Honestly all but 1 of the 6 pairs ordered were great. One of the pairs sole was clearly offset. When I tried to carefully peel it up to reposition it, it tore up a piece of the underneath foam from where it was glued. Now it's repositioned but won't be comfortable due to this not being able to be removed. Like I said all other pairs were great, For member pricing that is. I would never pay the full prices for the shoes though. Just price them at membership prices for everyone and they would be 100%
This package is being delivered massively late. At least 2 weeks. Unfortunately my daughters birthday was ruined because of this experience because I was unable to afford other gifts and the only thing I was able to get her was these shoes which did not even come.
During the holidays mad rush I had no worries when ordering from fabkids 5 days before Xmas fabkids came through as always on time right price Great product
Everything was as it was supposed to be. I do think I will be exchanging some of the sandals though. My daughter didn't really like the style.

Shoes are not great quality and using credits that are $49 for cheap sandals that rip and already in the trash can.

I thought when you take money out that is your you vip credits then you have your reward points too and a 10.00 credit went to use it and ended up paying more money additional than just my credit not understanding how this works

I have been a faithful customer of JustFab for several years and FabKids for at least 2. I have never not received an order. Nearly a month since placing my order, it is has not been received. The only update is from Dec 12. If someone can help with this, it would be appreciated. My daughter loves the clothes and shoes from FabKids and I hope to continue ordering here. Thank you!

I wish it came with directions. My daughter threw out the box so I was out of luck on how to use the item. I threw it away. It was a waste of money because you sent no directions with the product.

They take extra payments while your a member and then they keep taking after u cancel your membership. I've lost hundreds of dollars. I always get in contact with someone easily but they never delete my banking information like I've asked or refund money

FabKids shipping was fast. The shoes are terrible quality, don't fit to the foot, and are very uncomfortable. Definitely would not recommend, no wonder they're so cheap. They may be cute, but don't get them.

Fabkids customer service is not helpful at all and fraudulent! I paid $15 for expedited shipping to get my kids' shoes before the first day of school. It was guaranteed to be here in 2-3 days. It has been 6 days and I still don't have the shoes! The agent kept repeating the same scripted speech insisting they were still within their correct time frame when they clearly are not! He refused to listen or be the least bit helpful! I will not use Fabkids again!

I bought my daughter's boots, and my son a pair of boots last year. My oldest daughters boots were way too big. So she's couldn't even wear them last year. So this year, she's worn them MAYBE 3 or 4 times, and her one boot completely fell apart... I reached out to see if they would do anything. I know the company I work for takes care of the customer, but it was wishful thinking in this case. I know it was over the 60 days return window, but they didn't offer a coupon or anything. Just a "Thanks for being understanding" so be it. I don't plan to purchase again.

I love this program and it has amazing perks, choices, and amazing prices. However, my kids boots haven't lasted them but a month or so. They're already peeling and pieces of them are coming off, making them no longer waterproof. I know they were only $10 or so… but other stores have affordable shoes, also, that last longer.

I ordered tons of leggings for my daughter for cheer practice and was very disappointed with the quality. Her two black pair came torn down the seams and the others were all the same size but all fit differently. I can't say that I will be making another clothing purchase ever again.

Ordered 2 pair of shoes as a gift for someone. They sent me a package with a different second pair than what i had ordered. Called up customer card and initiated a return.
This is heights of negligence. Why the hell I should get into a contract to receive incorrect items.
