I order a Mother's Day present from them. It was never delivered. I reached out to get info and they said they would send a replacement order. Over a month later I reached out again because I never received my replacement order. They said that they have confirmation that it was delivered and I would need to make a claim with USPS. They did not give me a tracking number or proof of delivery, and I can't make a USPS claim with out a tracking number. THEY ARE A SCAM AND TOOK MY MONEY AND CAUSE FRUSTRATION FOR 6 MONTHS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, SUPPORT OTHER SMALL BUSINESSES!
They make a mistake and then a supervisor is not available and all of a sudden they are out of stock but waste no time to make you send back the one they screwed up.
Never received my product. I can not speak to customer service. Can not track my product as well. Why waste a person's time. You didn't waste time taking my hard earned money. Please refund me!

I thought it would be a super cute idea to get my boyfriend a necklace with an engraved tag for Christmas. I found evesaddiction online & the prices were reasonable so I made the purchase. However, ever since then, I realize I have made a terrible mistake. They charged my credit card TWICE due to some random "holding fee" which literally makes no sense- no other website does that. I had to call them TWICE to get this charge reversed (they probably would have just kept my money otherwise!). I also ordered it Dec 10th and paid for 7-10 day shipping. It has YET to arrive! It is now a two days away from January, and as I track my package online it still says another 9 days remaining until delivery. This is was supposed to be a Christmas present. Overall, this was probably one of the worst online purchase experiences I have ever had. They double charged me, the over the phone customer service was atrocious, and I have yet to receive my package. I am begging you, whoever is reading this, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT order off of evesaddiction! I promise you will get screwed over!
I ordered a family tree necklace for my mother from the grandkids. The first one arrived tarnished on the engraved plate and they must have packaged it before the glue on the stones dried because the foam was stuck to it when I opened the package. I called and they sent out a replacement, it too was tarnished and missing a stone! They sent a return label with the replacement so when I called about the second one being messed up they told me to return them both for a full refund, said I'd get the money back when they received it. They received the package on 12/17/16 and I still don't have my refund! When I called about it they then told me it would take 7-10 business days to get my refund. Thankfully I kept a copy of the shipping label with the tracking info, they tried to act like they didn't have the return package or info when I called about my refund! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE.
I ordered several items from EVE'S Addiction a few years ago. I continued to order items before I discovered serious issues with my previous orders. It's a horrible and embarrassing experience. I will explain. I ordered a few bracelets for close family and family friends for their graduations and birthdays in the past. The items arrived safely and presentable, but within only weeks, the products tarnished and looked like garbage. I found out only by asking third parties who could sneak-a-peek at these items without the recipient knowing. They all sadly admitted that these "gifts" I set the girls, looked like cheap "throw-away" costume jewellry. I was angry and very embarrassed. My own "Tiffany" engraved "Heart" necklace knock-off is now never worn. The "silver" is dull and flat, and the "engraved monogram" is now impossible to read it is so ground down. My "Tiffany Silver Ball Necklace" knockoff was thrown out in the garbage. Most "balls" were so tarnished I couldn't polish them. I was furious having to throw the necklace out... especially having paid in US Funds (I live in Toronto) and having been charged duties and shipping. I can't see Eve's Addiction surviving as a company in the long run. I am sad because I liked their choices, but their actual product SUCKS. Save your money!
I ordered a monogrammed bracelet, with a birthstone. The chain is cheap and flimsy. The fireplace is so tiny that you can't even read the monogram. I would be embarrassed to give this as a gift.
I placed an order a week before Xmas for a gold necklace w/ our children's initials and paid for expedited 2-3 day shipping. It is now Xmas eve and still no package so I call them up and am told there was a problem with delivery and I won't receive the package until the 30th or the 31st. Here is what makes me so angry and willing to spend my time writing a review; they decided this wasn't something I should be notified about. I received no email or phone call letting me know there was a problem w/ delivery. This level of customer service would have possibly given me time to find another gift so my wife actually has something on Xmas morning. I attempted to cancel my order as I won't give my business to a company like this and was told I can't return or get a refund until I've received the item, which makes sense, but they weren't even planning on refunding me for the expedited shipping I paid for until I demanded it. What a disaster - Eve's Addiction definitely contributed to my family's Xmas being a little less merry this year.
