Probably one of the better stores around. If you want to save up a few bucks, this is a place for you (speaking about PC only, though, haven't tried anything else). They are quick and it's easy, with new payment methods being added. So yeah, so far so good!

Had an awful interaction with this company, paid for a promo code that never worked! When I reached out, they refused to refund! Finally I had to go through the 3rd party to get my money back!

A lot of people here had problems with used keys and so on, blaming it on the site. Whilst the frustration is valid it isnt entirely fair to pin it all on the site. The site is a marketplace, this means that they dont sell the keys they provide a place for others to sell their keys to us consumers and take a fee from each transaction. This is the exact same format as G2A Kinguin and GAMIVO use. So when you buy a key you dont buy it from Eneba you buy it from whomever is selling said key. You can see who that is and how well they are rated on the buy page. (A good tip is, if you like a buyer more you can see what else they sell on their profile.) When you get a bad key the seller tends to be a fault the problem you will run into when this happens the time costumer support can solve the problem can vary. This is because the costumer support now needs to work as a sort of mediator between you and the actual seller. They are now dependent on how quickly the seller response as well. You will run into the same problem at all their competitors. That being said, compared to their competitors they are definitly better. They have generally lower prices because they charge the lowest fees, they have one of the better filter systems (looking at you g2a, get it together) They have just as wide of a selection and finally, they generally care the most that i have seen. Take a look in the other reviews on, the 1 star ones talking about the used codes, on each and every one you will also find a comment of one Costumer support employee going down the list trying to actively solve their problem. Sure they could flush their page with postive reviews to drown them out but they choose to fix it rather then hide it under the rug or pretending it's not there. Keep at it Amber!

I used to buy games directly from Steam but once I found Eneba, I discovered that most games can be purchased significantly cheaper here.

Compré el código para conseguir una Skin de Fortnite que ya no estaba en la tienda y sinceramente no tenía muchas esperanzas con ellos pero lo compré y si pude activar el código y funcionó muy bien, también compré un código para el Black Ops III y funcionó, la verdad me encantó esta plataforma y aquí puedo conseguir mis videojuegos mucho más baratos la recomiendo mucho

PESIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE
Compre una psn card US hace como dos semanas, hice el pago, y la pagina me dio un mensaje diciendo "el precio del producto cambio mientras realizabas la compra". Ok dije yo, a intentar de nuevo. Cuando fui a ver mi cuenta del banco, el pago figuraba como realizado, pero yo no recibi ningun producto. Esperé un par de horas, y nada. Me contacté con eneba para saber que habia pasado, y al dia y medio despues me respondieron que era un error de sistema que solo debia esperar a que el dinero se me devolviera. Pasó una semana, aun nada. Me vuelvo a contactar con ellos, al dia siguiente me dijeron que hablara con mi banco que probablemente ellos estaban reteniendo el pago, llamé a mi banco y me dijeron que el pago estaba realizado, por ende me vuelvo a contactar con ellos, solo para que a los dos dias me vuelvan a responder que me ahora me tenia que contactar con dlocal (la compañia de pago) porque ellos tenian mi dinero y que eneba no tenia nada que ver con los pagos, y me mandaron a un link de una pagina que estaba en ingles, donde no habia ninguna opcion clara de contacto, excepto una opcion para empresas.

Me intente contactar con d-local, pasaron 3 dias mas aprox, y me respondieron que el dinero habia pasado por ellos, pero que lo tenia eneba, y que ellos no podian hacer nada. Ya con un poco de rabia le envié otro email a eneba, con un screenshot de lo que me respondieron en d-local, y efectivamente el dinero lo tenian ellos, pero yo nunca recibi ningun producto, a lo que me responden que ahora iba a tener que volver a esperar (sin especificar tiempo) para que ellos vieran una forma de reembolso. Han pasado 3 dias desde eso, y no me responden nada. Ultima vez que compro en eneba, el servicio al cliente pesimo, se demoran demasiado tiempo en responder y tienen cero interes de satisfacer al cliente, lo minimo que podrian haber hecho despues de toda la molestia que ellos me hicieron pasar (casi 3 semanas ya) era al menos solucionarme el problema lo mas rapido posible, quizas por ultimo enviarme el codigo de lo que YO YA HABIA PAGADO, no me interesa que me respetaran el precio original (que a la fecha está mas barato). En fin, para nunca mas.
