Every time i place an order something goes wrong. They don't communicate when something is out of stock. You CANT go into your autoship to make any changes. Has been this way for a very long time. Double billing is a huge issue, they don't get back to you when you ask them to when they are checking on a problem with your order. It is a shame. The folks are very kind on the phone but the follow thru and how it is actually run is a nightmare. I buy a lot of items, and the time and aggravation just doesn't make it worth it to me anymore.
I placed an order 3 weeks ago. Nothing on their website said they were having any issues at all. It said my order would be shipped in a couple of days. My order never got processed and it took me over a week of calling and sending many emails to finally get through to somebody to cancel my order. They never did reply to my emails. I have ordered online from many companies over the years and have never come across such horrible customer service. I will never order anything from them again and I highly recommend everyone stay away from this company if you actually want your items shipped.
First I went to "Chat" to confirm that this website was an authorized dealer for Fromm only to get a sarcastic answer, then placed an order which had some back-ordered items and they held the entire shipment, finally ships only to be delayed. This was my first and last interaction with them. I would rather pay a higher price then to deal with this bull$#*! ever again!
I've been shopping on Entirely Pet for some of my cat's supplements for several years, and I've consistently had positive experiences. They also have good prices. I prefer to buy pet products from sites that specialize in pet products because I trust the products will be stored in a climate controlled environment and the stock will be rotated accordingly to ensure freshness.
My go-to website when I need something for my pets. So far I have placed orders for a wide range of products training aids, dental care products, toys and I never experienced anything negative. The customer service reps are friendly and supportive.
Horrible service. Ordered an item that needs to be kept cold. Came warm the 1st time. Had to call 3 times for replacement that came even warmer with melted ice packs. Was told I had to pay for return. Talked to supervisor and got a shipping label. I will stay with Fosters and Smith.
Very unethical and poor Customer Service. They quoted a price, which I based ordering a subscription on. When the next shipment was sent. It was 10% more. I asked why & they said they made a mistake on the original price. Well, I based my decision to subscribe on that price! When I asked to cancel my subscription and refund me the 10%, they refused. I started out trying to be polite with their Customer Service, assuming they would make their error right, but after 20 minutes of back & forth, and totally refusing to acknowledge that this was classic Baiting & Switching, they hung up on me. Unbelievable! Avoid this company - worst Customer Service ever.

Receive med. It will no loner be effective so I wonder if they will discard it or

On hold on phone for over an hour. Finally did chat with Joey. He didn't resolve my issue and kept asking me questions after he said he would ship a different size out today. Personal questions. Also said he was chatting with two other people and talking on the phone with one. Customer service doesn't exist with this company!
Very good service. Will buy again. Product is good. Service good. Packaging was excellent and came very quickly which is a big deal for me as I like fast shipping. Would highly recommend this company to, y friends.
I received 3 wrong items in a March order. I've been trying to get a return label ever since but nothing was sent. I called again today, and I finally received one by email from Jaime. I requested that he mail a label instead, but he said no. I asked when I can expect to receive the correct items, and he said he didn't know. They just lost a long time customer.
Don't purchase from this company. All last week I was trying to get a refund on a product. They sent me the wrong product and I refuse to pay the shipping back to them (since it was their mistake). Jaz was extremely unhelpful in the situation --- sending vague emails with promises he didn't intend to keep. I purchased off of Amazon - was sent the wrong product - and then told the product was out of stock. Unacceptable. Terrible customer service. They are only in the business to make money.
I made an order 4. 11. 20 and by 4. 28. 20, I'm still waiting for a response to where the medication was, do I need to make a new order, was my order cancelled. Waited online for over 30 minutes to talk to someone who then promptly hung up when I was refreshing my computer (because it froze for a minute) in order to get my order number. She didn't even say call back when you're ready or anything, she just hung up. I only resorted to calling because no one was answering my emails even after 10 business days.
I bought the items using auto-ship and coupon on their website, so i got 25% discount; it allowed me to do it without any warning or restrictions. Later on i was contacted by one of their customer service rep, says it is a glitch in their system and i needed to either take only 15% discount or cancel the order. So i asked to please cancel the order, because i could get a better deal somewhere else. And they told me they will cancel the order, and the pending charges on my bank account will fall off after 3-5 business days.
Today I found out the charge is posted, and I had to call my bank to dispute the charge. So apparently, they let the charge went through instead of void it even though i have asked to cancel the order, and they said they did. Lies all around. Will never purchase from them ever again.

