Man, the support from Pavel has been so helpful. He really takes the time to understand what issues I'm having. Pavel does a great job finding solutions in a clear, simple way. I appreciated that Pavel even made an explanatory video - that was really helpful. You can tell he truly cares about helping his customers. Instead of just rushing to fix things, Pavel takes the time to fully understand the problem. It's refreshing to work with a specialist like Pavel who truly puts the client first. Most companies don't put in that kind of effort nowadays. His dedication definitely ensures a good relationship going forward. Hands down, Pavel provides the best support you can ask for. I'm really grateful for his assistance with these issues. P.S Elegant Theme lifetime license was my best decision!
Overall: Clumsy, clunky, chunky, slow, laggy, under powered, incredibly limited over all simply a weak theme and builder. Support: The AI support is completely useless - Live support -tell them the answer and they suggest what you tell them. Generally a waste of time Integrations: Out the box limited, no support, or bug ridden with common setups like Woo - unless like everything else Elegant / Divi buy something else and hope it works
Just a really good, adaptable theme for non-experts (front end editing very straightforward) with really good customer service. In all honesty they have in the past taken a while to respond but when they do it's always spot on. They have gone into my site and sorted things when my knowledge has been exhausted. Slightly sceptical of some of the negative reviews.
I've been using Elegant Themes since 2013, and love Divi! Since the front end was added, Divi is slower, yet I am overall satisfied. Regarding ET's support, once it is provided it's very good. In the earlier days, ET provided swift support response. It felt more personalized then too. Now-a-days, support takes a day or so instead of hours to get a response, however the actual support that was provided was quite helpful, and the support staff are capable and knowledgeable.
One of our sites experienced a formatting issue after the recent upgrade to Divi 4.0. Our initial investigation failed to identify the solution to the issue, so we reached out to ET. We had to wait around 24 hours for the first response, but from then our experience was excellent. Goran found the issue immediately and in follow-ups suggest solutions and guided our team to exactly where to apply. Really pleased to recommend Divi and the ElegantThemes support team. One request... quicker initial response.

I'm using a theme with another theme from SiteMile.com and they work great together. Its true that the sitemile developer was paid extra to integrate the two themes but they work great. Very good outcome. Recommend it
I wanted to get a refund because Divi is slow to load compared to other providers. Page load time is one of the key factors for customer experience and google ranking.
I used Avada for my website as it made my load time 1.2 seconds and my customers had a great experience with it.
I asked for a refund because of that but was declined because i asked after the 30 day period. I didn't even download their assets but was still declined. Their customer service would not even reply back to my emails.
I was moving to another state which is why i asked for my refund late, but they were not considerate. Unprofessional support.

I have a simple problem with Divi Builder. I get on their chat and they tell me they can't help me until I login to prove I'm a paying member. So I login, then they tell me tech support help will take "an hour or so" and they quit responding to me. I need someone to see the issue on my screen, not have a confused conversation every two hours whenever they decide to help. Why can't your sales person help? They obviously have the capacity to answer immediately. It's really poor judgement to tell your customer to log in to get support, and then the second they log in, you quit responding and cease to help them. That's ridiculous. I don't see how you can expect customers NOT to leave bad reviews with a stunt like that. Because of the issue that still hasn't been resolved and especially because of the way I've been treated as a paying customer, I will be letting all my professional connections know not to waste their money on "Elegant" themes.
I was having some issues with the Divi builder plugin on one of my clients sites. Even though the issues were possibly caused by a theme which they didn't support they spend several hours troubleshooting and giving me feedback, and eventually solving the issue I was having. In all honesty, they went above and beyond anything they needed to have done, but did so anyway. This is how great support should be done and was done. I already loved ET for their Divi concept, they show me time and time again how devoted they are to making sure Divi works everywhere all the time. I highly recommend this to anyone. I have spent many years troubleshooting all kinds of software and web applications and this kind of awesomeness is a rarity. Keep up the great work! And if you are in doubt, there is no need, they will help you with your goals.
Have been a customer for a number of years now, I find the Divi theme in particular very simple to use but crammed with capability!
Further to this I have on occasion needed to add custom elements or styling to certain sites and as a result I have used the support system to gain answers as to the best way to achieve some of these customisations. The support network has always been fantastic.

