These days shopping for the best price is "ultimate". Quality...you just have to trust. So far...I have been satisfied. Cost has risen enormously. Hidden fees? This is a popular one for ALL of the contact lens companies... Availability? I have not run into issues here. Shipping time has been reliable, I'm good here.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 6/20 and I'm still waiting for it. They told me a week after I ordered it that the shipment would be delayed 2-3 weeks. It's now been over 10 weeks since I placed the order and they won't even respond to my emails asking for an update.
I've order twice now. There are a wide variety of frames, all at really good prices. The prices on lenses are also great and I feel like the quality is good, too. Definitely recommend and will be buying again.
Ordered from ez contacts because they said it would be 3-5 days. It took 3-5 weeks! No updates. No reasons. Tried twice to text a representative that could not tell me the delay or when it might be delivered.

It took a month to get my glasses, which was never communicated when I placed my order. I ended up having to travel abroad w old broken glasses. The first time I reached customer service on live chat I was told they'd come soon. The second time I called I was told there was no record of the first conversation. I asked for additional discount etc and received nothing. When glasses finally came they delivered without a case.
I ordered two pairs of glasses- one came within days and I love them but I'm still waiting to receive my prescription sunglasses. A good selection and best price I saw, I just hope my other pair comes soon!

Product took extremely long, 1 month called customer service. Product came with no issues. Perfect. Great price for product. Also with case cleaning wipe and other accessories. Definitely a good buy and will buy again in future from here.
The customer service team is horribly disorganized and can't keep track of anything. Half of my order stated it was shipped and never was. Half of my order I did receive either was counterfeit or a luxury brand made a disfigured paired of glasses (which EZContacts decided to put lenses in and ship to their customer anyways?). I'm dealing with the return process now because I will never be dealing with this company again.
Product was as wanted. Processing time was longer than it said, I emailed in about it and got a reply that their office is closed for a Holiday, the next day my glasses finally shipped, and the day after that I got a reply to my email that "Per our phone conversation" which was odd because no one ever called me. I really wanted these sunglasses in prescription and its the best I could find over all (price).
It took nearly a month for my order to be completed. Upon receipt I determined the Transitions tinting was not included in the lenses. Calling customer service put me on hold for 30 minutes, twice. My email to customer service got answered after a week delay. Its been a week since I returned my glasses for replacement. I guess I can expect them in another two weeks. The price was great, but customer service, well not so much.
Ordered my contacts on 2/11/2019 and haven't received anything. Can't get anyone on the phone from customer service or live chat... no one has responded to my emails. I've been on hold for an hour and was caller #45 - got to caller #1 and heard a click. Next thing I know? I'm caller #46 again. I linked on to their live chat and was asked to leave a message because no one could take my message. This is absolutely unacceptable.
Quality of glasses is great but the strength of lenses seems to be too low. No way to confirm but doesn't seem correct.
Lead time to get glasses was not clearly communicated on website. I expected 1 week max.
Took eight days to ship contacts. Expected to arrive 14 days after I ordered. I was attracted by the introductory offer but they should put a banner on their site to say that their items take longer than competitor's.
I love the glasses, the shipping time was a little more than I expected but I'm still very satisfied with my glasses. I will be shopping for another pair soon and will come right back here to get them.
Quality of product was very good, however, was told that my order would arrive in 7-10 days and product did not actually arrive for about 3 weeks (after I contacted company, I immediately received a receipt of shipping confirmation).
Waited 1 month for the glasses, when they arrived there was barely any tint in the transition lenses at all. I order transitions for the obvious reason. These glasses will not be able to be used as sunglasses. Disappointed.
Frames are disappointing and look flawed. Correspond with Miriam. Took one mont to receive and I need the new prescription to see. Policy for return is disappointing. I requested new frames/lenses with returning the frames I have received due to the fact I need these to see. I cannot afford 4-6 weeks of processing time. I enclosed a picture in my original correspondence with Miriam explaining my dissatisfaction with the frame, meaning I do realize the pattern of the frame but this fram has an inch area of clear plastic that has no pattern at all and it looks ridiculous. I will not order from ezcontacts again
I placed an order 42 days ago and was never contacted saying there was a delay. Kept calling over and over and they just kept telling me it was delayed and it would get out soon. Still hasn't shipped. Awful customer service and awful lead times. Stay far away!
Poor communication and long wait time is an understatement. Ordered on September 5, and as of November 5 have not received sunglasses order. LONG wait times on the phone followed by empty promises. Emails responded with a generic reply.
I ordered the exact frames I found at my optometrist office and the website said it would be an additional 3-4 days for prescription lenses, I wanted them quickly (once they were ready) so I paid $30 for next day shipping. They took over a month and it took 8 attempts to contact before I finally heard back that they were waiting for the frames to arrive. They apparently were never going to let me know that which is a huge red flag. Once they shipped they did not come next day and when I contacted them about refunding the shipping they only offered to refund half, once they arrived I asked ups about it and they said that it was not an expedited label just normal shipping, so they essentially just stole my money. Also, they are not the same frames I ordered but a much larger size but they are awful and didn't care. I will never use them again and you should save your money.
The frames are very high quality. Prescription was perfect. They look fantastic, even attractive enough for my 17 year old son to wear to school (and you know they need to look good). Once the frames were received from the manufacturer the glasses were received only a couple days after that. I had made a mistake on my order and the customer service folks had quick responses to my questions. I am very happy with ezcontacts!
I ordered Rx sunglasses 12 business days ago. When I contacted the earlier this week, they said they are working on them right now and would be shipped this week. I have yet to receive a notice that they have been shipped. I sent a couple of emails with no response returned about my order.
Your website allowed me to filter for mens sunglasses, and by width of the frames like I needed to, but the results it gave me included youth frames, which I unknowingly ordered and have no use for. When I sought help, I received email responses that did not actually address my concern, but merely told me to return the glasses and pay a restocking fee.

I made a selection but didn't find my chat particularly helpful to that decision. I'm hopeful that I made the right choice but do not feel confident after communication. Also, I was offered a code for 5% off... I get better codes than that in my junk email which I am using on this transaction.
Ordered some Alexander McQueen glasses and they told me they were on back order via email. Then they sent another message a few days later saying the frames were discontinued. So basically the week I was expecting the frames they finally mentioned they didn't have them. Then I'm emailed a rep and she's telling me the other pair I selected they don't have either. All these frames are listed on their site! She shared that basically they don't stock the frames and that's how they get them at such a low price. I called a representative and he basically said that another pair will take up to three weeks to receive and when I asked if there was any way they could compensate the inconvenience he said he could give me 3-5 day shipping versus 5-7 day shipping. I will never use this company again.
I ordered discounted Tom Ford glasses and received the pair within 10 days with my prescription perfect and glasses authentic and looking good. These came more than half off a typical pair at a retail store and even included prescriptions. Great purchase. EZContacts is the best.

I had trouble with the availability of my initial item, on the site its advertised as available than a week later I get an email that the frames will take longer than 15 days. Process of shipping was way to long since I placed my order.
