This company is a $#*! show. Order my part first week of July and still waiting for the tracking number. Spoken to 7 different people with no resolution. I will never never ever do business with this company again. I will tell as much people as I can not to buy from your company. Why are you guys still in business, with all the negative reviews. I am not stopping until you guys are out of business. This is not the end Euro Car. Your company is a scam and a peace of $#*!,
This place isn't good sell the wrong part and never refund the money. I called and emailed they just ignored it and put me on hold. Do Not risk your money for nothing in return.
Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a company.
Eurocarparts delivered a leaking car battery.
Acid leaking out, causing damage to my garage floor and other items in my garage.
25 days passed with Eurocarparts taking 3 to 4 days to reply to every communication.
Eurocarparts promised 3 times to pickup this battery/acid. Each time they failed to arrive, costing me 3 days leave from my job.
Eurocartparts offered no refund and failed to ever collect this battery. The ultimate cost to me is as follows.
1.) £38 - The cost of this leaking battery
2.) £250 - The cost of 3 days leave from work, waiting for collection.
3.) £40 - The cost of paying the local council to dispose of the battery/acid.
I will never buy anything from Eurocarparts again and I advise others to steer clear of them.

No sign of my order... try to get in touch. Waited an hour and a half on the phone then line went dead. Then waited about another hour line went dead again, the pre- recorded message says not to get in touch unless the delivery is over 10 days late! Have been waiting on the customer service chat for the whole day... Left a bad review on another site and they contacted me straight away with a DHL tracking number, but it means nothing as the parcel has not even been picked up yet... then i get an email saying my order has been delayed. I have asked for a refund but they have not got back to me yet maybe this review will help. They shouldn't be taking orders for deliveries that they can not deliver. It is clear they are at least 10 days behind on orders, but you are not made aware of this when placing orders on the website! They have taken my money and I can't get it back!
Order 5 pairs gloves and tin EGR cleaner. The gloves arrived over a period of 4-5 weeks a pair at a time. Instead of sending me EGR cleaner they sent paint lacquer. Ignore e-mails would not use the delivery service again. The discounts are a cheap advertising gimmick went to click and collect and prices same as on shelf

Came back and said no they weren't for my car.
Correct parts for my car were double the price of parts I had reserved.
Price went from £19.99 to £45!
Needless to say I refused this price change and left the premises.

When you order something or contact them about ordering they are great but then it all goes wrong. I ordered a tool box over 5 weeks ago and it cam so badly damaged that I couldn't use it. I tried to contact them and was on hold for more than 5 hours without getting to talk to some one. I kept trying and eventually spoke to some one and they arranged to have the box picked up and promised a refund. No refund, I have tried to contact them more than 15 times and been kept on hold over 5 hours some times. I am still waiting for the refund that I keep getting promised. This is the worst after sails service ever. I will never use them again.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, communication is poor and the advisors talk over you constantly, wouldn't use this company again if it was the last one standing - quick to take your money but not quick to return if you ask- no one knows anything when you ask for an update and had to hold on for 2 hours and 39 mins and still was stuck in the loop- average hold of 45 mins before you get through
Excuse after excuses, had half of order, once again DHL loses half of consignment and can't be arsed checking for me where goods are and just told it will turn up when it turns up, even being a key worker doesn't mean a thing to them even though they promote it, waited on chat nearly 5 hours just to cut off at number 5, hopefully they go under when things get back to normal
Used euro car parts in wrexham for a cambelt kit for my van, only to get a phone call off the mechanic to say that the cambelt that is supposed to be brand new! Has been fitted and used on another vehicle before and he will not touch it. I now have to wait several days for another slot and miss out on work as this is my only means of travel.
Very very disappointing and obviously poor quality checks and customer service by euro car parts wouldn't recommend them to any not even in a rush as they just stitch you up no matter how simple it is. DONT USE THEM!

Bought a battery about 2 years ago and the guys at the counter told me I don't need the receipt and all they need is my registration number for my years warranty. Went yesterday as the battery is dying already and been told sorry we can't do anything without the receipt. Cheap company with no standard and no ethics and will never ever use again and will tell everyone I know to never use them.

