I never got my order
It said it was returned and i never returned it because i never got it
I had an amazing experience checking out with Fabkids. The availability of products was amazing. The website was equipped with a nice selection of products that were priced reasonably.
The boots that I ordered arrived early which was great and my daughter absolutely loves them. I purchased two more pairs of boots after my experience. I highly recommend this store.
I absolutely love the clothing Fabkids carries but the sizing is totally off! I ordered 2 dresses that were the same size, one would fit an adult one would fit a toddler! They both have to go back! I'm so bummed!

I found out I had created 3-4 accounts with FabKids and when I tried to get a refund, they said I could only use it as store credit and I would lose any credits built up from past orders. Feels dishonest

I was charged after skipping a month. When I called, they were very nice, but... Instead of voiding the transaction they issued a refund and delayed the money going back into my account. Not happy with the way they do things
So according to the delivery services representative (Ontrac) my package was delivered to my address. Yet I have nothing! I have been home all day waiting for my package and as soon as it shows delivered I run outside to see where they are and nothing. Mind you I have the ring camera/ doorbell and no one ever came to my door! I ask neighbors who were outside and no one seen any deliveries made. I only have 3 neighbors a total of 4 doors in my apartments and none of us received my package! I'm very upset and will never order from fab kids again! I will warn everyone of the unprofessional delivery services of ontrac and the fraud of fab kids! I will be calling my bank for my money back and block fab kids for taking monthly v. i. p payments! Very upset!

This may be my bad for not checking Fab Kids shoe sizeing chart. But I ordered my kids multi pairs each of their normal shoe size and they were huge! Hopefully they will fit the next year or the year after.

I ordered a few pairs of boys shoes. They run extremely small. So I decided I wanted to cancel my subscription. But money the was already taken out of my account, I asked for a refund the customer service told me I wasn't able to get my money back. So now I have to order more items off the site just to use my money. I'm not very happy about this.

My grand daughter has loved everything I've gotten her from there. Cute and affordable, yes!

However they made it more than right
One pair is already separating from the sole and another won't light up. Do not recommend
You guys are ridiculous, I requested to behave my subscription cancelled almost 2 weeks ago and I got charged again for this month and when I try and get my money back they give you this run around when this was not my mistake. Very frustrated with this company.

Was thinking I was getting a great deal on quality clothing. As it turns out, I was being charged $49.95/month to be able to shop FabKids online. I did not realize that I had to skip payment by the 5th of each month in order to not be charged.

The sizes are misleading. I ordered shoes for my toddlers and when the order was delivered the shoes were bigger for my feet too. The Happy return is not at all convenient so forget about quick returns and refund.

I have had a great experience shopping on Fabkids. They have really great sales and I can skip the VIP when I am not looking to buy anything. My daughter loves the variety of clothes they offer and the shoes.

I can't even describe how much I hate this company. It's a complete scam. They take money out whenever they want. Returns are IMPOSSIBLE from Canada except by your own expense and they deliberately and frequently send incorrect items. They flat out lie to you at customer service and in the end you will pay FAR MORE than purchasing from a reputable company. Also, styles are cheesy and of low quality.

This is the SECOND package that's either lost or extremely late. I've ordered 4 times from FabKids, the fourth time being this recent order. That's 50%. What grade would you give yourself? Your customer service this time was a joke. I still haven't recieved a confirmation email saying that anything was even documented. I ordered on September 13,2021. I first had a delivery date of September 22, then it delayed to the 27th, and now on September 29th the carrier doesn't even know where my package is and neither does customer service. 2 lost packages out of 4 orders in a year? I'll be passing on you guys from now on, so disappointing.

It hasn't been good I still haven't received my shoes that I ordered for my 4 year old called them they said even tho they don't see a shipment to allow 14 extra days for it to be delivered. Even tho they see no tracking number for my order Crazy right?

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
