Working with Evolve was very easy and we were very pleased with the home. It was exactly as advertised and we totally enjoyed our week there. One issue we had that I am not sure is linked to our stay and dealings with Evolve is my identity was stolen the day after we checked out of the Laveen Village home.
I would not have thought there was a connection to Evolve or the home, but one of the actions the thief took was to open a Dave Debit MasterCard in my name. The partner bank for the Dave Debit MasterCard was Evolve Bank and Trust. Thought you might like to know this information in case there is a connection.

Evolve does not respond to emails at all, thankful I only dealt with thr house owner who was extremely helpful. I sent evolve an email and they did not care enough to respond. Why would I want to deal with them again? The answer is I would not.

Everything was very easy. I just sent photos and was able to purchase new items. Evolve reimbursed me in a very timely manner.

We rented the house in late March to attend my son's wedding. We had 8 family members from 2 - 80 in the house and everything was very comfortable. The murphy bed in the living room was very comfortable and did not really interfere with the living room area. The casita was perfect for the couple with the baby. Everything looked like the pictures and was clean and nice. Love it and would recommend it.
I evolve was great to work with! They helped with any questions about the property and tiny details about kitchen appliances. Checkin was a breeze and house was ready early!
We had a great time in Gambier visiting our son at Kenyon college. The location was perfect. The house was very clean, and stocked with everything you would need. We would love to come back and stay again.
With multiple food allergies I need a kitchen for even brief stays. Although the cookware was limited,it was enough to produce duck confit and lovely grilled fresh fish. Beds were comfortable and so was the overall house. Short walk to beach….because everyone needs a little exercise!
Very clean and spacious property centrally located within 15-20 min of beach. Owners and staff were very attentive and went above and beyond to correct an issue we had. Had all the amenities of home. Would definitely stay here again if needed.
Our stay in Azle was very nice. It was a blessing to be close to our son in Lake Worth, close to Fort Worth and yet in a pretty quiet setting. The property was very well maintained and very clean. We felt safe and secure at all times. Even though it backs up a pretty busy street during the day, it was quiet at night. I'd strongly recommend this property for location, value and management.

The service was fine, but the fees that are charged for a vacation rental are too high for what is provided.
Perfect location. Hot tub needed to be badly cleaned. The home lost power our second day and after trying to reach the property manager twice, we never got a response. Power eventually came back on. Evolve never bothered checking to make sure we had power returned. Had we received any form of communication from them, I would have given this listing a full 5 stars.
The condo was very clean, inviting, and comfortable. It had all the necessities to make it feel like home- especially when cooking an Easter dinner. The location was perfect- close enough to downtown CDA but enough distance to not hear too much noise at night. I would absolutely stay again and again :)
