This company is a $#*! show. Order my part first week of July and still waiting for the tracking number. Spoken to 7 different people with no resolution. I will never never ever do business with this company again. I will tell as much people as I can not to buy from your company. Why are you guys still in business, with all the negative reviews. I am not stopping until you guys are out of business. This is not the end Euro Car. Your company is a scam and a peace of $#*!,
This place isn't good sell the wrong part and never refund the money. I called and emailed they just ignored it and put me on hold. Do Not risk your money for nothing in return.
This is by far the worst company that I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I was sent the wrong item over a month ago, and I have spent hours on the phone, on chat and on emails trying to get a hold of someone. Two weeks ago, I finally managed to get through on the phone (after a 2 hour wait!), and was asked by the rep to return the wrong item first. They arranged for a pick-up the following day, and I was told that the correct item would be shipped within 24hrs after the incorrect item has been received. After another week of waiting, and without receiving any kind of notification, I called back (90 minutes in queue) only to be told that they had nothing about the exchange on record and that the supervisor will need to escalate the request to head office. I was to get a confirmation shortly. It's now another week gone by, and I'm still waiting. Corona or no Corona, this company deserves to go out of business for their neglegance and lack of customer support! If you cannot provide enough support during these unprecedented times then shut down temporarily, or at least have the decency to provide your customers with proper notifications via email and phone instead of leaving them hanging for hours, days, weeks!
I ordered wipers for next day delivery and paid 3.95 for that service Their website is not clear It says next day if ordered before 4pm I ordered Friday morning and expected delivery Saturday as I work in the week I waited in all day and no delivery The website did not say they don't deliver on Saturdays The item was luckily taken in by a neighbour on Monday although they left no card so I had to ask the neighbours if they'd had a delivery for me I had to use their tracking service to find out it had been delivered in the first place They said someone from the company would contact me but they didn't
I then emailed them asking for a refund as the delivery would have been free They refused I then spoke to a patronising man this morning who also refused the postage refund or even half of it Why would I have paid £3.95 postage rather than free postage if it was clear it wouldn't arrive The man I spoke to was so so patronising and rude. They clearly have no idea about customer service
Don't answer phone, don't reply to e-mails, don't even respond to solicitor's letters. Now taking legal action to recover the money they owe me. Avoid like the plague.
This company does not return money as promised and on questioning this matter you are referred to a two hour wait on a customer service phone line... They are a disgrace blaming all this on Covid 19
Absolutely pathetic! Bought an alternator as advised by customer service - it turned out to be a generic universal one - I paid a mechanic to replace it. Immediately after replacement the alternator doesn't kick out the power it should. After speaking to customer service they can do nothing... I can PAY AGAIN to get my mechanic to take it off and then take it back to a nearby shop for a replacement (that may not even work... because customer service are not even sure it's the right one now!) and then PAY the mechanic AGAIN to fit the new one (so AT LEAST an extra £120 for the having to have the mechanic to come out twice more!) OR I can go through 'warranty' - PAY for it to be taken off and they will come and collect, send it back to the manufacturer and then raise a claim - which will take around 28days. I am not entitled to a refund in either of the cases because... wait for it... it's been put on the car. So - I point out to senior manager at customer services that it's impossible to know if an alternator works or is faulty WITHOUT putting it on the car... He agrees... but still can't do anything! I have never known anything so ridiculous in my life. BEWARE of using this company - they aren't even sure that the parts they are supplying are the right ones - and if it's found that they are wrong or faulty, they have no way of sorting appropriately!

After needing to replace a dashboard bulb I ordered a replacement from EuroCarParts on the 27th April 2020, along with some headlight bulbs while I had the opportunity, order reference **************. Received the headlight bulbs quickly within a week but no sign of the dashboard bulb. Waited the advised 10 days from ordering and then contacted customer services. Spent an hour waiting before talking to customer services who give them credit apologised and told me the part was in stock and they couldn't see a reason why I had not been sent the part. Told they would escalate to "management" and be sent the part priority. Well a week later still no part so spent another hour waiting to get through to customer services. Told the same again, no reason why it was not sent, it is in stock, will escalate to "management" to be sent the part. Well it's now the 5th June almost six weeks since I ordered the part and still nothing. So have had to resort to PayPal dispute process to get a refund and will pickup the bulb I needed from Halfords today having ordered this morning. EUROCARPARTS YOU ARE A JOKE.
Bought a battery from Euro Car Parts and a couple of months later the car wouldn't start.
Tried taking the battery back with the click and collect receipt but they wouldn't accept it because I didn't have the original paper invoice.
I tried to explain to the person behind the counter that it didn't matter because under UK law you don't need a receipt to take something back just any proof of purchase. After a bit of back and forth she told me I couldn't call a number and they'd email me the invoice. Why not tell me that at the start of the convo?
I phoned up the number and asked me a bunch of questions about the order, finally the person on the phone said that they'd have to find the invoice which could take up to 3 days!
I waited 3 days got nothing, phoned them up again and told me they'd 'hurry it up a bit'.
After 4 days I go the invoice then tried taking it back to the shop, they were in such a flap didn't really know what they were doing and the whole process took 45 minutes to return.
Complete joke of an operation.

