Eldorado

I had bought a Pokémon GO account a while back and had verified as a buyer … no issues transaction went smoothly. Then today I verified as a seller and was told that I could not sell but that I can still buy on the site. No reason provided.

One of the worst service marketplace ever.
It took me 5 hours to get verified. With support who was the most mean and stupidest person ever!
When i got verified, i had ordered another one so i paid 3 times. Refund in approximately 5 to a few days. It's been a month now. I am going to oppose paiement. Worst service ever. The only good thing are the seller but the website is very thrash. And then they ban me for multiple account so that i cannot contact them.

Just don't buy from this website. Yes, the sellers are real but your accounts most likely will be banned and they do not care. There are so many better websites than this sh$t. I learned my lesson. Please don't buy from here.

Verify ID and they say for reasons they can't say they're canceling my ID verify & refunding my money. One of those places that treat you like the business and themself like the customer, not the first time I had this kind of experience. I also had 2 accounts I'm sure that's why they locked me out, but there's nothing wrong with that not even against terms of service. They're just lazy so admin locked me out rather than use their brain.

They even tell me, I will receive my money back within 5 minutes to 5 days, as if trying to rid themselves of my presence yet again (when it will take a week where I won't have my money).

Lazy chat operators too, don't have time for people.

Check out the photo, tells me I'm getting a refund in eldorado credit but that's a lie I had to contact chat they're just locking my money for a week for no good reason.

Eldorado is an absolute joke of a website.
I sold an account there with a 5 day insurance grace period. 2 weeks later I get a message from the buyer that it has been hacked or banned.
Eldorado tells me that they have suspended my account until I can help the buyer what the hell am I meant to do about it? Rubbish company

Made a new account with them. Provided all id proof they asked. Account got verified and approved a few minutes later. After another minute the account just got suspended. Support is one of the worst i have even encountered. Looks like the only thing they are after is your ID data and pics. Stay away from this site

Most people are saying how this site is absolute trash, and saying that is identity theft and scams. But I see a very scarce amount of good reviews. Maybe ppl are joking or something, or maybe they get lucky. I honestly dk. But I highly suggest not using it, only bc of all the terrible reviews and risks. Just don't do it.

Ive used this site over 30 times, and yes when using a new card I had to submit proof. Every person on this site that if offering services has been verified by the Eldorado team, I've given them my personal account info to help build my account. Ive used for RuneScape & Genshin impact. It's simple, the people on Eldorado are just like you & I except their professionals at the game your wanting help with. NEVER have I had my info hacked or stolen & NEVER have I had issues with a professionals messing up anything in my account. People are literally 1 staring the service bc they require you to prove who you are to prevent someone else from using your false info! I mean come on people. Ive attached below proof that I've used this service so many times. This is one of the only sites I use and trust, its hard to find that, hopefully you don't make the mistake of trusting someone who's never used the service.

My account was suspended for no reason, even they cant provide a reason for it. The suspension occurred after the legal documents were submitted which makes everything more suspicious.
