Very misleading... false... cheap. Not sure what else to say... when downloaded pic for heart pendent it looked perfect... what I got was a cheap dollar store looking pendent that photo you could hardly see. PEOPLE READ REVIEWS ON THEM BEFORE YOU BUY DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. I had to give them a 1 rating which they dont deserve that or I could not post my review
I ordered a Medal that was supposed to have a photo transfer that I submitted-when I received it the image was a blur on a piece of metal-I promptly returned it and am now told I gave to wait for my refund at least 7 to 10 days -I do not recommend this company at all -pricey junk
Bought ring from them 16 stone 2 tone ring. Supposed to be a replica of Jackie O ring. It looks and feels like something that came out of a cracker jacks box. I hate that this srewed up my holiday.
I didn't see these reviews before I purchased, and it would have saved me a lot of money and unhappiness. I ordered a ring as an anniversary gift for my boyfriend. I paid extra to have expedited shipping because I wanted to make sure it got here on time (even though it still should have with regular shipping). I then messaged the seller through their website about it asking me to let me know if my time frame would be problematic. I never heard back from them and the product arrived 3 days later than the shipping I paid fair--and after my anniversary.:(
The product was fairly good quality (although overpriced for what it was), but it was too big. I filled out the form on the back of the invoiced that was supposed to be used for returns and exchanges. I marked the box for 'exchange' and I requested a smaller size. I paid to have the ring shipped back to the company.
A couple of weeks later, I received a partial refund on my paypal account. The price of the ring minus expedited shipping (which was almost as much as the ring). I messaged the company through the paypal messaging, requesting an update on my order.
I never received another ring, or a response to either of my emails. It's over a month past my anniversary and all I have to show for it is a credit card balance and a little card my boyfriend got with the gift.
First time experience and it was a perfect experience, my husband loves the bracelet, it's great quality, not cheap. And the price was great! I also paid to have it shipped in 24 hours and it was!
I tried and tried to get help from customer service. Will not answer the phone, email, chat. I would not give Eve's a good ratings. Just got to throw my purchase in the trash.
These $#*!ing idiots mailed the bracelet I ordered TWO times to the wrong address when. When I told them the first time they messed up and did not include the house number they said OK we'll send it again it happened again surprise surprise and they wanted to charge me to send it out a third time FOR THEIR MISTAKE. When I finally got the product nearly 2 months after I ordered it. It was some cheap $#*! metal that made my gf wrist green and DID NOT include the engraved picture i requested. Whe. I complained AGAIN they said they do not issue refunds for orders over a month old LOL wtf is this business. It's got to be so kind of joke.

My experience was a complete and utter nightmare. I ordered a charm necklace. It came to me damaged. While I was on hold with customer service I found that I had received a second package in the mail. Behold, it was a second duplicate necklace that I received for some reason. The second necklace was damaged as well. When I asked for a refund they stated they can not refund me on engraved items even if they are damaged. They offered to send me a third necklace. I refused and wanted a refund. As this time the customer service rep got pushy, rude, and abrupt. I then got "disconnected" on hold. I then called back and finally got it resolved. I returned the items. The next day I get another order number and a "shipped item" notification in my mailbox. They had sent me a THIRD necklace that I did not order. I had to call back AGAIN and get a second return label and finally send that one back as well. The jewelry was super cheesy and cheap looking. Nothing like the picture. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!
My grand daughter lost her gram pa and was taking it hard so I had his picture put on a necklace and had it engraved. The necklace lasted 2 days. My 11 year old grand daughter is heart broken.

Purchased what was supposed to be a sterling silver ring with crystals in it. Purchase was made in Feb 2017 and within weeks of wearing it tarnished to wear it was not wearable any more. I own and wear a ton of sterling silver and even have a case that keeps it from tarnishing. I went to wear again the other day and it was even worse, the inside of the ring was like the silver had worn off and it was some other metal.
I contacted the company yesterday and there resolution was I could send back and have it looked@ by their repair team for a fee of $17.95.
Needless to say that was not an acceptable resolution for me. So it will sit in a draw as when I purchased this ring it was with money from a dear friend to buy what I wanted for a milestone birthday.
I went to log into my account today to CHANGE my review of the ring and how odd my account is no longer registered. I have a copy of the email confirming my purchase to the email I was attempting to log in with and when I tried to do a password reset, it stated I was not registered.
I am GUESSing they thought they would block me from putting a BAD review out there also GUESSing they did not realize there is more then 1 way to have your voice heard and to prevent others from having an issue with their purchase.
There are way to many other sites that offer quality products and outstanding customer service to chance from buying from Eves Addiction.
My daughter bought me a necklace with all my grandchildrens names engraved on the front with their birthstones. They put 7 names and birthstones and they put extra ones too. They did this because of having more kids. Eve's told them they could send the necklace back and they would take the extra one out and put the stone in and do engraving, but that was not so. I tried doing it and they told me they couldn't do the engraving on it. So that was disappointing. Then this past year they got me a birthstone ring with both of my daughters birthstone. I don't wear the ring but when I go out somewhere. One of the birthstones fell out and don't know where. I let Eve's know it and they sent me a email that it would cost me 18.00 to have it done. What a bommer! They should show some concern but none at all. So no more ordering for us. I've ordered right many things from them, but no more. I will never order from this site again nor do I recommend it. I ordered an engraved dog tag for my boyfriend who is deployed in Korea. Since it can take up to a month to ship the package I was hoping this would be a quick gift to get him. The first order I received was wrong. After I received the second order (it was wrong again) I wrote them an email explaining the situation and exactly what I wanted written on the tag. They sent me a third order and it was STILL wrong. I wrote an email demanding a refund considering I had to send back the orders and they never even sent me a return label. A representative called me after she read the email and asked me what was wrong. I explained it to her and all she would do was apologize and suggested that it was my fault for changing the words of the engraving and never telling anyone! I never changed the words once and I have proof of that! She said she was going to send me another one and I said no because it has now delayed me sending the package to my boyfriend by 2 weeks! She said she "wished she could do something" and I said "You can, you can refund me!" And she said the only way she could refund me is to send back the product. They obviously could care less about making their customers happy which is completely unacceptable considering none of this was, at all, my fault.
I was so excited to order a pendant for my husband for our anniversary. The pendant was so small and the pendant chain that I paid for was not included in the box. The customer service person was nice. Gave me a 5 percent discount and promised to ship my chain. Of course the pendant was not returnable. THEN IN A BURST OF EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DECIDED TO REDO MY ORDER FOR FREE. I was given a larger pendant. The customer service representative really cared that I was a first-time customer and wanted to make it right. When I read the other reviews my heart sank but things have changed. This company aims to please. I would give this company another chance because they care about their customers.
