Was provided with a return label for contacts after reordering. I had opened the box and tried the contacts which did not feel right in my eyes which is why I requested the return. There was no mention in the email that I couldn't return if the box was opened. The company now refuses to refund me even for store credit and even after I already re-ordered new contacts from them after going to the eye doctor and seeing that my script had changed. EZ contacts had sent me the old contacts even though my script was expired. Very unhappy with this company.
Great quality sunglasses! Bought Kate Spade Annika series…2 pairs and love them! EZContacts had them at the cheapest price.

Some of the lenses are unwearable and have to be discarded. There seems to be a dent or crease in some of them
I placed an order for contacts on the 10th, it's been 3 days and they still haven't sent them to be shipped out from the warehouse. Normally it wouldn't bother me, but since I need them for an event I reached out to customer service on the 11th just to see what the average amount of time is for them to send orders out. (As I could have paid for a trial pair from my optometrist if absolutely necessary)They stated they were already working on sending it out that day, but days later and my order still hasn't left the warehouse. I wouldn't mind using this company because of the price, but if you need them quickly consider a different alternative. I'll update the review if anything changes.
I fell hopelessly in love with a pair of Mark Jacobs frames at my eye doctors office that were $275 with no lenses. With my prescription lenses I would have come to well over $500.
All in at EZContacts I spent under $300.
Why on earth in this economic climate are people trying so desperately to make us pay more than necessary?
$300 is still a lot for someone on a tight budget but I felt really great about saving over $250 and getting the glasses I really wanted.
They sent -2.75, even after my optometrist caught the error and corrected to +2.75.
Now since I opened the first box of contacts they will not allow an exchange because I didn't realize their error.
Site said the glasses were on back order shipped in two weeks actually took five weeks
I love my new glasses. They are beautiful. They were pricey.
Was very happy to be able to purchase one box each of my contacts. My supply was running out but so was my prescription and I did not want to purchase a six month supply. EZ contacts was a cost saver for sure
The site was easy to navigate. Prices were clearly posted and no tricks were played about discounted prices only being applicable if you do the mail in rebate. I like that they are returnable if necessary.
Seems like the rayban that i got is fake! I brought the sunglasses to the rayban store for adjustment and they were surprised with the big gap between the lens and the frame.
I saw that a Rayban frame options online had a "Ships same day" note, so I select it, given my old glasses were on their last legs.
Customer service verified my prescription I input a couple days later, presumably cause I'm blind as could be and they had to confirm. All good.
A couple weeks go by and I'm getting frustrated. Finally, after almost a month after placing my order, it came. Standard issue product, they work. Decent price. Responsive team. Just dang that took a lot longer than what was advertised online and the expectations made by support.
Thank you for carrying the Boston Original contact lens products. My eyes hate the "advanced" and no one carries the product in the stores.
The service is terrible been waiting 3 weeks for my order and everytime I ask about my order I'm told that it will be shipped in 2 to 4 business days then after the time nothing has been shipped If I could give negative stars I would
I ordered a simple pair of glasses and was told 3 times that they would ship in the next 2-3 days. It has now been 3 weeks since I placed the order and they now have no idea when they will ship. The few dollars a saved is not worth all the aggravation they put you through. Avoid this company at all costs.
When you return the contacts do to wrong prescription they charge you over $559.80!00 for shipping fee! Rip off!
Impossible to reach via phone or email. Call your credit card and pull back payment. You will hear from them.

Hi I need to talk to someone regarding my order # *******. I have had about 24 contacts that are either defective come inside out and won't go on correctly, ripped or just aren't the proper shape in my order I opened and I have had to just toss them. A couple could just be bad luck but this many is concerning and these contacts are not cheap and I can't afford to just throw away money like this. How can we remedy this situation? Can replacement contacts be sent or a credit to my credit card. I look forward to speaking with you regarding this issue.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
