Elite singles are not scammers that is why I am correcting my review here, yet they are not clear that they only serve US clients, it is not an international service, they do not have a mobile application. You meet non matching profiles. The finance are very reluctant to reply so for a quick response I finally reached this email *******@elitesingles.com My advise don't waste your money over paid dating sites, there are lots of free apps to check.
I paid almost $80 for one month subscription! I don't believe, it doesn't even match me with the correct people. Why it is advertised that it is one of the best apps for professional singles. It's so expensive even for $5!
Complete waste of money. Glitchy. Decline matches continue to show up due to technology issue. Anyone I matched with seemed to lie about their location, as their area code didn't match with the location noted on their profile. There's only an option for a 3 month subscription, not one. They clearly state there isn't a refund after use but didn't specify the timeline upfront. I later find out, it's 3 days after using the app. They do not hold up their end of the deal, so why not extend the refund policy.

I signed up and went through and incredibly long process only to get to the end and find I couldn't finish the process due to a glitch in the software. It wouldn't accept my home address. There is absolutely no customer support available. I got charged $172 for an account that doesn't function. Stay far away from these thieves

Unfortunately I didn't look close enough before I bought into a 3 month premium subscription. What I joke... a really bad joke, of a dating site.
1st of all you have to pay through a 3rd party, pay pal... right there you're screwed. I tried to cancel my subscription in less than 24 hours.

My reason it's absolutely ridiculous. You can't do anything beyond give what they taught sad you most of it gentleman aren't even in my the sanity that I would consider and even if they are not a one of them is attractive to me in anyway. Who wants to start the new years with regrets while it doesn't matter what time of the year don't subscribe you will be so disappointed. If there was a rating beliw ZERO, I'd give them that.
After 39 minutes on hold... And because I can't hold with in they 72 hour., I was issued a full refund.

I signed up for this sight because I was very pleased with the amount and content of questions they were asking. However, once on the site, I found they censored about half of my profile! There was absolutely nothing controversial in my writings unless they are right wing facists! Plus there's nothing "Elite" about the members. Just as many dirtbags as on other sites and hardly ANYONE in my area and I live in freaking Silicon Valley! The website is a scam, stay away. I am asking for my money back. We'll see what happens

Joined as a Premium Member then shortly thereafter observed a scam pattern of being furnished many attractive model looking persons showing an interest but no response. These people interested mostly resembled European models. The numbers were greatly disproportionate the area of interest. I simply wanted OUT of the website, & tried to take my profile OUT. Their system simply would not let me. I've noticed other observers state that they do not have that many members, thus I suspect that they keep everything they can. I rate this site less than 1, and will file complaints to the US FTC & FCC litter8

You will get random recommendations from far away faceless people, scanners seem to run unchecked and should your subscription run out you will be blocked with no notice. And you can't talk to a human

I also don't think - based on the way they write dates- that they are based in the USA. They seem to pay little attention to your preferences and you will get a lot of fake contacts. They don't seem to care

If you say anything negative about the site. Like, the uploading of photos email blasts are not real to get you to buy or join faster. They create a false sense of excitement in popularity to get you to join now... They will freeze your content and remove your rights to Freedom of Speech. I did a test on my content that was approved and placed an (a) in a sentence. It was scrubbed and the change was not approved. Once a website decides the content you can post, it's over. The company only cares about the bottomline, your cash. It's a foreign company that doesn't like the laws of the US but like's it's currency. First of all, they scam you to sign up, tell you that you have a time period to cancel. You can't cancel or delete the account. There is no one in your radius to date. You can't select filters to keep people from other countries or provinces messaging you or old men for that matter. Password never worked. You would have to re-set it every time. You can't even delete their account. There are sooo many technical issues. This app is a piece of crap.

