This website is NOT screening the matches they send to you. I was looking for a lesbian match and was being sent pictures of men looking for women and pictures of women who are looking for a man. I'm looking for a woman with some of education at a college level and receive matches of women with only a primary education level. Trust me there is NOTHING elite about this site if you're a lesbian looking for the same. I can honestly say this site was a complete waste of my time and money.

Waste of money and time. Every person that has contacted me has been from somewhere several states away and within a day or so of contacting me, I have received a security email from Elite Singles saying that they are investigating the user that contacted me. Every single one that has contacted me!

You cannot do anything without paying. I asked for and received 3 free days but even then you cannot do anything but wait for them to match you up. There is no search option, you cannot see who is online and no chat option. There is no point to it at all.

This site has become a site filled with fake profiles and 98%, no exaggeration, of the responses profiles are fake and responses are program generated. The profiles contain so little personal information that it is not worth reading. They are all less than 30 words, "love family friends, honesty and healthy life style". No other personal information. This site is doomed completely. It only became from bad to worst in the last three months. I no longer bother to check the messages. I would not even give it one star. It worth zero star. I rarely write review but I really don't want anyone to waste money and time on this site. BIG WARNING... DON'T WASTE MONEY NOR TIME ON THIS SITE. Ellen

It advertised highly educated singles. NOPE NOPE NOPE. Not even close! They are liars. When I wanted my money back because I was getting nothing but barely educated rubes, they told me they never said anything about being educated! Liars! It's a scam.

I am single and sure want to change that so I joined several dating sites (Mingle2day, eHarmony, Tinder and EliteSingles). I wouldn't consider myself intellectual or extra-smart and educated or anything like that but decided to give it a try. Not bad at all, in my opinion! Seems like a decent dating site but in my personal opinion, I prefer Mingle2day and as a second pick eHarmony. Still, seems legit to me, no complants. Just was't my type of site I guess

Reporting them to Netsafe NZ. No way of cancelling membership... Their pages on how to unsubscribe is a front. It is impossible to do this electronically. They took a year's subscription from me when I only signed for a months trial. They took more from me (despite instructions from me to my bank not to do this). I tried 3 day cancellation but found it impossible to contact them. Do not sign up!

This site doesn't verify anything. Total cesspool of catfishing scammers using fake profile pics. Textbook catfish site. Buyers beware, so stay away and protect yourselves. I uploaded the pics used by "Niculus" (Ricco?), after verifying they're fraudulent. His profile pics are actually images of an actor in India. He's a self-declared PhD in Houston via Manchester, England who allegedly attended Georgia State University and who travels extensively for his work (probably works in a call center in India and uses a VOIP number). For extra measure, he donates time to "Doctors without Borders". He quickly deleted his profile after declaring us a "perfect match." This also deleted any and all evidence of our conversations on the app - which the company should be forced to retain for safety purposes. The site clearly doesn't verify a thing. Gross and DANGEROUS. There should be regulations protecting consumers from this kind of fraud.

In the end of fulfilling very long test, where I've stated that I'm looking for someone spiritual, intelligent with good manners & tastes, I've been offered to try strictly religious dating apps, because elite singles think They arenot good enough for me. Thanks for honesty, don't wanna waste my time for something less precious than I am. And ceo of this company can go to Iehova eyewitnesses himself or to hell. Just I'm an impulsive artist. I paid for the Premium Membership and then my uploaded photos were not shown. Also, every 'match' I got was blurry and unfocused. I was able to contact customer service and I got NADA! Maybe I will get my money back thru my Visa provided. Do Not sign up for this 'service'. You will regret it.

Worth every penny. I dont want to think about the emotional energy and time Ive spent entertaining catfishers on (P. O. F, match.com, militarysingles, zoosk, cupid etc.) I wish I could put a price on that frustration!
My personal experience is meeting, real, educated, emotionally mature and successful men. I would suggest opening up your search distance because 3 of the men I met have their own private planes & distance wasn't an object & they seemed more open to taking time to get to know you (maturity). I can only speak to my own personal experience and hope the site maintains its integrity in the future. If time, quality & peace of mind is important than its worth every penny. No guarantees when it comes to love but its a less riskier gamble!

