I wasn't sure what to think about the new visual editing option, but it sped up a huge website redesign & migration. I can't imagine doing a 200 page site with the old WordPress ecosystem. The chat help option was very useful to help navigate some CSS issues & other theme problems. Goran is especially helpful & friendly! I'll be using Divi for more work in the future.

I've been with Elegant themes for years, and every one of my technical questions has been sorted out by the team there. If I have a problem with any of my sites that isn't on the server side, I know to ask them about the themes and altering the files within the sites. Keep up the good work!

There are many theme companies, but Divi has excellent support staff. I had some installation issues and the support staff contacted me and resolved my issue very quickly. I am amazed on the quality of both the Divi theme and its support staff.

I had a weird font issue and Goran patiently helped me through it. I always get the best support from Elegant Themes.
I had a Plugin gone wild, Although an extremely well-manufactured Plugin it was like a crawling virus on My website. Goran was amazing knocking off each infested code running the site fighting each issue one by one like a superhero in a blue jumpsuit and red cape. This was so complicated you're unable to comprehend the backup email they send. After all that I had the nerve to ask him for the Divi codes to change the sidebar something, I was struggling with for months. With the patience of a God, it was no issue what so ever. My site is running great I just have some work ahead of me to repair the damage from the Plugin. I've had great support from the Divi team prior, now I'm ecstatic over the support. Great Job to the Divi Team Members

After much deliberation, I decided on Divi as the route to building my site.
I did have some concerns as my web building skills are quite limited and I was keen to be able to draw on quality support.
What I have found is that support is speedy with questions answered very promptly. Staff provide clarity and where necessary, links for further information.
I feel that the decision to adopt Divi has been justified and I am looking forward to exploring many more of the inbuilt features, with the knowledge that should I need the support will be available to help me overcome any challenges.
In 5 years of WordPress development, I haven't found any page builder which comes close to Divi. Very well built and always getting updates with lots of pre-made themes and best of all great support team, to always help you. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with custom fonts not transferring to my website due to SSL conflicts, and within 5 minutes had the issue solved thanks to a plug-in suggested by customer support. I'm very certain that if it had not solved the issue, they would have worked with me to find the root and eventually get the issue solved.
I am so pleased with ElegantThemes. Their theme, Divi, is one of the most powerful and simple to use page builders on the market. Hands down. I've worked with them all. Been doing WordPress sites for about 10 years now and I've never been this impressed with support of a theme or plugin. Sure, you have to pay for the theme, but the support alone is worth it. I had an issue with some WordPress core files and they even helped me there. Bottom line, do business with these guys. They won't do you wrong!
