Honestly all but 1 of the 6 pairs ordered were great. One of the pairs sole was clearly offset. When I tried to carefully peel it up to reposition it, it tore up a piece of the underneath foam from where it was glued. Now it's repositioned but won't be comfortable due to this not being able to be removed. Like I said all other pairs were great, For member pricing that is. I would never pay the full prices for the shoes though. Just price them at membership prices for everyone and they would be 100%
This package is being delivered massively late. At least 2 weeks. Unfortunately my daughters birthday was ruined because of this experience because I was unable to afford other gifts and the only thing I was able to get her was these shoes which did not even come.
Thought I was cancelled in October 22. Just spent an hour on the phone trying to cancel after being charged for the last 6 months. I was told they will only refund 3 months. I would not recommend them to anyone and would advise everyone against getting a membership with them. I was told I should use my "CREDITS" to purchase items before cancellation. Even after I expressed how unhappy I was with the quality of the shoes and clothing! Thanks but no thanks
Products used:
Used shoes that were poor quality and ended in trash after a week. Leggings faded after first wash and went into the trash as well.
These shoes are cute, but quality isn't great. My son goes through them quickly. Probably about as good as Walmart brands. He tends to go through shoes really fast anyway, that's why I shop here. Much cheaper than Walmart, but lasts about the same amount of time. I plan to continue shopping here for him.

I pay $70 a month for the subscription to get cheaper clothing but In the end adding up the cost of clothing and subscription doesn't save any money. I also had a double payment for my subscription come out last month

I ordered a crop sweatshirt, leggings and a sweater dress and they were all so tight in the arms and I couldn't even pull them over her head the head hole was so small!

I was a VIP and was charged the membership fee because I forgot to cancel at the beginning of the month. I got charged the $50.00 and when I went to select my items, the cost was like 10 dollars a pair and I was only allowed 2 pair. I was basically ripped out of 30 bucks. Their shoes are really cute and I get that you need to cancel to avoid the membership fee, but to me it's not worth it. You are only allowed two VIP items.

The clothes were wonderful and true to size. My son loves them and I'm happy to have tried them out. A lot of things are affordable but not the monthly fee, for me at this time.

I have not received the order from fabkids as of today, December 09,2022. I track the shipment every day. It left Columbia,SC on November 30,2022. Tracking says it is in transit but is delayed. These are Christmas gifts. I had to order different shoes to replace the ones that have been lost/very slow in delivery. I really could not afford the second order but felt like I needed to make sure the children had shoes. You see the girls lost their father back in June. He was the one who made sure they had everything they needed and most of what they wanted. They always had the best Christmas. Now, they don't even get what they need, much less what they want. I found out they all need shoes so I ordered them from you because I love you products and the timely deliveries. I've never had a problem until now. I just hope the next order comes in before Christmas.
Tip for consumers:
I really love fabkids products. I’ve bought clothes and shoes from the before and never had a problem with delivery until my order on November 22, 2022. I do recommend you shop with them. Hopefully they won’t have shipping problems after the holidays.

I learned of the site from a fb pop up advertising $5 shoes/sandals for kids. The shoes were as priced, and my daughter loves them. They also arrived in timely fashion before the expected arrival. Will be shopping again.

EVERY. SINGLE. ITEM. Has either been defective upon receiving or has fallen apart within 2 washes. They stain easily, the stitching unravels, twists after washing. Garbage clothing. Walmart brand is better quality.

Bought the high top sparkly and light up shoes as a birthday gift. My daughter really liked them. However, within two weeks of use, one foot stopped lighting up. Return policy is only for unused shoes, with original packaging.

I ended up paying over $100 for 2 pair of shoes that are very uncomfortable. I'm about to return one and need membership fee to be reimbursed! Your prices are ridiculous, you say a price but charge different rates.

Even though I was only a member for a short period, Fabkids had excellent customer service, awesome choices, quick shipping, well packed products and an awesome trial membership opportunity. My daughter is grown, however the styles available my wife likes. Fabkids should consider adult children clothing options, child size shoes are similar to adults, clothing obviously not.

Membership is very hard to cancel, call center staff (outsourced) were rude and just kept repeating a script, website difficult to navigate. When you place initial order you end up in some club that charges you every month, which was VERY unclear from the get go. Shady.
