These days shopping for the best price is "ultimate". Quality...you just have to trust. So far...I have been satisfied. Cost has risen enormously. Hidden fees? This is a popular one for ALL of the contact lens companies... Availability? I have not run into issues here. Shipping time has been reliable, I'm good here.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 6/20 and I'm still waiting for it. They told me a week after I ordered it that the shipment would be delayed 2-3 weeks. It's now been over 10 weeks since I placed the order and they won't even respond to my emails asking for an update.
I love the frames but they arrived and one eye is blurry and I checked the prescription from my other glasses and it was input correctly. Havent complained as I waited a long time for them and Ill probably get it changed locally at some point
I ordered glasses on 01/09/19, I still don't have glasses! Customer service are a useless bunch of idiots. We are experiencing some delays from the Manufacturer, however the same frame is showing 3-5 availability on the website. Order at your own risk and if you really need to see don't order from here at all!
It can take 3-4 weeks before you get your glasses, but 1. They cost a fraction of what they would from anywhere else, and 2. They are just as good. I ordered my second pair after I was so pleased with the first ones. I knew it would take some time, I waited, and I got them in about 3 weeks. The one time I had to return something to them, it was a breeze... Nice and easy. Maybe I am just lucky, but as far as all these one star reviews, and "do not do business with them" and "they are a fraud" Not true. Just be patient, and you'll be fine.
Glasses were so delayed compared to every other pair I've ordered - I had to check on them finally after waiting so long. They came and the lenses are not as dark at all as the sample pair. I'm not super satisfied but they'll have to work.
Contacted company on multiple occasions requesting a refund for an invalid prescription. Was told multiple times via phone that I would be issued a refund within 6 business days. Received several emails confirming refund. 2 months later and no refund. Convinced this company is a fraud.
So they ended up sending me the wrong pair of contact. They are supposed to be verifying my rx right? I have mailed that back for an exchange 1 1/2 weeks ago and have not heard back from them if they have even received them. Looking for a new company to order contact from ASAP.
I am very upset with my experience with EZ Contacts. I placed my order which was the 3rd time I had ordered with the company, and it took over 2 1/2 weeks for my order to be shipped to me. While I was waiting for them to slowly ship my order to me I ordered a trial from Hubble contacts and that came before my order from EZ contact. When ordering contacts for daily use this is unacceptable. I have never been so disappointed in a company before.
With exception of item out of stock for a while service and price was great. An option was made available to select another color frame but I decided to wait for the one I wanted. Communication was very good; they kept me in loop on when it was available and sent. Product was as advertised!
Rex was very helpful and easy to talk to. He guided me to find the correct information that I needed. I got quick response, which made me feel heard and important. He informed me if or not there would be any delays with my order. This is my first time using EZContacts.com and I must say, it was pretty easy to use. Thank you, Rex!
While i had a horrible time getting my call to not get dropped (5 times). I was able to get my call back number to someone before it dropped. After they called me back. All my questions were answered. Employee was very helpful. Total time to receive glasses was around 2 weeks so i highly recommend buying frames in stock or paying more on shipping.
I purchased a pair of glasses and the RX was wrong. I can't read or even see far everything is blurry. No one will answer the phone, chat or email. BUYER beware. Still waiting to hear from the company. VERY UPSET and disappointed.
Tip for consumers:
If you order something I hope it's right because they never answer the phone it hangs up on you. The chat is not monitored either as well as email. This Company has good prices but I worry I have been taken so BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Wrong RX glasses
They do not deserve one star. This was, BY FAR, the WORST experience I have had ordering contacts. I will never order from this company ever again. My order took two and half weeks to ship and only after I called and complained 3 separate times. The best part is that each time I called to inquire about my order I was told "It's shipping today and it's been expedited." It didn't ship that day, or the next day, or the day after and it was never expedited. They will tell you anything to get you off the phone. I was also told that if a contact is not in stock, which apparently mine was not, that they will email you to notify of this and then you have the option to cancel your order. I was never emailed saying my contacts were not currently in stock. I was not given the option to cancel and then order elsewhere. Though they very kindly refunded me $2.00 for my inconvenience. NEVER AGAIN! Price smart contacts is leagues better than this sham of a company.
