I cannot talk with them again. Scam $#*! company.

Do not use this website at ALL. Do not even sell stuff. I recently got charged $200 out of the blue and looked through my transactions and only found one potential source of this charge. Once I took time and confronted them via their live support they simply just said "thanks for your feedback" and proceeded to suspend me. This is honestly the worst website, as a member of 2 years It is outrageous what they'd do to take some money off of you. So please, if you're a new player or an existing member do not use this website. For odd reasons they also require ID verification once you've purchased which is way too fishy considering what kind of service they're providing.

They are just stealing your personal info. Once they get your documents they ban you with no explanation at all. And the live chat is **** like the way they ignore you u can only have one answer from them and it's about how can I help you …. Your account has been suspended for no reason and then leave you in chat saying nothing. This website should be blocked as soon as possible and we need to report then for steeling our information. Shouldn't even get 1 star

I bought a cheap account and it came in about 20 minutes, at first i thought it was sketchy and did not believe it but somehow I got full access, make sure to check if the buyer you are buying from has a lot of good feedback.

At first i was nervous to make a purchase from eldorado.gg because of the many negative reviews, i have used eldorado to make purchases for gaming accounts and am very satisfied with how the outcome went, very legit site just find a highly rated seller as the site is legit but sometimes not all the sellers are, i bought from eldorado. This website is a scam. I purchased an account for $60. I received it, but six days later, it was pulled back. Do not trust sellers on this website. They give you a ransomware email domain that hijacks accounts, known as "rambler.ru." If you're ever purchasing an account from someone, contact the seller first and ask what email domain the account is linked to. But Eldorado does not have the option to contact sellers unless you purchase the listing, which is unnecessary. So don't purchase anything from this website, especially accounts. There's a higher chance of the account getting pulled back rather than keeping it.

Shout out to Sam on the El Dorado Support Team! They helped me out immensely with getting me a refund after I noticed something sketchy with a genshin account that seemed to have a history of being reclaimed and after providing suitable proof I was going to be scammed I was able to close the dispute with a win on my side!

Only negative is that there are sometimes issues with accounts but it's normally on the seller side.