If there was a negative star rating, this company would get the max. They lie on all levels. Employees come in when they want. Give false shipping information and non existing tracking info. BBB should look into this crappy business!
I always buy probiotics from Entirely Pets. Items from Amazon are often sold by small merchants of questionable sources! I trust that this company stands behind what they sell. The price is great too!
Ordered a cat scat mat and probiotic paste from Entirely Pets. Currently own several scat mats and they work great to deter undesirable behavior. The probiotic paste was first recommended by our veterinarian and it worked miracles on our one kitty who suffers from irritable bowel syndrome. Her stools are a challenge to keep firm but this paste did the trick! Entirely Pets does an amazing job at offering a wide variety of products at a competitive price and I have shopped with them for over 10 years. I would have given them a 5 star rating; however the shipping takes longer than other on-line sites to reach me.
What an awful company! Ordered medical items for my dog in desperate need. This company took my money but didn't actually have the items in stock. They will not answer phone or return emails. Almost 4 months later still nothing! Finally they told me they issued a refund and I would receive it in 7-10 business days and this was also a lie! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
Site offered a discount shown on final screen before completing sale. When I got the emailed receipt, I was overbilled $6. I telephoned and person said he would correct the error; I asked for a corrected receipt which he emailed me in a few minutes. BUT he never issued the $6 credit to PayPal. It has now been almost 2 weeks and he has not responded to PayPal or two a second email I sent. Worse case I will submit a complaint through Bank of America but what an aggravation. It also appears they have shipped only half of my order but cannot confirm that til delivery later this week. Also no reply to an email inquiry regarding shipment.
Wish I could cut this company some slack with the COVID crisis, but after multiple opportunities they have proven unreliable and unable to communicate with customers. Ordered pet meds on 3/11. Didn't get any confirmation that my vet had confirmed prescription (which they had). No update on order or delivery. Order is "pending". No emails about delays, etc. Multiple calls and emails unanswered. I disputed with my credit card as I don't think I'll ever see a refund from this place. Buyer beware...
I wish I could give negative stars. This was absolutely THE WORST shopping experience I have ever experienced. The customer service is appalling, rude, and basically besides that non-existent. They do not answer your phone calls, emails, or messages. They lost my order, and I had to finally live chat with someone to have it figured out. It was supposedly shipped that day after we talked, but I didn't receive it for another month, I was giving up hope that it was coming at all. They also charged me an extra $40 for shipping, totaling $60 to Canada. Outrageous. I will never order from here again, and I will never recommend this site to anyone.
I ordered several products and unfortunately one was back ordered. I desperately needed all the other items as they were medications for my sick fish and could not wait. I phoned customer service and they released those items for immediate shipment. I was on hold for a bit but it was well worth it! The medications saved my fish and the back ordered item came two weeks later. My experience with EntirelyPets was a pleasant one and I can't thank them enough! I'll definitely order from them again!
Thought I'd give this business a try - big mistake. Was told products were in stock before placing order - then got a backorder notice. The product that did eventually ship was nearly expired (the item works for 3 months and would expire midway through use) Finally had to cancel the rest of the order because an item never got out of backorder status. Am running back to Dr. Fosters and Smith with my tail between my legs.
Placed an order online for Greenies Petite Bones. The image on website clearly indicated a quantity of 192 bones. Received my delivery, in a timely fashion, of 90 bones. When customer service was contacted, Employee #69, or so he said was rude and said I was wrong. Spoke to a supervisor, Aaron, who apologized and said website had just been updated. He was more understanding, but product still could be returned if I paid shipping and a 20% restocking fee for their era. No thanks. Back to Chewy.com where the customer is treated much better.

Every time I have placed an order with this company they never have at least one of the items in stock. It happens with this company on a continual basis. It would not be a problem but the items are on back order for an exorbitant length of time! My latest order has now been on back order for over 5 weeks! Sorry but IMHO that is unsatisfactory. Now I see why they lose customers and have poor reviews! I am surprised they are still in business.
