The worst business ever. I sent them 2 pairs of frames for my prescription and they sent me back one pair stole the other pair and the quality of the pair they sent back with the prescription was appalling. The glass prescription part was completely flat. I could've bought it at the dollar store. I would've been OK with that if it wasn't for their customer service, I will let the emails below speak for themselves. I called time after time and was hung up on, and never given to an I called time after time and was hung up on, and never given to a supervisor their business conduct is absolutely unprofessional and disgusting. And just an aside, they never got back to me. See emails below.
I was hung up on 2x today and then sly-dialed. Is this how you conduct business? I am so terribly disappointed.
I am so saddened by this whole affair. I have contacted you over and over, waited on hold for hours just to be hung up on. I cannot believe that it is so impossible to speak to a manager/supervisor. You are conducting dishonest business. I am so disappointed that you can treat people like this and be okay with it. It is unfortunate that I have to take this path instead of simply working it out with a supervisor.
This is a truly honest review if you don't believe me, feel free to contact Them yourself asking for a supervisor and see what happens. I went with a different frames company online, and I am truly satisfied and will be writing a stellar review for them.
BUYER BEWARE! DON'T BUY FROM EZ CONTACTS! This company is a scam! They have thousands of lawsuits and sell fake merchandise and expired contact lenses.

I purchased 6 boxes total of contacts from this company that cost me hundreds of dollars. They shipped it to my house, but I never got the package. I called them as well as emailed customer support and let them know what happened. They said that 4/6 boxes were returned to them and their shipping company said they were delivered, so there's nothing they can do. I explained that I had nothing to do with this and that I never got the package. After multiple phone calls, emails, requests to speak to senior management I just gave up. They sent me 4 boxes that the other person returned, although I never got money refunded for the other 2 boxes. I would not recommend this company, as if anything happens in shipping, you will be the person who loses financially.

I really like using this website. I have figured out that my contacts are actually cheaper using this website over using Costco.
I ordered glasses and contact lenses. The lenses arrived within a week, and I received zero correspondence on the glasses. After waiting another week, I reached out via their online chat. They were able to look into my order and let me know the glasses were out of stock and there was no date given as to when they'd have more. Considering I placed that order 2 weeks prior, I felt that was definitely long enough of a waiting period to have received some sort of update to let me know this information. But no, I had to reach out myself. It was probably another few days to a week after me reaching out that I finally got an update about the glasses being out of stock. I received the glasses over one month after I placed my order. The shipping wasn't expedited as the chat person said it would be. This company was super friendly when I reached out, but their lack of communication and handling of this situation has plenty of room for improvement. If I had known I was ordering "out of stock" glasses I would have chose a different pair when placing my order.
After 3 months I can't see out of one lens. Poor quality glasses. Expensive, took a long time and bad customer service. I don't recommend.
I was able to get an entire year's supply of the contacts I wanted for a reasonable price. In fact, this was by far the cheapest out of all the places I found. They originally told me a week or more before I'd receive them, but they came in the mail quicker than expected.
I accidentally ordered the wrong sunglasses for my son. I emailed EZ Contacts and the return and reorder was very easy. We would definitely shop with them again.
This is my first time order from EZContacts, I have order Ray-Ban RX5428 and Versace VE1184 on September 3,2023, the Versace VE1184 shipped out the next day and I received within a week. But for the Ray-Ban RX5428 after 2 weeks I didn't hear anything, so I email them and they replied saying that the item would take a bit longer to ship. Beside it took 4 to 5 weeks to ship, the price was good and the product arrived as advertised.
I ordered the frame with prescription lens and everything was perfect down to what I ordered for the glasses. I will be ordering more in the future.

Ordered glasses and contacts from same eye appointment prescription. The glasses give me major migraines and have been checked for prescription locally. They are way too strong causing me to not be able to read 20/20 at all (something I can do in my prescription glasses from 4 years ago). They are unwilling to admit their product is poor quality/made in error/ or anything of the like. I was told to order and pay for another pair. This would be reasonable if I just "didn't like them." This is NOT the case; it is a prescription/manufacture error. Do NOT buy from here. Almost $500 wasted.
I have ordered 3 pair of glasses from EZContacts. All three were the same brand and color and I would have only ordered 2 but when I ordered a replacement pair for my broken glasses the wrong size was ordered and I had to return them. All three times the shipping time was not what it said it would be. I was notified when they were actually shipped and the processing was what took so long. Each time it took a week to two longer than it stated at the time of purchase. I would not order from EZContact again other than replacing what I had previously purchased.
I ordered Maui Jim sunglasses and they are amazing. They were backordered and Easycontacts let me know when the approximately of the stock would arrive. They had very good pricing and I would definitely do business with them again!
I've been purchasing from this site for a couple of years now. I ordered three times. They ship quickly and packaging is good. The contacts that I ordered were way cheaper than other sites because they do not charge service fee at check out. I'll definitely be ordering again.

Was provided with a return label for contacts after reordering. I had opened the box and tried the contacts which did not feel right in my eyes which is why I requested the return. There was no mention in the email that I couldn't return if the box was opened. The company now refuses to refund me even for store credit and even after I already re-ordered new contacts from them after going to the eye doctor and seeing that my script had changed. EZ contacts had sent me the old contacts even though my script was expired. Very unhappy with this company.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
