We owners don't have recourse when guest comes and steal or destroy our properties. We can't get the reimbursement for the cost of replacement of it's less than a certain value and the cost to call for service people to come in and repair which is not fair. There should be incidental charges like when these guest check into a hotel.

The unit we rented was perfect in many ways. First and foremost it was handicap accessible; both with an elevator to the unit and within the rental unit as well. This can be a challenge to find! The unit was clean, nicely spacious and well appointed. And as a unique feature; it perfect for the total eclipse at a reasonable price point! Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay in Lake Havasu. The house was incredibly clean and we were surprised to be gifted with a snack basket. The views were incredible! We took the advice in the Owner's Manual and hiked Sara's Crack. Out group of 7 people ranged from age 11 to 47 and we climbed down a rope and walked through cold water at one part of the trail. We loved it!
This place was perfect for our family of four. The outdoor area is clean and well maintained. The marked walking trails through the woods are so nice. The pond and backyard were amazing. We loved having the big fire pit area for nighttime fun! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We are already planning to visit this place again during the winter when the kids get a break from school. Wal-mart and fast food 15 mins away. Cabin easy to find. Private and peaceful! 10/10 BEST CABIN we've stayed in!

Working with Evolve was very easy and we were very pleased with the home. It was exactly as advertised and we totally enjoyed our week there. One issue we had that I am not sure is linked to our stay and dealings with Evolve is my identity was stolen the day after we checked out of the Laveen Village home.
I would not have thought there was a connection to Evolve or the home, but one of the actions the thief took was to open a Dave Debit MasterCard in my name. The partner bank for the Dave Debit MasterCard was Evolve Bank and Trust. Thought you might like to know this information in case there is a connection.

Answer: Avoid Evolve it will be a major mistake listing your property with them. The client support is all flash with no substance. The owner protection insurance is a scam! The listing description was never correct, my Financial lost was over $6000 due to guest damages that were supposedly covered. The corporate infrastructure is amateurish and segmented without leadership.