My order was "lost in the mail". Hmmnnnnnn. The order was for several hundred dollars. The company would not give me my money back, or send out another necklace, until the original package was returned. What? It was lost? The tracking number showed this. USPS could not find the package. I complained to the Better Business Bureau and it took months, but I finally got my money back. I even called Amazon, from whom I was told they are partnered. THEY ARE NOT PARTNERED WITH AMAZON, ACCORDING TO AMAZON OFFICIALS. THEY ARE DISALLOWED FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH AMAZON. UGH! A total scam!
Absolutely terrible customer service. I placed an order, realized there was an error in the inscription and called immediately to correct it. The first agent I spoke to confirmed the order was still pending and could be changed. She told me she would mark it "on hold" so it would not be processed and told me to call back with the changed inscription. I called back 5 minutes later and that agent told me it would be easier to cancel the order and have me put it in online. She said she would call back as soon as it was cancelled. I received no call and waited to place the new order. I finally called again and this time they told me the order had gone through and could not be cancelled. I repeated the above and told them this was not acceptable 3x to different people until I was told I could be given a one time return credit. This was a gift! I explained I did not want it shipped to me to have to return it and I didn't believe they would honor the return. They offered to switch the shipping address to me. I said why not ship it to your own office and process my return immediately. She told me no. At that point I told them they had ruined a special gift, were at risk of losing me as a customer entirely and I would be leaving terrible reviews everywhere. Only then did they offer to cancel my order. Awful, awful company.
Recently I had stumbled upon Eve's Addiction while looking for a gift for my boyfriends 40th birthday. Their "Men's Chisel Custom Roman Numeral Matte Black Leather Bracelet" was perfect! I ordered and waited with baited breath for it to arrive. Unfortunately, when I received the notification that it had been delivered, I immediately opened up my door (was WFH that day) but no package. I panicked a bit since his birthday was only a few days away but tried to remain as calm as possible. Spoke to multiple customer service agents from both EA and from USPS but according to everyone, the package had been delivered and there was nothing anyone could do. Seems like the alert had notified my hours after the mailperson had left it buy my door and someone had snatched it during that time! Thankfully, I was finally able to reach a supervisor who, after hearing my saga, immediately sent me a replacement which was miraculously received on the very day of his celebration! The quality is fantastic and I will definitely be purchasing from them again, but will have it delivered to my office next time!
Back in the BEGINNING of November I ordered my girlfriend a bracelet for our anniversary. I paid 7$ for 2-3 day shipping. After a week of it not being here I began to worry and quickly found out after looking into it that they messed up the address and now my package was in limbo. Speaking with customer service about the situation was a nightmare. Complaining unprofessional with service reps cussing and telling people to "get off their $#*! and take some calls" and refused to send me another until the bracelet got back to their warehouse. After finally receiving my girlfriends anniversary present DECEMBER 15th she went to put it on and it snapped. I couldn't believe it and I doubt with this unprofessional business I will ever get my money back! DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Once I ordered my moms beautiful necklace I was told to look at the reviews many said not to order because they were not satisfied so I was just hoping for the best and loved it!
I was very excited to receive my item until I retrieved it from my my mail and opened it im am completely unsatisfied with this necklace its horrible. First off for being a first time customer this is not a good start as I had high expectations my necklace looks nothing like in the photos online advertise looks like a complete knock off. I received the necklace with a broken clasps, this is suppose to be for my boyfriend it feels super cheap I know I'm only paying $40 but I seen way better jewelry then this for the amount I paid. Looks and feels like I hot this out of a gumball machine to be quite hones. There is no way I'd gift this to anyone especially for a man this is embarrassing gift to give anyone. The engravement is poor and horrible quality there is no depth to it what so ever. I'm a very dissatisfied I'd like somthing better or a refund I work to hard for my money to just be throwing it away. Also there customer service phone number provided does not even work on top of it all so you cannot actually talk to a real person not ok at all. I did not want to even give this a star at all if it would have aloud me the option. I guess I should of did my research like I normal do and read all the bad reviews before purchasing from them.
I am overwhelmed with the workmanship of my order and looking forward to ordering again in the future.

Anklet fell off and broke in less than 24 hours. I trashed the other pieces. I should of read reviews first. Waste of 100 bucks. BEWARE DONT THROW YOUR HARD EARNED CASH AWAY!