I have waited over 2 months for a refund from this firm for a part they supplied incorrectly, and they refuse to pay the return carriage. AVOID.

Purchased a pair of headlights for my vehicle. 6 weeks ago, gave it to the garage to fit. As soon as i got the car out of the garage i was aware of a few problems
1 - the projection of the lights were not correct - would most likely fail an MOT
2 - heavy condensation in the lights (within minutes)
3 - the lights were very weak
The garage who fitted these lights, also agreed that these lights were well below standard, advised me i should take them back for a refund.
I had to pay the garage again to remove these lights, in the mean time i just purchased lights from another supplier, as i didn't want to get an exchange from eurocarparts and have the same problem again. And pay on labour for a third time.
This was a click and collect order - the day after fitting, i called the Wembley branch, who advised me to call the head office. I called the head office who advised me its nothing to do with them, and i should speak to the wembley branch again.
Once i finally got through to someone in wembley again, they advised there is a 365 day return policy on click and collect orders.
I advised them that i had to pay on labour to get the faulty lights removed, and that i wanted to make a claim on that. They advised that if any labour claim was to be made, that it would have to be sent away and be assessed by the manufacturer and that could take some time. They advised me that if i did not want to make a labour claim i could just come in with the faulty headlights and get a refund.
Yesterday i went into the branch, to be told totally different things.
They were offering me a replacement of the same brand, but why would i take the risk on the same brand again?
I was then told it would have to go back to the manufacturer for a test which can take up to 4 weeks even if i wanted a refund.
In the end i had to fill out a form, send the part off, and god knows if i will ever hear from these guys again.
Constantly changing advice given according to how they feel, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing in this place.

DELIVERY SERVICE - Terrible - Needed a battery for my sons car, said same day delivery available, thought great I'll have it and ordered it. HOURS later, coming up to store closing time, rang the store and was informed that the van left early in the morning and I was too late, explained it says same day delivery, told no, it will be 3 days!

DELIVERY SERVICE - Terrible AGAIN! - My wife's car needed a battery (I know!) she is a Nurse, ordered a battery and paid for next day delivery - 01/05/2020. Get a text from DHL on 01/01/2020 saying the battery will be delivered Monday 04/05/2020! Contact the store, explained the situation and that the battery was needed for today. Informed to go to the store to collect and delivery charge will be refunded.
So, I travel the 11.5miles to the store and there is que outside (COVID-19), not a problem, but it starts to pissistantly rain. (Glorious where I live so didn't take a coat) I ring the store, updated the guy on the phone and enquired if I could just collect the battery, only to be told that as DHL are delivering, the order would have been sent from HQ and there was nothing he could do.
Plenty of time to bombard me with sales stuff but no time at all - due to the emergency of course - to arrange for my refund

As a keyworket, I was going to order parts and collect instore on 12th May but saw they were offering same day delivery. Vehicle off road at this point so needed the parts pronto... a couple of days passed and no delivery so i tried to get in touch... on the phone for an hour and a half. And got cut off. Tried live chat... another hour... get cut off. Tried emailing... nothing except an automated response. Rinse and repeat for the next week No response to numerous emails. Ended up having to order the same parts from GSF who delivered sameday. Top job from them. ECP parts arrive 2 weeks later despite me sending numerous emails asking the to cancel and refund my order... suprisingly I had no response... SHOCK!
Now trying to get an RMA number from them... but guess what,... no response.
Tried to return to store but they refused without an RMA. And 'Customer Service' do not respond to any RMA request.
This lot are a absolute joke with no respect whatsoever for customers by taking their money but not delivering ad promised and then not even acknowledging correspondance... and no, the covid-19 excuse doesnt wash anymore.

I order car parts on 29 Sept Meant to be delivered by 3-4 working days. Today is the 6 October 2020, still not been delivered. When contacted customer service they saying the items is not available on the closes Chertsey brunch. But when I contact Chertsey branch via phone, they told me they have all the products available in their store. From this I can see Euro Parts is pushing customers to pay in delivery.
I checked if my order is landed in Chertsey. Euro Parts is failed and customer service is giving lots of LIES and FALSE information. Chertsey branch told me my order is in Staines branch.
The website says product is available. Don't TRUST this website or EURO PARTS.

Terrible service, I purchased items last Tuesday (15th May 2018), thinking it would be delivered the following day as items were as in stock, but it wasn't, I have called and sent chats at least 5 times in a week to euro car parts, firstly I was told that the items would arrive on Friday (18th May 2018) to the warehouse and would then be delivered to garage on Sat, but it wasn't! When I called on Saturday (19th May 2018) I was told that the items were in Woodford and it would arrive to the warehouse either that evening or the following day and the items would arrive on Monday or Tuesday the latest, but thats not the case I received an email from DHL stating that it will be delivered on 23rd May 2018, this is outrageous I have been given false information through out the week and I have been charged by my garage a daily rate for keeping my car, I would think about purchasing from euro car parts in the future as delivery has taken over a week, I have purchase over £435 worth of goods in the last week from euros and car parts for less, this has really made me think twice and they are not even willing to offer any type of compensation for my loss.
