Honestly all but 1 of the 6 pairs ordered were great. One of the pairs sole was clearly offset. When I tried to carefully peel it up to reposition it, it tore up a piece of the underneath foam from where it was glued. Now it's repositioned but won't be comfortable due to this not being able to be removed. Like I said all other pairs were great, For member pricing that is. I would never pay the full prices for the shoes though. Just price them at membership prices for everyone and they would be 100%
This package is being delivered massively late. At least 2 weeks. Unfortunately my daughters birthday was ruined because of this experience because I was unable to afford other gifts and the only thing I was able to get her was these shoes which did not even come.
I've always had luck finding age appropriate clothing for my daughter and the quality is good. The only drawback is if you forget to skip the month. Then you are automatically charged as a credit. You can use the credit when you want but can't reverse the charge.
Everything I purchased was a size or way more too big for my daughter. She'll grow into them vot had hoped she would fit in them when they were here. Went to exchange for smaller size and they were out of stock. Then my one time debit card that I used was charged 45.00+ dollars for the membership monthly fee when I've been using the same account for years and never had a problem until the payment came out of this one time only debit card account.
Called and cancelled my membership, but the next month they still charged my card. Which, by the way, did not have enough money on it. I called them again & they had wrote down that our call was dropped & had no record that I called to cancel...

I love the quality of everything and so many cute styles to choose from. I absolutely love the fast shipping and the free returns. You don't have to worry about finding the instructions to print or request a return label, it's already inside along with the package being resealable. I have to admit the prices are a little expensive but the sales are great!

I called talk a guy name jonn he kept talking over me suggesting that I buy something from fabkids. I had to get hateful for him to understand I did not wanna get charged again 29.95 taken out of my bank account that I did not authorize the last time I bought shoes from this company was 2017 before Christmas

I signed up for the VIP to get the two pairs of shoes for $20 deal. They ended up being very good quality shoes and fit my child well. I then decided to cancel my VIP membership which was easy to do. I will keep fab kids in mind for future online shopping.

I love Fabkids! They have the cutest things of great quality for my kids!
However I feel like your first purchase is the only time you get great prices such as $12 shoes. After that they are about $30 so even as a VIP member I feel that pricing is not very VIP.
I was also sad to see the shoes I ordered didn't fit my son and when I tried to exchange them for a bigger size it said the item was not returnable because I used a coupon. I'm bummed I now have the cutest shoes that we can't even use.

The clothes were ok quality but certainly not worth the cost. Once you purchase from them at the discounted rate (which is the price I would expect for clothes of this quality), you're on the hook for $49.99 a month unless you remember to skip shipping by the 5th of the month. I have looked and looked for a place to cancel this online but cannot find one so I'm going to have to call customer service to do this. This is most definitely a case of "if it looks too good to be true, it probably is"

This was my second shoe purchase from fab kids. My first purchase, the shoes did not last nearly as long as I expected or was used to with other brands of shoes. They were the first pair of shoes that I had to replace because my son wore them out, not because he grew out of them and so I'm not sure if I will be purchasing or shoes after these.

Stay away from them, I got refund call my credit card bank, block them with my bank help and change my credit card number too.
Never again, Zulily are way better and honest I buy from them about 6 years already but NO RETURN because come at super deal from different companies.
Make sure you order the right size or item otherwise it's great.
I did order my daughter one dress 3 items 2 legging n one shirt shipping 6.95$. They guys take whole month never send me dress and after one month I did received just one legging they have not more dress they have not any things for replacement and I did talk with him a lot of time and they was not nice with costumes. I was terribly disappointed because the sneakers I bought for my son was supposedly perfect for his Christmas concert outfit. A day before the concert the parcel arrived. The packaging label was size 3 but the sneakers inside was size 2. It was frustrating because we didn't have time to go shopping and the weather is extremely cold these days. My dissatisfaction made me call the customer service for a return label assistance and cancellation of my VIP membership.

The customer service representative I dealt with was more than helpful and got me exactly what I was needing done and in a timely manner! And this was even after I had sent an email days before to get my situation handled and the representative I dealt with that time told me sorry we can't do anything for you no exchange of size or whatever bc you purchased them at this time blah blah but yet I had no issue with the representative the second time.

Fabkids is horrible. I am still waiting for my order to be shipped since beginning of the month and every time when I ask customer service about my order it's always the same story that they don't have enough people working for all the. Orders to be shipped. I would not recommend Fabkids to anyone.

Yep, I love these clothes and shoes!
I received $120 in rewards and got free shipping! 4 full outfits because I shop every month.
When I wanna skip a month and not be charge the $, I just log onto my account and hit "skip this month" between the 1and 5th of the month. Never charged for that month.
I've been a loyal customer for a good 8 months. Quality of these clothes are amazing. Shoes too! Never any fading and shoes last a long time!
I saw an add on Facebook and went to their site from there. Their shoes are cute and average quality. What I did not anticipate was the monthly fee charged to me automatically. I did not agree to this or if I did, it was not explained well or was not out in the open. I bought shoes for 20$ in October and saw charges in November for 39.99$. And December for 39.99 $ without shopping with them since then. I am disputing those charges. Even if they are now "credits" for their shoes but why would I want their credit when I can keep it as US dollars. Stupid.

The only complaint I have is sometimes navigating from cart back to shopping and because I buyf for three children I have to go back and check which girl and sizes ice picked.the final billing shows all the info but before hand it does not. Otherwise I am satisfied with the product out of all shoes and boots only s few not satisfied with I just had to return shoes due to sizing and will see how that goes.
