Honestly all but 1 of the 6 pairs ordered were great. One of the pairs sole was clearly offset. When I tried to carefully peel it up to reposition it, it tore up a piece of the underneath foam from where it was glued. Now it's repositioned but won't be comfortable due to this not being able to be removed. Like I said all other pairs were great, For member pricing that is. I would never pay the full prices for the shoes though. Just price them at membership prices for everyone and they would be 100%
This package is being delivered massively late. At least 2 weeks. Unfortunately my daughters birthday was ruined because of this experience because I was unable to afford other gifts and the only thing I was able to get her was these shoes which did not even come.
I did not receive my reminder e-mail for the past 2 months, so I was charged accordingly since I did not skip. Both times I tried to reach out to Fab Kids concerning this via their on-line chat. I was able to talk to a "customer service" rep who would then forward my issue and I Would immediately be disconnected. This happened several times. I would like to cancel my membership, but it's definitely not convenient to do so. I work during the day and have poor cell service so I'm not able to call.
Ordering was a fine experience the shoes and clothes fit as expected. But when you order and pay for shipping and are told you would receive your items in 3 days but the process takes 13 and I needed them for the first day of school. Also the lady on the phone lied and said it was all the mailing services fault when fabkids didn't send the clothes to them for well over a week. They created a label and the items sat for almost 2 weeks. One star for the clothes and customer service I've used fab kids for years I will not use them again.

I had no problem ordering. But I got notification that the order had shipped. Problem is that it sat in New Jersey for almost a month awaiting to arrive at USPS. I ordered things from over seas and received it faster. It seriously makes me unhappy and have an undeserved feeling of ordering again. I have even considered cancelling my membership.

My granddaughters love getting new shoes. The first time I ordered I was concerned about the quality of the shoes due to the price I paid, $10.00 sale. It didn't take me long to realize that they were nice shoes, I just got a great deal. I like the idea I can miss a month but still be charged a small amount that credits my account to use later. I am on a budget as my husband is a disabled Veteran and we live off his disability, so I am not able to make a purchase every month. Clothes are a little high in price but they are very nice.

The clothes are okay and my kid loves the little sayings on the shirts my complaint is the shipping. FabKids usually gets the order out in a good amount of time its just the carrier they use that takes forever for me to get it.

I will never shop with FABKIDS again! I do not recommend them they take over a month to even consider delivering and no updates as to when packages will be delivered! I had to cancel and wait a week until they can process the return! Damn shame my kids were looking forward to their shoes!

This company sets the standard for incompetence. My card was fraudulently used here and when calling them to stop payments they told me I didn't have an account and basically didn't know what I was talking about. Changed cards and somehow still get charged still. They sell garbage at garbage prices and have customer service of the same level. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs
My daughter's dress was missing a button hole (but still functional). I was told the only thing the could do for me is exchange it. It's a plaid flannel dress, and has a limited season, so I didn't want her to miss the season with exchanges. I would have been happy with a partial credit, but right now I'm just frustrated. I order clothes online to simplify, not complicate my life.

If you're like me school clothes toss you in debt. This way I don't have to make a purchase it simply sits as a credit. I have several of them when August rolls around. $30 dollars ain't as missed as $300

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes that light up for my kids and they only worked for 1 day then stopped lighting up, which you can imagine the response from little kids and how upset they are! Asked for an exchange or refund and they won't until you have returned the shoes and they have them to examine what's wrong with them but doing that makes me have to go out and buy all new shoes and spend even more money so they can have broken shoes back? I wouldn't waste your time or money.

I've tried to cancel at least 5 times and there is no response in the chat or phone calls. Every month I try to remember to skip so that I don't get charged. I just want to cancel and it's impossible. Clothes are cute, but not worth it.

The material used for the boys shoes do not make for a durable and long lasting shoe. My sons have gone through so many pairs of shoes in the last year because they pull apart and the soles wear out too fast. Not sure if I'll keep my membership much longer.

I bought about $300 worth of clothing and shoes. The shoes were a little cheaper than anticipated but for the price he still can't beat them but the clothing quality and durability has been exceptional. The outfits they have picked out are great and interchangeable and my six year old wear through some stuff.

I bought 7 or 8 pairs of shoes for my daughter. She wears a size 10 from any other store. Size 10 from fabkids is so much bigger than a "normal" size 10 so they don't fit even a little bit. She still has like 3 inches of space in the sandals. The tennis shoes fit normal though! How are people supposed to know what size to purchase when it's like this?

FabKids always delivers quickly, however this order was delayed due to popular item purchased. They sent me and email to notify me of this and the order arrived a 3 days later. Thankfully I didn't need the items for a gift so was not a problem at all. Their customer service is top notch!

I have a ridiculous credit because I keep getting charged, even though I've called and asked to stop charging. I sign on to find good deals and there are none. I still have a pair of shoes that only HALF light up, because they never sent me the shipping label to return them. I paid full price!

Ordered 2 shoes that are light up. Separate purchases. Both shoes are faulty only one lights up. You need to return before exchange can be processed which exceeds time to actually give the gift if needed.

Charged me nearly 60 dollars called to cancel, talked into "skipping" the month until I use my credits. Placed a order, never received it. Called twice to talk to supervisor, was told they were busy. Never called me back. Lost 60 dollars for nothing! Horrible will never shop with fab kids or shoes again

They sent an item that didn't even worked the kid was very disappointed. Before leaving the WH quality Check needs to be done to avoid delays like this. My grandson wanted to wear this to a function and that didn't happen because of the faulty shipment and you would think they expedited because it's there error they didn't took just as long as the first pair. Poor customer service on there side.

I've been a customer for about 6 years now and with almost every order there are shipping issues. I have a just fab and fab kids account and I plan to cancel both because my last order is now stuck in delayed shipping as well. If you like getting your stuff in a reasonable time, shop elsewhere.

I, like many other people was signed up for the monthly VIP membership without my knowledge. Many people said it took an hour on the phone to get a refund and have their membership cancelled. I took me less than 5 minutes because as soon as I mentioned a possible class action lawsuit the rep was very helpful in cancelling my membership and providing a refund. Beside the VIP membership issue I was happy with them. I got some decent shoes, boots and clothes for my daughter at reasonable prices. I'm no expert on quality but they seemed similar in quality to clothes we got her from Old Navy, JC Penney, or other similar stores.

I love shopping on FabKids website. The prices was super awesome and affordable. I only paid $21 for 5 t-shirts, 5 jeans, shoes, and 1 denim jacket that is that value of $330. My 7 year old son look cool and hip when he goes to school. I am a happy mom. The packaging was perfect and organized. The clothes were folded and clean. The shoes were clean and brand new. Tried once, and billed 4 months the $29.95! Lesson to check credit card statement each month. Customer Service is a joke! Sounded like the rep was 13 years old,,, Promised credit, we will see, but reported it to credit card company none the less.
