Honestly all but 1 of the 6 pairs ordered were great. One of the pairs sole was clearly offset. When I tried to carefully peel it up to reposition it, it tore up a piece of the underneath foam from where it was glued. Now it's repositioned but won't be comfortable due to this not being able to be removed. Like I said all other pairs were great, For member pricing that is. I would never pay the full prices for the shoes though. Just price them at membership prices for everyone and they would be 100%
This package is being delivered massively late. At least 2 weeks. Unfortunately my daughters birthday was ruined because of this experience because I was unable to afford other gifts and the only thing I was able to get her was these shoes which did not even come.
Super cute shoes but after 1 wear (granted with a 3 yr old) we noticed that under the glitter its just the mesh before inside the shoe. So granted I got them on sale for $5 but I would still like better quality of having the leather thats already on most of the shoe that has no glitter underneath the glitter part as well. Because of course its glitter and it will come off (totally understand). So its a No to these at Full/Normal pricing but okay at the $5 I got them on Sale.
Had ordered these for the kids for back to school. They delivery date was originally before school started, then changed again to a date before school started then changed to a date after school started to now no delivery date, and items still have not shipped. Slightly frustrating, the price was great but the unexpected delays kinda a bummer. The kids were excited for there shoes.
I was excited for the price I paid but soon realized they only sent one pair of shoes. I clearly ordered 2 pairs and was charged for 2 pairs. But nope! I only received one pair! Thanks for nothing fabkids!
They kept changing my delivery date only got one order haven't got the other order yet. And when they finally deliver my package. I have 2 sides to my front porch one side have a roof and the other side doesn't. It was raining when they deliver my package so they put my package on the side without the roof in the rain my package was soak and wet. Very dissatisfied.😕
Although I was able to browse through the website with ease to purchase a few shoes that I liked, the wait time for my package to arrive is dissatisfying. Waiting a month is way longer than I expected. I do not think that I will be ordering again.
The boots I recently purchased were already coming apart. The inside sole was not glued in. The lining inside was coming apart. Looked like the sewing was not done correctly. The outside fabric was not attached to the rubber sole.
We absolutely loved these boots. Unfortunately, the second time my daughter wore them, she crawled on the ground at school and the toe tips got completely ruined. I was shocked at how easily they tore up and my daughter was so sad. Unfortunately, I can't justify rebuying them since doing kid stuff ruined them so easily.
I still have yet to receive my package I've been so busy trying to get other options for my kids shoes because the order was needed for back to school I've tried being patient seeing as tho it took a while in the beginning to even get a delivery date now it's saying it's been delivered and it hasnt
I ordered rhe shoes almost 2 weeks ago for my kids and i still haven't received them. The tracking said Tuesday and today is Tuesday and it's saying to check back for a delivery date. Very inconvenient
The app said that my package will be here on one day, but it never arrives, and when I called to speak with the representative, no one can tell me where my package was or where it could could possibly be. I've waited 8 days for my package still nothing and no updates on the app
We placed our first order on the 9th, yet we still have not received it nor has our tracking information been updated! I reached out to customer service yesterday and was met with some off putting responses as far as the tracking and where my package was, in addition to my questioning the fact my card would be charged again for September without having received my first package when I simply asked for my "subscription" to be placed on hold and my card not charged till I had in fact received my first order. The representative told me I could contact customer care between the 1st and the 5th to hold for September. Very disappointing!
I have ordered two pairs of canvas shoes for my girl. Once they dispatched I got a mail notification then tracking details. When I checked tracking number it says the order was delivered in/at mail. But in reality I got my order after three days of that delivered message. In three days i tried to check in fabkids app to find a way to check out about my order. There's nothing.I thought I lost it and cancelled my vip subscription and will never buy from this site.even I got my delivery I don't want to buy from fabkids.

Not impressed with shipping nor links after order.
Was sent my tracking link after order was placed and was sent to an error page. I had to go back through the website and try and find where my order information was and track it that way.
My delivery date has changed multiple times. Was told it'd be here the 3rd, 4th, 8th, 6th, and 5th.
I received my order and only got 2 of the SIX pairs of shoes I paid for. Tried to do the online chat 4 times with no response, tried calling. Said it was an hour and 45 minute wait time and I could request a call back. So I did and didn't get a call back for 3 hours. Got an email asking for me to rate my experience with the online chat. Which I never had a response on. On the call they inform me they have no idea what happened and that one of the pairs of shoes is no longer available. Which is frustrating because I would have gotten them if they would have just shipped originally. They did say they reshipped the other shoes and refunded me for the pair that wasn't available. So we will see if they show up.
I made an order on 2 August, tracking number said delivery eta 13 August, contacted CS on 15 August and was told delivery window was open until 16 August; contacted CS again 18 August, again told order was within delivery window that should have closed two days prior! But was assured 'order will arrive Monday or Tuesday', still no delivery! Finally issued refund! Will never order again! Total scam!
I can't believe that of the monthly money they withdraw on the VIP membership, they convert money into points and make it so difficult and confusing to use. One always end up losing in these conversions. Then they allow you to use one credit that is worth about 30-40 dollars against a 5 dollar item. That is robbery through and through. The lack of transparency with their customer service is unreal. And the quality of tje clothes is so poor, it smells like plastic and the shoes literally have a crease that breaks into the shoe as they bend.
As of 8/8/24 I have not received the merchandise. The time frame from placing order is too long. There is not a lot of contact or information sharing. Generally speaking I am accustom to receiving updates on a regular basis.
I have been a member for a couple years now and I used to love it! I am so unhappy now with the new way the VIP credits can be redeemed. I feel like my money is not able to be spent in the manner which I want to and I don't even want to continue my membership because of this. Which makes me even more upset because my child loves these clothes and so do I and when your a single mother in this economy every dollar counts.
I recently ordered some shoes for both my kids. I never received a pair for my daughter, and both the shoes I ordered for my son was not what I got at all. I got a pair of sandles instead of the shoes I ordered and a pair of shoes 3 sizes too big.
Every time I buy clothing or shoes for my grandsons the they are not the correct size. I do not send it back because it is to much trouble, so keep the products for when they can grow into them. I am thinking about cancelling my membership.
Well the fact that I ordered my kids shoes on August 8th, they shipped out the 11th and it's now August 23rd and still haven't received them is ridiculous! My estimated arrival date has changed so many times and I honestly hope they actually show up next week like they are projected to.
The sweat suit and shoes I purchased for back to school was a hit. My daughter loved the glittery combat boots and sneakers with the glittery star. The black sweatsuit was thick and soft. The cute kitten tee was just the accent to make it come all together.

I joined the VIP club and I ordered some adorable boots and outfits for 2 of my granddaughters for Christmas. They absolutely love everything! And their Mom loves the quality and fit, all true to size.
I love the styles of the shoes and the prices are great, but this is the second time I've tried ordering through them and they just don't fit my daughters foot. She has a very narrow foot and these are way wide.
I ordered my daughter shoes for school on July 13. Today is Aug. 10 and I still have not received the order. I called for help last week and was told I would get expedited shipping and should have the shoes this week. That didn't happen. At this point, I have to think this program is a scam.