On site says it says you will get glasses within 5-6 business days... WRONG! I waited almost 2 months to receive my glasses from here and every time i called all anyone ever said was " its coming from over seas" they gave me 4 different days that it would arrive to there facility through out the time i was dealing with them and they had no idea every time i called when it was going to arrive or if it was already there it was by far the worst! I got jerked around for 2 months in order to save myself some money if i knew i was going to deal with that headache i would have gladly paid full price!
Very efficient shipping time. If you have multiple items in your order they send them out as ready so you can get them as soon as they are ready. When arrived the glasses came with a small eye glass repair kit, cleaning solution and cleaning towel.
And all for a great price!
So a friends dog ate my previous Burberry glasses and Id been procrastinating the time consuming trip to the optic store. Instead, I found my same frames here for less than what insurance had charged me for my originals. I placed my order and new lenses and frames arrived within 3 weeks!
Site says 2-3 day shipping, I received my order 30 days after I place it. I emailed and then they tell you the glasses are coming from Europe so it will be 15 days before they receive them. All in all, not impressed. This website and their staff are not trust worthy.
Had an issue with prescription and they had no problem getting a redo approved. The prescription issue was from my Dr not them which made me appreciate the fact that they fixed his mistake. The prices are also very very good so I will be using them in the future for sure.
I wanted to purchase replacement sunglasses and signed up with my email for a 10% coupon, but didn't receive the email with the promo code before wanting to place my order & I accidentally applied a smaller 5% coupon. John told me I could apply the additional % off after placing my order & Daryl took care of applying the 5% adjustment manually afterwards. I'm awaiting Daryl's email confirmation of the adjustment, but expect it to be taken care of today. I appreciate their assistance!
Kylie was very kind and patient. I submitted my first order 6 days ago and never received any correspondence to why there was a delay. Thankfully, Kylie was able to update me that my order will be shipped by Monday. Hopefully all subsequent orders will not take as long!
Kylie Grams the customer service rep was super helpful with my question and made sure my contacts were processes and shipped as soon as possible. Second time ordering with them and the process is always smooth. Shipping and processing Could be a little faster but overall, very good service.

Horrible that the only reason why my package was finally shipped is because I filed a dispute on my credit card because I was charged the day I ordered (1/2/19) and EZContacts was clearly not processing my order. Took 24 days (1/26/19) to receive my product from the day I ordered it. Not cool!
Should also mention that I received an email from their customer service manager a couple weeks after I placed my order apologizing for the delay and I should email her with questions. Did that twice and didn't receive a response. Also tried to call customer service one day and it said I was number 83 in the que. Yeah, I didn't wait for a rep to get on the line.

Despite various customer call interactions where the agents assured that they have received the latest prescription and can deliver the glasses before my vacation. A very disappointing and frustrating experience.
I don't have my order and upon calling was told they would email me to let me know when to expect it (my daughter's glasses should have been here 2 days ago). Still no idea when I'm getting what I have already paid for. I'm not at all satisfied!
Customer service says management will be in at lunchtime. If you want to order glasses online DO NOT use EZContacts.com! Its been over a month and I still do not have the correct glasses. However I have ordered through glasses.com before and received my perfect glasses in 3 days!
They mislead about they shipping which was supposed to be 14 days... right more like 1 whole month Good product but even when I spoke on the phone with multiple of the associates they didn't seem to have any idea of direction of when or where my order was.
Having been disappointed with my prescription glasses filled here locally, I thought I would give online ordering a try. EZContacts' prices were very reasonable and the ordering details and options for my prescription were impressive. The process for selecting coatings etc. was very easy to follow and for me, educational. Typically when I've filled prescriptions locally, I've been rushed through the process with little explanation of each option and the pricing differences (always trying to up-sell me). I NEVER had to go through that with EZContacts! I will definitely be a repeat customer!
