I ordered a simple pair of glasses and was told 3 times that they would ship in the next 2-3 days. It has now been 3 weeks since I placed the order and they now have no idea when they will ship. The few dollars a saved is not worth all the aggravation they put you through. Avoid this company at all costs.
When you return the contacts do to wrong prescription they charge you over $559.80!00 for shipping fee! Rip off!
Impossible to reach via phone or email. Call your credit card and pull back payment. You will hear from them.

Hi I need to talk to someone regarding my order # *******. I have had about 24 contacts that are either defective come inside out and won't go on correctly, ripped or just aren't the proper shape in my order I opened and I have had to just toss them. A couple could just be bad luck but this many is concerning and these contacts are not cheap and I can't afford to just throw away money like this. How can we remedy this situation? Can replacement contacts be sent or a credit to my credit card. I look forward to speaking with you regarding this issue.

This is the second renewal order I have made. Each time I have had to back out of the automatic 'great savings ' deal they offered as a renewal and start over again from scratch to get a much better deal. Surely repeat customers should get their best deal without having to play games. Otherwise very happy with product and service.

I was a bit hesitant to order because I thought the price was too good to be true. Other sites lure you in with a good price when you go to their site but then add extra fees before checkout. EZContacts had a great price with no hidden fees and free shipping. I will definitely be ordering again.
My sunglasses were not authentic the writing fading within a month of use. The pair of sunglasses were balenciaga. I was told they I past my 30 day for exchange and to contact the 3rd party they bought the pair of sunglasses from. "Karen eyewear states they have no affiliation with ezcontacts. I am very dissatisfied and I hope something changes.
Just want to say that I had purchased last September eyeglasses and until my Doctor check them notice that are made from plastic and not Polycarbonate as I paid at the beginning. I was not able to write cause I had two major eye surgery and had to spend more money because of them. I had wrote to the company and I was told nothing can do because is 30days warranty but they don't take a moment and analyze the situation and consider the issue as a loyal customer. So disappointed and hope you understand me.Had to replace them with another material the one I really need it. I have them in the original box.
I ordered one box of my contacts wrong and customer service was very good at getting them returned and correctly reordered quickly.
I used EZContacts to fill an order of prescription sunglasses. The first set, Ray-Ban RB2027 Predator 2 order ******* took almost a month to arrive. The company claimed the item was not in stock as the reason for the delay. Upon arrival, I found that the right lens had a scratch on the inside. When I reached out to EZContacts they asked that I return the glasses, in their original package, fill out a return form and that would be that. I found this very displeasing specially after waiting a month to receive the order. The company did not offer any restitution. The second set, Ray-Ban RB4385, order ******* I canceled because after 3-weeks of receiving no updates, yet receiving tons of junk mailers, I reached out to Customer Service via email to inquire on the status. The response was received 3-days later stating that the frames were, yet again, on back order. I inquired why the company does not make that clear or provide an update in a reasonable period and the response was simply that they do not look into orders until customers ask. They did not offer an update on the order or estimated time of arrival. They only offered an apology and recognition that this was something their company lacked. I found this hard to believe as the frames are available with any other retailer. I called their customer service line to get a better idea of when to expect the glasses. The automated system claimed a high call volume and asked that I email them and then hangs up. That was the last straw. I do not recommend this company. They do not center their business on customer satisfaction.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
