Never even got the jewelry. Couldnt track the package. Customer service number took me somewhere else. Do not shop at this site!
I have ovarian cancer I bought a ring with my three boys birthstones I received it and before having it on more than an hour the middle stone came out. So I sent it back and got a new stone put in I recieved my ring back and I didn't even have it two days and the same stone fell out again. Now I am disabled stay at home don't drive have no car don't work I lay in bed all day and watch t. V. So there is no reason at all the same stone, should've just came out again I reached out to them and they wouldn't do anything for me and won't respond to me I paid over 40$ for a ring I never got to wear out of my house. I never got to wear it to my chemo sessions I wanted to have my boys with me during my sessions because my husband was murdered in 2013 and my young boys are all I have. I was hoping to be laid to rest with my ring. I'm on social security I get less than 500$ a month I saved for 8 months 5$ a month to buy this ring and they don't have the decency to make it right! They had another ring I wanted to get that was 5 stones so I could add me and my deceased husband but they will not get another sent out of me! A bunch of thieves! They don't even get one star (well this site wouldn't let me give them no stars so I have no choice but to give them one to be able to submit my review)
AWFUL! If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I purchased a birthstone necklace for my mother in law for Christmas I ordered on December 5th out of their "ships in 24 hours" category to make sure it made it in time. I called 4 times between the 10th and the 20th waited on hold 20+ min each to be told a bunch on lies until the last call she finally "checked in the back" to find out that my order was actually back ordered and "you need to pick something else out that's actually in stock". I told her no thanks and to send me my refund. She sent me a $10 sympathy gift card and told me ill see my refund within the hour since I paid with paypal. Its now 1/3 i've called 2 more times regarding my refund and they keep telling me its "pending" and to call my paypal. The last guy I talk to was giving me all sorts of attitude and told me he'd send me a email showing me that my refund was pending and he never did. I've escalated it through paypal so well see if I ever get my refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They are the worst company I've ever had to deal with.
Today is 12/23, tomorrow is Christmas Eve and my daughters gift will not be here! On December 18 I went out to their website and I placed an order prior to 1:00 PM which is what they said the cut off time would be to guarantee but I was ordering would be shipped and received in time for Christmas. December 18 in the evening I got a notification saying that it had shipped. The next day I went out to check and see where it was and noticed that it hadn't been updated by the postal system. So I found them and they said that I would have it in three business days. Well three days has happened still no gift. When I called him back and told them I want my money refunded and they tell me I had to refuse the package and it would have to get sent back to them to get my money back my question is how do you refuse something you never got!?! I spent $120 including an extra charge to guarantee my receiving it by Christmas! They are not legit, and they have the absolute worse Customer service ever but what can you expect when you outsource customer service to India. They weren't even honest enough to admit they were not located in the US. Copy and paste this and pass it in to anyone you know. I plan on filing a small claims lawsuit against them at the beginning of January! BUYER BEWARE AND STEER CLEAR!

Paid $60 and a stone fell out hours after putting on at family christmas celebration so my wife didnt have a christmas gift.
I have ordered for the last 6 years and unfortunately have been disappointed in my items several times, but worse is to hear from my recipients of the gifts of the low quality on items I purchased for family/frends/coworkers. I would always want to take advantage of the email deals I would receive but would end up with the item I wanted not qualifying for the email deal, so I ended up spending more for an item plus shipping. So for the purchased items to still be of LOW quality really irks me. The bogus deals plus the redirecting me to higher priced items with the often "discount doesn't apply" or "item is backordered, try another similar item", became a nuisance that I ceased shopping for a period of time and then I would try again to give them a chance, only to still be disappointed. I am mostly disappointed in the low quality of items that I unfortunately have heard back from family and friends. The items either lose the birthstones too quickly, the earnings tarnish and cause ear irritation, the quality isn't what I would have hoped for considering the price I paid since the email deal was not allowed. I regret this but since I have given this company 10 or more times to give me good service and ended up with BAD quality and limited offerings based on emails, I think I will finally say ENOUGH of embarrassment with this low standard and shop elsewhere.
The product i received was very cheap and light BUT ENORMOUS. I decided to send it back to them and i had to pay for the return myself and it was only able to be sent back through USPS.
I have called numerous times and sent about 10 emails without any answer- they are HORRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN.

Only giving one star because I have to... My grandmother is very sick and my father is an only child and his mother is the most important person in the world to him. For Christmas I thought I would order him a dog tag photo pendant with her picture and engraving on the back so he could keep her picture close to him after he passed. I searched online and Eve's Addiction was the first to come up in the search for this product. IF YOU ARE WANTING SOMETHING SIMILAR DONT ORDER FROM THEM. First of all, they shipped it without the engraving. I contacted customer service and they sent a 2nd one. I was to ship back the original when I received the 2nd one. When i received the 2nd one, you couldnt even see the picture on it... which kinda defeats the whole point of the gift. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund and they refused to give me one. They sent me TWO products, which were BOTH poor quality and they still are going to charge me for it!? They offered me a credit for the site... Why? To buy more junk?! I dont think so. For something that held so much meaning to me, I am 100% disappointed that they handled it this way. PLEASE DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!
