These days shopping for the best price is "ultimate". Quality...you just have to trust. So far...I have been satisfied. Cost has risen enormously. Hidden fees? This is a popular one for ALL of the contact lens companies... Availability? I have not run into issues here. Shipping time has been reliable, I'm good here.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 6/20 and I'm still waiting for it. They told me a week after I ordered it that the shipment would be delayed 2-3 weeks. It's now been over 10 weeks since I placed the order and they won't even respond to my emails asking for an update.

It's been two months since I placed my order and I haven't received my sunglasses. They said it was delayed but it's now 3 weeks beyond that delayed delivery date. I've inquired 3 in the last 3 weeks with no response
I'm on my second pair that I received from EZ. Although it is the same brand I have used for years, I am experiencing some unfamiliar issues. My first right eye contact tore and I didn't realize until I took it out. That's never happened before. I skipped a day of wear and then tried a new one and it seemed very fuzzy in my vision and uncomfortable 🥲 kinda weird feeling. I am afraid to put them in again because my eye was feeling a bit stingy and I can't use eye drops. I do t want to damage my eye.

The sunglasses were so cheap of material it is hard to believe Carrera would actually offer something like that for couple of hundreds of dollars. Rather believe it was a fake one. The box was stained. Overall I paid 10 bucks returning fee for a really bad shopping experience.

I order my contacts from EZ and they are always shipped in a timely manner. I ordered some sunglasses that were back ordered 7-10 days. Unfortunately the manufacturer couldn't fill their order and I had to cancel. My refund was credited promptly.
Unfortunately, I had ordered some sunglasses, but the manufacturer ended up discontinuing that line. EZ tried hard to fill the order, but eventually, I had to cancel, then order from another source. They were very responsive, however, when I had questions whether or not they had heard from the manufacturer about the upcoming ship date.

It took quite a while for me to realize -- I haven't bought glasses for 50+ years, only contacts -- that the glassed I received did not have the 66 millimeter center-to-center width that I ordered. When I finally measured them, they are only 60 mm. This puts my pupils considerably off-center from the center of the lenses, causing some fish-eye type distortion. Not happy about it! Other than that, I really like the quality of the glasses.

Very happy with my purchase from EZContacts. From submitting my prescription for contacts, to receiving my contacts, went very smoothly and quickly. Would highly recommend ordering from EZ contacts.
They are very light, which is something I look for in sunglasses.
But I realized that one of the plastics where it is held on the nose is loose as it is not adjusted, like the one on one side is adjusted and the other is almost coming off the sunglasses and I am afraid that it will come loose and get lost, I need to change them For others, both sides are good and not defective, one side is good and the other side is loose. Since they are expensive so that they are also poorly made and do not last a month with them. I only have a couple of days and I didn't realize that the sunglasses were defective.
Did it on weekend so took longer normal everything was just make sure that you have all your info and frame size is what you want.
As easy as can be, if I made this any longer I will have spent more time doing this than ordering my daughters glasses!
