EntirelyPets has quickly become one of my favorite sites on the web. It's gotten to the point where I check it regularly just because I want to see their new items and dealsso needless to say I'm a fan! Great site!
I ordered 2 things, of course the email came that one of them was out of stock, so why did it allow me to order and pay for it? Finally it arrived today, the delivery could have been much much better.
EntirelyPets is the only place I do my pet shopping anymore. There's literally no reason to go anywhere else because it's the only place I can find everything I need and not pay an arm and a leg for it. Even if it were more expensive, it would be worth it just because I can get everything in one place. These guys have been a blessing in my life!
They are crooks and scam artists. In March, I ordered hydrogen peroxide for $19.12. They took my money. It is now late September. The product never came and no refund was ever issued, despite countless time wasted on emails and phone calls to them. When I could reach a customer service agent I was always told the refund had been issued, but neither my bank nor PayPal has any record of a refund. They are liars. Avoid them like the plague. Small Claims Court in my town is on hold for COVID 19, but as soon as it reopens, I'm suing them.
My 3 cats love this probiotic but we need to constantly shop for the best price. Shipping is always an issue as well. This was a great price, no shipping charges and delivered quickly. You can save more with auto ship and they often have a coupon for additional savings.
I just recently discovered Entirely Pets. They had essential products available that I have not been able to find elsewhere, at very reasonable prices. The order process was seamless. Additionally, they followed up to make certain I had received my order!
I placed my order 3/28. After 2 weeks I got 1 out of 10 items I ordered. I was told today 4/13 1 item is discontinued. I am wondering where the other 8 items are? I have emailed and called customer support. I was told days ago they would send another order via overnight but it never came. I am being told again today they are sending a 3rd overnight package. Now I am seeing these bad reviews and feeling like this company is a scam. Worst online experience I've ever had. They are blaming the shipping carriers but none of the tracking numbers provided to me were ever scanned by the carrier.
Many items on their site show as available when they are not. If an item in your order is backordered, they hold your whole order until that item is available (who knows how long that will be). The only other option is to pay an additional shipping fee to have the backordered item ship when it's available. Customer service is also the rudest group of people I have ever dealt with. Apparently there are no managers or any supervisors beyond the people that answer the phones. When you ask for a manager, they simply pass you off to the other rep sitting next to them. I will be using chewy.com from now on.
I searched their site for Iams Dog food and purchase online... after 2 weeks I received a back order notice then after another few weeks no response. When I called they conveniently stated they are not carrying the product any longer. So why didn't they notify me of this and they held my money until I called them to raise heck about the order. They had not reason for not contacting me. Furthermore, when I first attempted to contact them they were not avail - although their chat stated they were. Bad Outfit. We ordered tick medicine online from Entirely Pets. After a few months and numerous calls to them they explicitly canceled our order. Meanwhile, our dog went unprotected. It has been six months now and I still have not received my reimbursement from them. We will be taking them to small claims court. I would avoid this "company" at all costs.
Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Call ASAP, mine was sitting in the warehouse for 24 days unshipped waiting on an out of stock item.
Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