Ladies... be careful who you connect with. I was offered an invite my a member who had a friend that said he didnt like online dating. Well he woos you with compliments, promising you dinner, to meet, to buy you a house on and on all to end up saying he was in trouble with his business and asks for your help. By then you are so hooked that you can hardly pull yourself away. I almost lost $20,000 dollars to a man i thought i trusted! Please please dont give him any money no matter how desperate he appears. It will be a lie. These guys are so smooth at getting you in a trap. He is a Professionsl Scammer. And the photos he will send you are stolen identity... so you dont know what he really looks like.

I have tried five different credit card to purchase a membership, but and successful. When a chat with the customer service do referred me to a third-party where I have to pay $39 extra to get help with the payment. I believe this is the worst website ever! They don't wanna take your money, wanna to refer you to someone else to rip you off!

You have to pay a membership and then that is the end of the relationship with this dating site. They allow men to post without photos so you who have paid to join have to ask for the photo which in most cases is a waste of time. What am I paying this site for when I have to do all of the work.

This is such a joke... after they ask you all the questions, they match you with smokers, drinkers and on and on. All the things you said you don't want. And what about elite: most of the people have high school diploma. Not to mention the scams: 2,3 a day! Stay away! These people have 3 subscribers and they rotate them in the match page

I've been on here and sometimes, these "men" say things as if they are sharing information in the background on another site and finding you on other social media sites. I even used a fake name but the questions they ask are not just unusual but sometimes linked to direct thoughts you share on social medias. Sometimes I worry if it's a form of sex trafficking.
Also, I got charged an international fee. I wasn't expecting to be charged one.

First of all the website is horrible. Then you can't cancel. They automatically renew you and you can't get in touch with anyone. DO NOT GIVE THEM any account information. They are located somewhere in Germany.

I am a professional male looking for a professional female and signed up with EliteSingles. I felt I was getting some great matches at first. After about a week, I noticed a couple of "fraud" entries of messages I never wrote to other ladies. When I mentioned to these ladies that I did not write these messages and was going to report it, my membership was mysteriously canceled about an hour later. Then they had the nerve to bill my credit card for the balance. I can see why these clowns do not have a support line... they would get too many complaints. Definitely not on the up and up.

If you are a professional, attractive and active woman seeking professional, attractive and active man... DO NOT pay for this site. Half the "matches" did not have photos. 9/10 of the men are not attractive. They are not elite... the site kept matching me with men 5-10 years older than me no matter how many times I set the filter to not more than 2 years older than me. I tried to get my $ back after 3 days... they refused. I could have thrown the money in the lake and that would have been a better use of it

Totally unacceptable terms and services. No updates on renewal and refuse to refund the money. The website in general is also pathetic, I hadn't used it in 4 months and then they decide to take £170 from my account with no prior intimation. Poor service and I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed in it. I even said that I couldn't afford it so please refund the money, but they didn't bother at all, just pure brutal.

Nothing but a rip off and waste of money. Elite it definately was not. Even though my settings was set at very important in religious end ethnic meaning I was not interested in meeting other ethnic or religious people most of my matches were from other ethnic and religious people:-(

A lot of dating sites have fake profiles, but they do not call themselves www.EliteSingles.com. The name makes you think they are actually vetting people for their qualifications, but they do not. There are profiles with claims of having a master's or doctorate, but full of broken English! The best: A guy with a doctorate wrote sentual instead of sensual. Elite does not deliver on its name. Don't be fooled.

Elite has you fill out a detailed questionare, such as age requirements, distance desired, Most almost 95 % of those they provide live to far from you, are to young or to old, do not suggest people you desire e.g. no african americans yet they send you African americans to choose from
Very frustrating to find someone you are interested in while the possible candadtes are not who you desire.
Forget Refunds and they make it hard to delete your profile and never give a refund

Yesterday 5 out of 10 matches were missing photos. Today 6 out of 10 matches were missing photos.
The quality and proximity of the matches are very disappointing.
I enrolled 5 days ago., contacted customer service for a refund and they said I would need to contact Apple., which I have done. Hopefully they will do the right thing!
