They didn't send my dogs heart meds. Then sent meds for a different dog and refused to credit my card. I had to dispute the cards with my cc company. I have since canceled my dogs prescription at least 7 times. They continue harassing my vet. Very disappointed
I ordered from them and was told my vet declined saying they had no info. I inquired into the vet they called and it was the wrong number. Honest mistake, so I thought. I provided them with the correct info and still received declined emails.
I called again and they had the correct contact info, but my vet did not have me on record. I then called my vet and they informed me that they responded to the pharmacy request two days ago.
Only conclusion I can come to is that they are ripping me off.
I found the site online and was happy with the price. Although it said free shipping it was not to Canada 20.00 extra. Then it took longer to get to me than I was told. When it arrived I was surprised I had to pay the duty on it another 30.00. I was never told about that or I would have never ordered from this company. The product is very good but the price was not after all the hidden fees. Very unhappy. Paying duty after purchasing that was a shock.
I found the best price on Frontline Plus at Entirely Pets. And the shipping was super fast, 3 or 4 business days. I did not take away a star, but the order said pending. I tried to email the company, but they did not reply. The package arrived while online it was still pending. A few days after I received the package, I received an email stating my package was on its way. Strange, but I am thinking this was due to COVID-19 shipping issues.
I ordered from this company after the product I wanted was out of stock or on back order from my regular supplier.

I have a recurring order for my horse. I got notified in March to renew method of payment. Called several times, no answer. Left voice mail, never got any response. On their web site, in my account I saw the order was pending. No way to add my payment. Did send email, no response. So I placed a new order, added payment. Thought they would send it. This was on4/ 7. Recved email that my vet needs to approve and they faxed a request to him. My vet didn't get any. No one answers their phone or called me back. No response on my emails either. Horse needed medication. I emailed them to cancel my orders. Then 2 days later I got informed that the medication was shipped. When I cancelled, I bought medication from my vet. They should read their email and listen to voice mails and respond accordingly.
I have to return the medication as it probably will expire before I can use the 160 days supply.
Placed an order, never got an update. Waited on phone over an hour to be told it hadn't been faxed to my vet in five days. No update after that. Website still said order "pending". Called again three days later. Waited on hold one hour, thirty minutes. Customer service rep finally answered. He told me it had shipped. I asked for a tracking number since i had not gotten an email and the website said "pending". He put me on hold again for 17 minutes. Came back, said it hadn't shipped. Well, which was it? I then said to my just cancel the order. 20 minutes later he said it was canceled, though I had no proof in writing of that. I asked for a supervisor, he told me he would look one up,, then hung up on me! All of this took well over two hours of my working day. This company needs to examine its representatives, its hold times, and lack of communication to customers. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
At such low prices makes you wonder if they are truly legit. I kept my old box of Comfortis and found some of the markings are a bit different. One is manufactured in the USA and the other in South Africa, the one I received. I'm afraid to give it to my dog. Nor did they ask for a prescription compared to the USA where you need one if you order online.
I also found out that they don't send you any info as to when the product has shipped. I had to write to find out that status of my order.
Lastly, I was charged an international fee, nowhere does it say you will be charged that when you place your order.
I always get great prices and timely delivery. I price check and look for free delivery before making a purchase. I have purchased from entirely pets multiple times. Never a problem with entirely pets.

Placed an order, but received email of back-order status. When I called, I was told same item was in stock, but larger quantity. I cancelled original order and placed new order. I told them to credit my credit card for original order and placed new order on different credit card. Entirely Pets charged new card and NEVER credited cancelled order. I had to go to my credit card company to dispute charge. Customer service sucks.
Shopping for my pet supplies online has been so much better than going to the pet stores in town. My dogs have different food sensitivities so I always had to go to different stores and try to get them to order special food for me, which sometimes they weren't able to. It's nice to be able to order online and know that they're going to have everything I need in stock every time.
I have been trying to get a refund for two weeks. Its reallt hard to get a live person and when you do they cant help. They called my vet for a script that they already had one for then tried t charge my card twice.
I ordered a product and used PayPal. Thank God. Apparently it was on back order which I found out when I inquired about it. They said it would be a week or two. I waited but received no product or shipping info. When asked again they said still on back order and I could cancel with a refund. I told them to cancel it. I received no refund from them. When I emailed they stated they were having problems and I would get the refund in the week. Still no refund. I emailed again and no refund. I had to escalate the problem with PayPal to finally get me refund over a month and a half after ordering.
I DO NOT recommend ordering anything from this business. I placed an order and apparently soon after the medicine I ordered was out of stock but was never notified. My pet ended up without a necessary medication. I called and was on hold forever. The response was that if I checked their website I would see that the medicine was out of stock. It wasn't out of stock when I ordered and I don't check their website everyday! The CSR was rude. They should be contacting customers if they cannot fill an order. Unacceptable service. I wonder if they are legit.
Exactly what I needed to treat my cats. I have 8 cats. Four are kittens that I couldn't find homes. Two were having worms and it was too expensive to take all of them to the vet. I ordered this and it helped.
I placed an order for about $70 for an item I needed desperately. It showed IN STOCK. I picked overnight shipping, and put in the comments that if it was not able to be shipped that day, that they please contact me at the phone number I provided to them. (I ordered in the early morning). Next day, I did not have the item or a tracking number, so I got on their Chat and asked where it was, and why I was not contacted like I requested. They informed me that it was backordered for two weeks. They cost me over 24 hours in valuable time that I could have used to order the item elsewhere.
Products arrived as stated, with correct pricing and was well packaged. However, was not shipped USPS as promised but by a USPS partner so package was held for ransom for an additional 18$ COD charge (in addition to the 12$ USPS COD charge). Asked for a supervisor - was told one would call me back (twice) or one wasn't available (twice). One of their customer support agents stated I should have refused to pay the additional COD charges - despite their fine print stating that refused shipments will not be refunded. No supervisor ever phoned or addressed the overcharge on 4 separate phone calls and days. Two of the four customer service agents were also rude. Emailed twice - and my emails were never answered - though quickly answered before ordering.
Entirley Pets not only didn't deliver the pet door I ordered, they took no action and all emails instructed me to call. All calls were never answered and voicemail was the only option. Four days and no response despite multiple attempts. Will never use them
I ordered a product that got put on backorder, which was disappointing, but I was very pleased with EntirelyPet's customer service. They notified me within just a few hours of me placing the order and gave me several options of how I wanted to proceed. The wait didn't end up being that long so I just got the product a bit later than expected, but I was still impressed with the effort the put forth. I'll definitely be a return shopper.
Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.