I've been with Elegant themes for years, and every one of my technical questions has been sorted out by the team there. If I have a problem with any of my sites that isn't on the server side, I know to ask them about the themes and altering the files within the sites. Keep up the good work!
I had a simple question that would've taken 48 hours from other themes and yet I knew was a simple and easy fix. I hopped on the chat asked my question and BOOM answer there in 3 seconds. SERIOUSLY? Are you kidding? I love Divi and everything it represents. Fast support is the best.
Divi has great templates, is easy to customize, and is getting better all the time. Their support does take a while, but they will actually go into your account and diagnose the problem. Themes are cheap and support is expensive so this is very rare and very helpful.
I purchased the lifetime membership from ET years ago, when they were just getting cranking. If you had asked me a few years ago, I would have said that I loved the platform but the customer service was the WORST. And, quite frankly it wasn't that they were bad, they were just non-existent. Thank goodness for Forums. NOW, however, I have seen a true commitment to be responsive and knowledgeable with regards to their support. I just had a quick and painless chat support session that warmed my heart. My ET baby is out of the terrible teens and is all grown up now!
Do I like all the ongoing Divi changes that require me to stay in the learning curve? No. But, every update has improved the product, so ultimately I do like it.
I had a Plugin gone wild, Although an extremely well-manufactured Plugin it was like a crawling virus on My website. Goran was amazing knocking off each infested code running the site fighting each issue one by one like a superhero in a blue jumpsuit and red cape. This was so complicated you're unable to comprehend the backup email they send. After all that I had the nerve to ask him for the Divi codes to change the sidebar something, I was struggling with for months. With the patience of a God, it was no issue what so ever. My site is running great I just have some work ahead of me to repair the damage from the Plugin. I've had great support from the Divi team prior, now I'm ecstatic over the support. Tip for consumers:
I really like the plugin however It just isn't meshing with my site I highly recommend the plugin and don't want to discourage anyone from using it . If you choose to try Jetpack it does many beneficial things for your site and worth trying just make sure your backup.
I have used Divi to build a couple of websites now, and I am planning to continue to use the platform in future. Seems stable and offers loads of flexibility. Support queries take an hour or two to receive a response, but have been dealt with effectively and I am satisfied.
I'm very happy with the Divi theme package and the customer service team behind it. I've always received help each time I need support on an intricate coding of a website. Thanks to you all for being ROCK STARS! You will always have a fan of Divi!
I love Divi. It is easy to use and it is my preferred platform for website development. I have had good success with the support department and they have always been able to solve my problem within 12 hours even when it was my error.
I wasn't sure what to think about the new visual editing option, but it sped up a huge website redesign & migration. I can't imagine doing a 200 page site with the old WordPress ecosystem. The chat help option was very useful to help navigate some CSS issues & other theme problems. Goran is especially helpful & friendly! I'll be using Divi for more work in the future.
Not only is the divi theme is the bomb.com and easy with Elegant Themes but their customer service is great. Always there and helpful support for your questions. Thank you for all you to help this non-techie create her own website.
Divi is the best thing to ever happen to Wordpress web design. I can't live without the product, and the support is as good as the product itself. There are very few products that I will unequivocally recommend to anyone, anywhere, at any time. Divi is one of them.
I had an issue with custom fonts not transferring to my website due to SSL conflicts, and within 5 minutes had the issue solved thanks to a plug-in suggested by customer support. I'm very certain that if it had not solved the issue, they would have worked with me to find the root and eventually get the issue solved.
Divi Theme and the support team (sometimes needed) are great. Designing with Divi is easy. We developed more then 15 projects with DIVI, every page looks individual. The evolution of Divi in the last years is fantastic. We really love to work with ElegantThemes.
Not an expert so I need to ask for help and Elegant Themes is there patiently to help. In the most recent case, I needed to understand how to make a theme do something that I could not find in the help. The solution they provided worked immediately.
The support team at Elegant Themes was able to resolve my issue quickly and effectively. I appreciate their responsiveness and patience as I navigated the set up process to install and use the Divi theme for my Wordpress website. I look forward to using Divi and the other great tools!
Sites built with Divi are gorgeous and i wanted mine to look like that too. I am not an engineer, I couldn't be farther from it actually, but I love building sites and blogging... so I gave it a try and am loving it. There is a learning curve but it's not that bad AND if there's anything you don't know or need help with, Divi engineers are so great. The live chat feature is absolutely the best. They are quick, kind and super helpful. If you have been wondering whether or not to start using Divi, go for it. I am newbie and am doing just fine.