Signed up last night. Most of the men on here are in their 60s-70s. I messaged a couple of guys with no response at all. Very few matches. I tried this morning to get a refund (which is shown as an option) since I just have a bad feeling about it & I was on Ambien when I signed up, which sometimes makes me do impulsive things. The refund button was just spinning, so I tried to find customer service, which was a nightmare. It takes you in circles without providing the information. I finally found it, although idk how, & requested a refund. I'm hoping since it's been less than 12 hours, they'll do it. Plus, I'm reading so many stories here about people getting charged for other dating sites or even being charged again after they canceled. I wish I had never signed up!

I tried a 3 month membership. So many creeps on this site. Then when I wanted to cancel the automatic renewal…they said I had to cancel 3 days before my renewal date, not on the date itself. When I asked to have it refunded, they denied it. You can't speak with anyone on the phone, it is based in Germany. I had this problem with Zoost. But they understood and refunded me.
I would say for the premium price they pay and they creeps on site. STAY AWAY

As with many others, this is by far the worst site I have tried. I tried to get a refund after the first week and they refused. The large majority of the matches I was sent were 30 or more years younger than I am, and I had a more age-appropriate setting selected as very important. The matches were often several states away and I had the distance from me selected as 100 miles and again selected as very important. I tried to contact customer service about this and got no replie. Don't waste your money and even more importantly don't waste your time.

I had just barely set up my account, spent the time to answer the questionnaire, uploaded pics, sent them money by CC. Tried it for 1 day after paying. Almost all the matches they gave me were 100s of miles away, and it didn't seem to follow my preferences at all. I. e. It wanted to match me randomly with women in their 60s while I'm 40s. Then when i got home, i used a VPN like always when surfing, and immediately the account was deleted for being outside their service area. What do they do when people are traveling? What a terrible experience. I just hope they refund my money.

It's too bad I couldn't give it a try before I had to commit to 6 months... it's been a total waste. I don't even use it. No one messages. Clearly no matching algorithm. Not much of an "elite" selection. Don't bother!

IM 73 yrs old and getting women that live far far away from me and there ages anywhere from 30 to 50 tears old and posting the phone numbers on the photos! IM from Daytona and posted that I want no more than 50 miles traveling from me. IM getting women from the mid west any where from 500 mile to 3 thousand miles. So I wasted my time and money with this SCAM crap! BEWARE!

I don't know what makes this site more elite than Mingle2day or Match but nonetheless it looks like a legit online dating site. I have tried, it did not convince me BUT I can see that it is a pretty good option.

First, Elite Singles aight is so hard to maneuver. You plug in your requirements and they send you every person including exactly what you didn't ask for. They just tend only send etyone else that signed up.

I forgot that I even paid for this service. So I just got another ridiculous charge on my credit card because I haven't been on the sight in months. I asked them to refund my money, but they would not.

SCAM ALERT!

I got catfished and almost got scammed. Fortunately I realized it was before it was too late. But after that I'm getting so many matches without pictures and with very suspicious profile. Also, when I sent someone a smile, a profile with the same person's picture at different location and with different age showed up on my "Have you met list." It was so odd that it showed up after I exhausted the daily suggestions. I felt like the company is monitoring my activity and setting up a fake profile to send it to my way. Is this company real deal or are they all crooks trying to scam people? I wish there's federal investigation of the company that can shut it down.

I decide to try Elite Singles in the hopes of finding an educated man who makes as much as I do. What I found was a bunch on unattractive men some having only an high school education. The site charges you a minimum of a 6 month membership which cost $200+. I took one look at the men they matched me with and I am happier alone. IT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY!

There weren't any business professionals on this site in my city within a 15 year age span. I joined and they lured me in with over 20 men who liked me. I couldn't see who they were unless I upgraded. So, I upgraded and saw that all of them were men with no class and not at all what I was looking for. I tried to contact them within 48 hours to request a refund, but I have gotten no response. I have sent 3 Contact Form requests and an email. There is no phone number and they make it very hard to try to contact them.

I've been trying to cancel my account and it won't take my password, trying to reset it and it tells me it's incorrect. The call center is supposedly temporaily closed down. I have a new debit card and credit card number so I'm sure
they won't be will be able to charge my account.
