Honestly all but 1 of the 6 pairs ordered were great. One of the pairs sole was clearly offset. When I tried to carefully peel it up to reposition it, it tore up a piece of the underneath foam from where it was glued. Now it's repositioned but won't be comfortable due to this not being able to be removed. Like I said all other pairs were great, For member pricing that is. I would never pay the full prices for the shoes though. Just price them at membership prices for everyone and they would be 100%
This package is being delivered massively late. At least 2 weeks. Unfortunately my daughters birthday was ruined because of this experience because I was unable to afford other gifts and the only thing I was able to get her was these shoes which did not even come.
I ordered shoes for my kids going back to school in the beginning of August.
I have yet to receive them despite having a tracking number. Estimated delivery was Wednesday the 21.
My daughter loves these outfits and it makes it easier to shop. She says they are super trendy. However recently they sent the wrong size top to a matching set which is very frustrating.
I bought two pairs of shoes for my granddaughter. She loved them. The quality was good, and the price more than fair. Delivery was quick and hassle- free.

And had no communication for 3 days
Had to call and was told my only option was to be refunded or a completely new shipment
So now waiting yet again for them to be shipped out
Disappointed as some of the order was for particular events for my daughter
Asked for them to at least do rush shipment or some and was told no
Not sure I'll order again

Ita hard to come by affordable shoes that are good quality nowadays. Fabkids shoes are 5 for the first order, and they haven't let me down. I really love their shoes for my daughter.
Fabkids provides darling clothes for wonderful prices. My great granddaughters look so cute in the outfits I bought for them. The styles are exactly what they wanted at prices I wanted to pay!
FabKids never disappoints. My great granddaughters love the styles from FK and I've started letting them chose the garments I purchase for them. I'm sorry my older child is sizing out of those that are offered. But, quite frankly, I'm not sure what size comes after a size 18!

Always order shoes and never have I had to return any! My son is going on 5 yrs old now. Fabkids shoes are of very great quality and super super stunning! My toddler always get great compliments!
Still haven't received my shoes shoes on hold for whatever reason with no explanations decided to pause my membership still don't have a delivery date
Hey I ordered right before school and was concerned about receiving the order on time because I had standard. My order came fast. The shoes are cute and fit the girls. Thanks for saving the day
Unreliable shipping. All shoes were ordered in my granddaughters size. These ran very large. Had to return, that was a hassle. Now waiting on the new shoe shipment to arrive eta yesterday.
Very pleased with all the clothing that I order for my little ones. Size and quality of clothing are great. Highly recommend signing up for the subscription even more great deals as VIP.
I purchased 9 pairs of shoes,3 pair for my granddaughter and 3 pair for both grandsons.The shoes looked cheap to me. The quality of shoes did not like...
Tip for consumers:
I think having some shoes leather would make a difference for me to purchase in the future. Also more styles for boys....

Bought some cute sandals for my 3 granddaughters that were in sale. I wish you carried smaller sizes like infant 3 or 4. The girls really loved their sandals.
Have a received order. Cannot get anybody to tell me why the order hasn't come. Fedex says the carrier still hasn't picked up. The response is horrible.
While I like you sales and the clothes are nice the auto charge is ridiculous. You took 50 out I didn't have and now I am short. And it's not really worth the monthly charges as the sales are better.
I ordered 8/7 and it's 8/22 and my items have still not arrived! They're not even close to where I am and I think I'll be cancelling my subscription already.

I was very skeptical about this site and the quality of the shoes but decided to give it a test and I'm glad I did! My kids love their shoes and I'm not out of a lot of money
The shoes came faster than I expected and were super cute! I needed to exchange due to me not being sure about sizes and the process was fast and easy.
I purchased on 10/24/2024, it is now 11/8/2024 & I have yet to receive my items. I purchased them for my daughter birthday which was 11/1/24 & I had to purchase something else.
I've never ever had an order take so long to be delivered — it actually took forever to ship out. I'm not too sure if I would give it a second chance.
Never received my first package and customer service is a joke. No help. No package. No refund.
Be aware if your package is lost, they will not help you!