I have bought a few car parts over the last 2 years ordered online and collect at store, I received my items but they were a bit slow, the other day I ordered online for next day delivery, but nothing, contacted them they say the order never went through but its pending with my bank, and they will not take the blame for their system not taking my order, but I guess thing like this happen every now and then, slightly pi##ed off.
Ordered parts online for delivery only to be told they could not now deliver as it was outside the branches delivery radius, I am 5.6 miles away from the nearest branch. I was told by the help line that it is probably because one of the items was an exhaust part so delivery wasn't possible, it was a gasket smaller than the 5ltr oil the was included in the order. Now I have to wait up to 5 days for payment to be cancelled or refund given.

Having paid for 12 items on 29th March and only received 3, I have emailed dozens of times, spent hours waiting on telephone, this is the worst online company I have come across by miles. It is now 112 days since order paid for and whatever I do, I get no response.
Terrible company. I ordered front and rear discs and pads. When I received them the front pads where faulty. I contacted euro and was told they would be collected and a replacement sent out. I hadn't heard anything for a few days after they where collected so I contacted euro who told me they would get someone to call me back. No one called me back so after contacting euro again I was told they didn't know what was going on and they would find out and get someone to contact me. Its now been over 2 weeks since I first ordered the parts and I paid for faster delivery so I could get it straight in the garage but I have had to cancel that appointment and I'm still none the wiser as to when i will receive the replacement and get my vehicle repaired. This companys customer service is a disgrace.
26/12/19 above parts missing. 12/01/20 wrong parts supplied. 14/01/20 wrong parts supplied Customer complaint opened early February and wrong parts returned to Eurocarparts by carrier. 10 emails to complaints dept. to date( 19th March) with no resolution of correct parts or refund. A disgustingly arrogant customer service experience! Part delivery cost and consideration of inconvenience expected in settlement.
Six weeks on and no contact from them regarding a surcharge refund on an alternator and starter motor returned to there Returns address at a cost of £10.00 because no returns accepted at branches due to Covid which I fully understand. However package signed for by an employee and despite two emails the latest 0n the 18th. June no contact from them.
Apart from writing a poor review has anyone got a better way of getting action from these terrible business people.

Purchased an EGR valve with lifetime warranty which was professionally fitted. I now have a problem in that the EGR valve has failed and the garage which fitted it has closed down. Eurocarparts want a copy of the original invoice despite the fact that they can trace it back on their system (including the registration number) and refuse to honour the warranty. BEWARE.
I do not recommend this company, even advise against! I ordered car parts on their website (there was no OUT OF STOCK information) for "premium next day delivery". Parts were not delivered. Of course, I was told to wait until the next day. After another phone call to them, they said that they did not have them and did not know if they would have!? I left my car with which I make money, with a mechanic, because the parts were to be the next day. Now I lose money and precious time because of someone's incompetence. Not to mention the mechanic who also loses time and money because the car is dismantled and takes up space in the garage!
You just lost a customer. I will certainly not buy anything from you and I will not recommend you to anyone!

I've ordered FRONT brake pads for my car, but i got REAR pads.
Only 1 star, because this is not the first time, that they sending different items, or missing something.
And if this not enough, i can't send it back, i have to go to the shop anyway, and I can get the right item what i need, or if they don't have, I will get the money back.
I ordered basic parts to service my car. I do not mind that they were late due to COVID etc however the wrong part was delivered. I tried to call however there is a 2 hour wait for customer service. I e-mailed 3 weeks ago aand had no reply. Online chat, had someone offer to help select the correct part for my car! The muppet no doubt will use the same faulty Online tool on the eurocar parts website. I said i just wanted to return the part and get a refund, they said I need to speak to customer service, position 54 in a queue another 2 hour wait... save yourself a miserable experience and DO NOT EVER use this firm.
Goods paid for on 20 April 2020 not received by 24 November 2020. I have emailed them several times and have not heard back. Still no reply or refund. Stay away from this company
I will never ever purchase anything from europarts again. Paid for next day delivery om tuesday before 4pm so item should be here today. Now being told its not going arrive until end of day friday. So why have a f#cking next day delivery option. When i phone up to ask for my delivery fee back they refused even though i paid for the service i DIDNT RECEIVED! So will be connecting my bank and telling them to cancel the whole paymeny for goods and services not received
