Honestly all but 1 of the 6 pairs ordered were great. One of the pairs sole was clearly offset. When I tried to carefully peel it up to reposition it, it tore up a piece of the underneath foam from where it was glued. Now it's repositioned but won't be comfortable due to this not being able to be removed. Like I said all other pairs were great, For member pricing that is. I would never pay the full prices for the shoes though. Just price them at membership prices for everyone and they would be 100%
This package is being delivered massively late. At least 2 weeks. Unfortunately my daughters birthday was ruined because of this experience because I was unable to afford other gifts and the only thing I was able to get her was these shoes which did not even come.
When I got my product, all three pairs of shoes didn't last more than 24 hours each due to poor product quality. They literally fell apart. It was the worst experience ever.
Tip for consumers:
Wash shocked with shoes poor quality, I didn’t even want to return them. I was disgusted at how them came to me.

My order took forever to ship and when I reached out they said it was because they are taking their time making sure order is right. There's also no where in the page to view order status. You have to go back to the email and click the link. After awaiting I got boots that were from the same foot. I reached out and they advised to return them. The whole thing was a waste of time. I kept the shoes and accepted my loss. Nobody has time for this as it was whoever shipped the items fault

I was offered a discount on a pair of shoes, well i bought them and 2 weeks later my card was hit by a scammer at your facility, im assuming because they made a purchase to Fab kids for over $50 dollars on my card. So needless to say, i wont be buying from this company ever again and it was reported... You possibly have a scammer working on peoples card as they use it because that was crazy. Sad because you have good brand products at good prices but i cant take the risk again. I appreciate it tho

I love the products on FabKids; however, the processing times for orders are too inconvenient. In this case, I paid for two-day shipping for an item that was in stock and received my order 7 days after purchase.

Fun while it lasted.Nice clothing. My child is now a teen and has pretty much outgrown FabKids. Great for ages 2-13 though.

I don't like that the credit of $60 if you don't use it goes as 1 ticket and when you are going to use it the item you are buying can be $20 only and it will take the whole $60

I came across the site and decided to take a look at some things. I was mainly shopping for my two year old daughter when I saw you could purchase shoes for $5. I was like oh ok wow this is cool. When I decided to purchase the shoes it told me I had to sign up for this promotion going on in order to get what I wanted for that price. Ok, cool. What I didn't and don't like you have to cancel every month or they will charge your account $80 for a membership that you honestly really didn't want or want to sign up for. I like the site at first after all that and slot if it is expensive! No thank you.

The items received were of much lower quality than I'd expect for the price of the items. I found a much better quality version at Walmart of all places, for half the price being charged on FabKids.

I have items I need to return and also asked how to fix the monthly charge as I was not aware it was happening and wanted to place an order and never received a response so I was charged the monthly rate...Clothes run much smaller but are pretty cute.

Was not please with minimum choices of cheap items offered for your credit points of $49.99 for each point. I can't just choose what I want for that same value so I canceled my membership.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Used a prior discount and paid for shipping. They sent the incorrect size shoes. Had to contact and advise several times. Finally someone understood and offered to send the correct size, but only after I had returned the incorrect sized shoes. I told them it was rediclous I had to go through the trouble of returning the shoes, much less first returning the incorrect ones before I could even receive my actual order I already paid for and also paid shipping for. By the time I'd had actually received the shoes I ordered it will have likely taken 3 whole weeks. After saying ok, they then advised that they didn't even have the size I originally ordered anyway. So, then, I wasted ALLL my time trying to figure out what was going on and also agreeing to accept an exchange with nothing offered as compensation for the huge inconvenience. The company could have at-least offered my discount back to me since it went to waste in the end, or offered to ship the corrected shoes the moment they found out they sent the wrong size. All this wasted over a $10 pair of shoes. I canceled my supposed "VIP" membership and absolutely will never purchased from them again.
