Honestly all but 1 of the 6 pairs ordered were great. One of the pairs sole was clearly offset. When I tried to carefully peel it up to reposition it, it tore up a piece of the underneath foam from where it was glued. Now it's repositioned but won't be comfortable due to this not being able to be removed. Like I said all other pairs were great, For member pricing that is. I would never pay the full prices for the shoes though. Just price them at membership prices for everyone and they would be 100%
This package is being delivered massively late. At least 2 weeks. Unfortunately my daughters birthday was ruined because of this experience because I was unable to afford other gifts and the only thing I was able to get her was these shoes which did not even come.
I buy my grandchildren shoes from here often. Love the quality and styles that they have and also I really love the price on them
This is awful. They started school on the 20th I ordered the shoes on the 6th.

Cheap $#*! shoes. Signs you up for VIP🙄, $50 per month,🙄 canceled account had 2 vip credits... not only did I get 2 pairs of $12 shoes for both vip credits and had to pay $8... but also if I was to send back, I would have to pay ANOTHER $8 & possibly lose my $100 vip credit. This is a scam. Definitely do not purchase.
Ordered on Aug 7th still have not received my order. Delivery date has been changed 3-4 times now. Very unhappy.

Well firstly a lot of the things I wanted ended up selling out quite quickly which wasent a problem once I got my cart to look the way I wanted it to. I rearranged bundles and added points and got a $300 and something dollar purchase down to $185. But of course when I got to check out….the check out is glitching, won't work, whatever the case is. I attempted to refresh the page 3 times, got my cart down to $185 and, still was unable to check out. Closed out the entire window and came back in yadda yadda yadda. Now why didn't I just attempt to call customer service after like the second or 3rd try? Because I knew that if I went through customer service there was gonna be some sort of misunderstanding and I would end up paying more than $185 obviously. So basically that's what happened after I gave up and called customer service. I ended up not using a credit, and paying $289.67 for the entire purchase. Not only that….my package was delayed, which has never happened before and upon reaching out to customer service about the situation the only thing that could be done was to refund me the credit that I never used……*ugh! Now had I waited for whatever the website had going on to subside, more items in my cart would have sold out and I would have had to do a circus all over again to get products I only semi like and/or want. This is honestly the most hassle for a haggle I've ever had to do with FabKids and and I don't think I have EVER had to call customer service for technical or other purchase difficulties! So….meh…….probably would have been a better review had I not missed out on saving $54.68 and had the clothes I over purchased by now but….meh.
Tip for consumers:
Sometimes the bundles cost more than getting the items separately which kinda doesn’t make sense if you’re trying to save money.

I have nothing but negative things to say about Fabkids. I signed up because I thought their shoes were cute for my kids. I contacted customer service to find out about my membership, I have 4 kids 3 5 and under with the youngest being 6 months at the time. That being said while I was talking to the representative I went to grab my baby when I came back in less than a minute she had disconnected.if you are going to be a company for kids then should should have policies that are catered towards I'm kids and not disconnect someone after a minute idle on chat. I should have known right then and there that I'm Fabkids had horrible customer service. Nonetheless when my 5 year old saw the shoes he wanted once so against my better judgement I went ahead and ordered another pair. About 2 weeks later I got a notification that the shoes were delivered. I looked around the house and near the mailbox, garage everywhere and didn't see a package. I walked down a bit and looked at the neighbors and nothing. I immediately contacted Fabkids and was told to wait 3 days as sometimes carriers mark things as delivered before they are physically delivered. I was annoyed but said ok. A few days later when the shoe still hadn't arrived I contacted them again. This time the rep had the audacity to ask me if I contacted the carrier? Like we (customer) pay for shipping which means it's Fabkids responsibility to contact them but I digress. The rep told me I'd have to contact them again in 10 days because that was their process. Funny that other agent said 3 days but whatever. I demanded my membership be cancelled. I waited about 2 weeks and then contacted them again about the shoes not being delivered. They told me it was their proctor to issue refunds on misdelivered items. I was livid. I had been back and forth with them for weeks and they have all told me different things and now I couldn't even get my money back. I felt even more confident I made the right call and cancelled my membership
Really good quality.More that I expected. I'm happy that I tried. For sure I will keep shopping at Fabkids

My grandkids loved the shoes.Especially the unicorn shoes. My grandson liked the lofers. He liked the comfort. The sparkles were a big plus.
Good products, lasts long especially with an active 4 yo that likes to pretend to be different animals and often will be on all 4s. Good durability and washes well and hardly stains with proper cleaning products. I'll keep ordering
